Biggest scammers ever. $150 for sending someone with a personal car, not even a tow truck. I had to pay another tow company after this one couldn’t help me and took my Zelle money. Horrible.

The driver was professional, friendly, and made sure my car was safely towed without any issues. Pricing was fair, and the service was good too. Beware to all! Guy connected cables to opposite battery terminals causing battery fuse to burn out….still took the $150 just for coming out and causing more damage. Worst service ever. They only want your money. My car was so damaged that I had to take it to the dealership to extra pay money for the damages caused by the incompetent of my his companies employees. They are a scam.
I asked for a tow and they convinced me to get a battery jump which I did. Car still didn’t start. Their tow couldn’t make it for another 8 hours and they still charged me. Smh
My car broke down in Downtown Chicago and I called them to get it towed to Chicago. Their service was prompt and within no time they towed it. They were professional and my car was dropped at the garage without any damage. Also, their services are cheap and I highly recommend to choose their services.
