Michael and his whole team and just amazing ! He took the time to completely inspect my car when I was having troubles. He called me and explained it all to me in complete detail. He explained the whole process of how it all works together . He even washed my car after I had a bad experience with my car being towed there and got all muddy. He replaced a light bulb that I needed without even asking him. He took the time to go above and beyond a regular quick fix you normally get. I highly recommend this place to get any repair done or even your simple oil change. Everyone that works there is always so kind and easy to deal with. You can make appointments online and they text you back with quickness. I never have to wait and always get in when needed. GREAT PLACE and highly recommend !!!!

It was my first visit at RA. The shop is not big, but they seem very professional and efficient. Their website is friendly, easy to use. You can schedule appointment on-line, on the phone or by phone. Have free shuttle or loaner if needed. The car was serviced in time, as promised. Called for an item found that may need attention, after approval, it was completed.

I came across the glowing reviews for Real Autohaus and was skeptical at first how they could maintain a 4.8 on google reviews with hundreds of ratings. I soon found out how, from the first interaction, scheduling my appointment, someone reaching out to see if I had any questions prior to service, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff the day of service, and the courtesy shuttle on the way back, everything was first class.
I was experiencing a power steering failure on a vehicle with a brand history of power steering failures due to a poorly designed electric power steering system.
Rather than take the vehicle to a dealership, I explained the problem to Mo, who walked me through the steps in detail that would be addressed starting with diagnostics and code scanning. He called with updates to let me know the progress and ensure I was ok with the path forward. Instead of needing a new power steering motor or system for $2000-$2500, Mo was able to find a pinched wire and repair it for $160 total.

Everything from Oil Changes, tune up to my Transfer case exploding destroying the Transmission was successfully and expediently replaced/ repaired. Had my 2019 VW atlas in for a coolant issue I noticed. They ran diagnostics and got back to me fairly quickly. They found some other issues I didn’t realize like a valve cover gasket going bad with oil seeping out. I guess my brake pads were pretty worn and needed new rotors. They were completely transparent with pricing and the communication was good throughout. I will definitely be back with any future vehicle service needs.

Highly Recommend- Came in for a simple system reset thinking it was gonna be expensive to fix and went in and they fixed it in like 20 minutes. They are fast and reliable. I’m from Georgia and was surprised they fixed it quickly and at no extra charge

I went in yesterday for the first time, pretty much as a walk in and left very pleased with their service. The guys at Autohaus were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get in and out hassle free. Also huge plus, which I’m sure most people experience at repair shops, they didn’t try to upsell me on a laundry list of things, so in my opinion that alone stands for great service
If you are looking for a place to get an oil change or need a car repair go to Real Autohaus Automotive, 3701 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows. I made an appointment for an oil change for 2:00pm. When I arrived at 1:55pm I was taken immediately. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing is the lowest I have been quoted for the Palatine/Rolling Meadows area. Their waiting room is comfortable and they have complimentary coffee. The washroom is immaculate. The service took 30-45 minutes. While waiting I asked one of the employees if they do body work and he told me they don't but asked, "what do you need?" I told him I had hit a pothole on 53 and the bumper separated from the body of the car on the driver's side. I was told I need a new bumper because the clip that held the bumper in place had broken off. The employee said he would look at it. When he came back he told me he had fixed it. He told me I was misinformed. The clip had not broken off. It was bent. He was able to straighten the clip and pushed the bumper back together with the body of the car. What a delightful surprise. I really thought I would have to purchase a new bumper. Use this local, small business. You won't be sorry.

Great service! Took me as a walk in. Had some pretty significant issues with my breaks and tires among other things. Took care of it immediately although the place was packed. This is an honest, reliable shop and the customer service is outstanding!
The only bad thing about this service is it took all day because the tire equipment is not in Rolling Meadows but their other location in Arlington Heights. Also the time would hav better been utilized if they would hav checked my brakes with th last oil change three days prior so the rear brakes could have been in Rolling Meadows while they were waiting for tires to get in Arlington Heights and then go do the tire work.
Great service. Patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Only mechanic in the area that accepted my CRV on the day of the issue and didn’t charge an arm and a leg to diagnose it. Big thanks to Mo - give this man a raise he was excellent!! I was so happy with their ability to get me on the road I had them change the CV axle on my Camry after getting the Honda back. I’ll be using them in the future and highly recommend checking them out. Thanks again for taking the time to properly assess and repair my issues.
Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I liked how they actually show you what exactly needs to be fixed instead of just printing it on an invoice like other places. I also felt like they definitely don't try to rip you off like some other places do. I will definitely be going back again.
Came in after noticing my temperature guage running hot and antifreeze leaking from the bottom of the car. Even though they were busy, they checked the vehicle within 15 minutes. They checked to see if it was a bad hose or possibly something else. It was determined that the radiator was leaking badly from the bottom and needed to be replaced. I checked repair costs beforehand online and I received what I feel was a very competitive estimate and was pleased when they told they could fix the car the same day. It took about 4 hours and I received a 36 month, 36K mile warranty. Good customer service, no pressure and a fast repair. I would recommend them.
I recently had a pretty extensive repair job done on my car at Here, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, they were upfront about the work needed and provided a detailed estimate. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, explaining everything clearly. Here was my problem. My car's instrument cluster would illuminate almost all the lights whenever I hit a bump, and the seatbelt light would remain on, no matter what I did. The AC was not working. And I would have terrible gas mileage. My Car is a 2011 Ford Escape Limited AWD.
I had taken it to CAR Max in Des Plaines and Chicago, and they did not fix my car. Instead, they fix other little parts that did not resolve the issue.
In total, this shop was able to outsmart everyone and understand what was going on with my car. They fixed 3 parts of my car, the condensers, the Unit head of the HCAV Control, and the instrument cluster. It took about 2 weeks in total, with some parts that needed to be ordered.

Real AutoHaus is the best. Quality work and fair pricing. Their inspection process with pictures clearly showed we had a ripped axle boot and all the lubricant had seeped out. They had the past the next day and the car was quickly repaired. This repair would have cost thousands at an Audi dealership. The communication system they have to keep you updated on appointments and status are top notch. Michael is friendly and very knowledgeable. Very happy with the work and customer service! Ive been going to this buisness for a little over a year now. This might be the most professionalism in the people who work there that ive ever seen. My car is a very special show car and they treat me so well. Ive had to get many problems fixed here and everytime i pull in people have smiles on their faces and are saying hello before i enter the door. Before anything gets done they explain everything to me and tell me about how much it costs. Ive spent thousands here and i wont go anywhere else. Amazing service, as a business owner, Real Autohaus works on my schedule. After dropping off my car, they gave me a ride to my office, then they dropped off my car in front of my office. Even though Everything was done according to schedule as planned, the service was organized and of a very high standard. Highly recommend.
My sister had an axel give out her on the highway, we were able to have the car towed to real autohaus. Gave them a call and told me I was good to come on over. The communication was excellent, they explained things well, provided pictures and were very friendly. Price was also super reasonable for axel replacement. They wanted to throw in a cleaning to get all that grease off for a fee, we ended up declining that and then when they called to let me know the car was ready, said they did the cleaning free of charge. We thoroughly appreciated the gesture. They are about a 25 minute drive from where we live but I would say they are worth the drive! I’ll be bringing my car for any repairs here from now on and will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thanks guys!
