I was referred to T2 by my former mechanic whose business closed. I knew that my car needed new breaks but was pleasantly surprised when Ross mentioned that the rear breaks were ok for now and just replace the front ones…. What an honest mechanic and truly appreciated. Also, I was provided a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on which was really convenient to have use of. I’ve been going to T2 for 4/5 years. I first found them when I was looking for a place to service our work vehicles. They were so easy to work with I decided to try them with my personal vehicles after seeing their work.
They consistently do great work. I have found Ross to be very honest and delivers on his promise. Not at all your typical mechanic mentality.
He explains as much as you care to hear down to details if asked. Also a very clean and meticulously kept shop. Prices are reasonable.

My family and I have been customers of T2 for years. Great locally owned auto repair shop! The T2 team is very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The owners go the extra mile to explain all necessary repairs. Also, unlike some chains, they do not try to sell work or scare customers into agreeing to services that are not needed. We would not take our cars anywhere else! Would highly recommend T2 to anyone looking for a reliable and fairly priced auto repair shop.
I have had the same car issues with my jeep since I purchased it. (Battery keeps dying quickly, won’t start up). I had taken it in in the past and it has never gotten fixed. T2 is such an honest and caring shop who really takes care of their customers. They were the first to actually fix my car and tell me why it kept dying so often. Those other places just ripped us off! In the future, I will only go to T2. Ross was so very helpful and I’m thankful that I’m my car is just running so well. Thank you T2!

Ross and crew are great. Originally recommended by a friend when my dealership would have taken weeks to get me in for what turned out to be a spark plugs issue. He was able to get it checked out within a couple days, explained the issues found and the estimate was very reasonable. Recently used them again for a door latch issue, same great service and ready when promised!
Ross and his crew are knowledgeable and great at what they do. I always know I can trust what Ross tells me and I will continue to take my vehicles into him over any dealership or independent shop. I’ve tried many and T2 is by far the best of the crop.
Love the great service at T2, my girlfriend needed new tires so we called up Ross and he got us in asap right before the snow started flying. T2 is a wonderful shop with talented and well versed employees. I’d recommend T2 to anyone I Know in the area.
I have been taking my autos to T2 for around 12 years now. Even when I lived in Chicago, I made the trek out to T2 for service because I trust Ross and his team that much. The most trustworthy and dependable auto repair shop I have ever come across. They never push expensive services on me, are honest about if a service is really needed, and are always willing to explain, in great detail, what service they performed on my car. My wife, mom and many neighbors also get their autos serviced at T2. Great customer retention!
