Palella's Auto Body was established in 1974 by Joe Palella and his family. It has been family owned and operated since its inception. Our company has provided auto repair and mechanical services for families in Rolling Meadows and the surrounding areas for 50 years. I had a terrible hole in the rocker panel (bottom trim) that greatly hindered my vehicle's appearance. Palella's was able to remove and install a new panel to make my car look spectacular and back in great shape! Speedy service, friendly customer care and are openly honest about their services!

My car was hit at a parking lot and I put a claim for a hit and run. Palellas went above and beyond to get my car fixed and helped a lot with my insurance company, since they were very hesitate to cover all repairs and expenses.

My car looks brand new!!
I just picked my 2015 Acura MDX for some bodywork and an oil change. I could not be more pleased with the work that Mario and his team did.
They replaced the front driver side fender, pulled out a dent in the hood from an errant baseball and buffed out some paint that was traded with another vehicle on the rear bumper. The car looks like it just rolled off a lot!
This was a self-pay situation and they worked to find the best deal on prices for replacement parts, were super transparent throughout the whole process, very timely, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this family owned operation to any and all that ask!
They do more than just bodywork and I will be bringing my car here in the future!

I can say that today started off rough. To wake up to see that someone had spray painted our rental. After seeing this and filing a police report I immediately called Fran at Palella's Auto Body. She knew right away I was in need of help and told me to come right over. I got there and Mario took it back to try and save the day. Needless to say the crew came to the rescue and got the spray paint off before it really set in. Down to the very last drop it all was taken off.
Thank you Fran, Mario and Crew for coming to my aid once again. It is good to know you have someone that you trust and that cares about their clients.
We had a great experience with Frances at Palella’s. After our accident he towed the van and was able to work with our insurance to do the repairs on-site. The turn around time was good. We were happy with the repairs done.
Great place and great service. Family owned business! The owner is very professional and super helpful. My car was scratched and they fixed it and it looks like brand new again. They even gave me a free carwash. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I would not recommend using this body shop. They lied about my authorization to fix vehicle to my insurance company. They changed the storage fees when they found out they weren't doing the work. Charged us for a tow fee that the insurance company should have paid. Constantly changing his story. Not very trustworthy or honest.
I think so highly of this family owned body shop! Mario and his wife are wonderful to deal with and their quality of work super exceeds expectations. They handled the insurance company and even went to bat for me when they(insurance co.) didn’t want to cover some of the work.
The paint quality and match was spot on. I dare to challenge anyone to say this car was ever in an accident. They even repaired an interior part that was broken and totally unrelated for FREE!!!

Fran and Mario did a fantastic job of taking care of my Kia Forte after it got broken into. My car came back like brand new. The car work was perfect after huge damage, you couldn’t even tell! I unfortunately was in a car accident that was not my fault. The towing company took my car to Palella’s. I absolutely highly recommend them for anything car needs! They fixed my car insanely fast, we’re beyond professional and made the entire process so easy. Being in a car accident is already stressful enough dealing with everything, and the people at Palella’s make the process very streamlined. They took care of all the insurance work for the repairs, and my car looks better than before! (I’m not kidding!) On top of great services, the people who work here are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They make you feel comfortable and that you truly are a valued customer. I chose this bodyshop as it’s close to my home. I’m glad I did because, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
I had exterior body damage to my Nissan Altima and went through my insurance for the repair cost. As you could imagine, the insurance company refused some of the cost of repairs. However, Mario and Fran fought to make sure I was not taken advantage of.
They treated me as if I was a long time customer/close friend. You don’t find this type of customer service anymore!

I was recently rear ended and my car was taken here from the crash site. I had significant damage to my car and I got back just as it looked coming off the lot! AMAZING work all around, the body work and paint was immaculate.
They are super friendly and extremely reliable. Their customer service and transparency is unparalleled. I was updated on a regular basis and honestly and it really put me at ease. In a super stressful event, I didn’t have to worry about my car being in their care. They were dedicated to making me feel like more than a customer and definitely not just an other “number” or “job” walking through the door.

I recently got hit by a first time driver of a usps truck. The entire right side of my car was totaled and a wreck. Needless to say this whole process was painful..

I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning and was told by the staff that all repairs being done to my driver's side passenger door would be completed and ready by Friday of the same week. Not only was it ready on Friday, but it was in perfect condition. I was informed of updates on the vehicle throughout the week to ensure that my vehicle was not forgotten. Initially the driver was honest and direct. He had great customer service.
But when we went to release the car the gentleman at the desk has miss read our insurance saying it was liability only and that was not the case. The lady who came out from the back had also said the same thing. Maybe it was too early for them.

I was in a car accident, insurance wanted to total the car out, I chose to fix it instead (2009 Lexxus 350RX). I am thrilled with the work Mario and his team put into it. His estimate for damages to fix, was a lot less than another shop's ($2,000 less!). I could not be happier with the end result. I am not attaching pictures because I am not tech savvy; but it was a heavily damaged driver's side on the front and it looks new now!!! Go there, they tell you like it is, the cost and how long the work will take. Mario is a stand up guy!!!
