Unethical and Overpriced – Stay Away.
I had a terrible experience with Mac Truck and Trailer Repair Shop. They charged me nearly $2,000 for an oil change and a fuel pump check—far above industry standards. To make matters worse, they added services I never requested and then refused to provide an itemized receipt when I questioned the charges. Their behavior was completely unethical and left me feeling ripped off. This shop lacks integrity and transparency—avoid it if you can! I strongly urge anyone considering this shop to look elsewhere. This place is a scam, and they do not deserve your business.

I did full overhaul, I spent more the 30k and I had to do full overhaul again within a year I also didn’t drive more than 50.000 miles but they told me warranty was one, year I’m sure they didn’t do the job right so I also posted second pic that I’ve my transmission fall down I believe when where doing overhaul the didn’t tight good bolts so I spent a another 4500 too, check the pic my advice to you guys don’t go there your truck is your investment be save out there
Went for oil change and inspection truck. But waited 24 hours still they didn’t start despite they told me it takes 2-3 hours. They don’t care about your truck or drivers. Very bad customer service too. You can understand from their notice which is hanging on their door. It was my first time and last time. Don’t recommend.
Mechanics with good knowledge and professional at what they do. Services are also completed as promised. Highly reccommend the shop stop by and give them a try for your needs in truck and trailer repairs.

My truck has check engine light.
I asked them to check my truck they says we can’t check today.
we gonna check your truck 12-27 which’s Tuesday. I went home I call them on Tuesday nobody Answer my call i Text them.
they says me we gonna check your truck I come on Wednesday 12-28-2022 they says we gonna check your truck tomorrow which’s 12-29-2022. Nobody check my truck on Thursday again.
11:AM I took my truck I went other shop they check my truck with 10minutes. They says your fuel filter gt stuck within 1hour they changed and truck Good to Go.
This guys gt very bad Attitude and very poor service they don’t know nothing about business. Truck drivers please Don’t west your this place
One of the most Honest mechanics in town... ive done bussiness with them so many times!! The shop manager Patrick is honest and hard working! Tip of advice... they are extremely busy.. like all the time.. so call in to schedule a service change!!
My truck went from leaving me on the side of the road to running better than ever!!! And if you don't believe it give me a holler. I will let you take it for a ride so you can see for yourself. They got another engine in no time and installed it in no time so I can keep on trucking...
Bro these guys from my experience they are genius I had 2 Volts that was making my truck shutdown when I drive like 20 miles I went to Frighliner dealer after they had my truck for. 5 hours thy told me they couldn’t find the problem and charged me 530$ then I came here in couple hours they figured it out and they fixed it

Very professional and friendly people. Brought my Truck in and I had issues with injectors and Computer thing, they fixed everything on time. Their lobar is just bit high but other than that they are the right people for Mechanical problems.
