Things add up quickly. $750 quote for axle replacement ended up being $930 because additional parts were needed. But that was understandable. Called these guys yesterday after I purchased a truck for our fleet didn’t have correct size receiver for our equipment. Tom answered I did my best to describe the situation which is…. so he said bring it over let us look at it since you have some weight being towed. I arrived with the vehicle they quickly went outside to look at the set up made recommendations I said I kind of need it like now cause he needed to order the specialty item so after 30 min of Tom looking everywhere throughout the shop he put something safe together for us an he was successful and we were able to do our scheduled job! They went over and above. Nice to see owner operated businesses still around makes a huge difference!

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been back at this place. The workmanship is always top-notch, but I’ll have to say that the customer Service is above and beyond any experience I’ve had dealing with shops like this. I am new to The camper life and Ryan And his team were upfront and honest with me about the equipment I have and what I needed for a safe trip out west. Ryan even went on a test drive with me to help me understand The difference between my old hitch and new hitch as well as my new breaking controls for my camper. I cannot say enough good things about shops like this because it’s really about the customer experience and feeling safe. at the end of the day. Great job guys! Thank you so much!
The customer service is good, so I rate that a five, but the bike rack they sold me is terrible! I complained about it multiple times, and with every use there's something else annoying about it. Yesterday, my bike either got or almost got damaged trying to adjust everything to get the bike to fit properly on it. Will have someone at a bike shop examine the spokes. If you have a girl's bike, you'll have problems. I wrote a one star review through the manufacturer's website, but have not seen it published yet.
I have been wanting to put a hitch on my minivan for a while. I’m a novice. They took the time to answer all my questions. Had the hitch installed today and even got a new bike rack. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and they walked me through how to attach the rack and use the rack. Wish they were a little easier to get in and out of but def recommend.
I am a few years late to write this, but these lovely folks were life savers! The day before a cross-country move with a haul trailer, I needed to replace my hitch. No one was able to help until we came to Master Hitch! They saved the day in a pinch and made sure we were all set to hit the road!

Master Hitch is kinda like Cheers...everyone will know your name and you'll feel right at home. Every employee, from Susie answering the phones to the owner, manager, and technicians, is personable, knowledgeable, and hilarious! Felt like I was leaving family by the time I walked out. Oh, and they'll teach you loads, too!

The friendly team had not only installed the hitch with precision and care but also set me up with a wire adapter for all my future towing needs. They even walked me through how to swap out the ball in case I ever tow something… let’s just say, non-standard. Five stars. Zero complaints. Highly recommend. Go there. Get hitched. A couple of years ago they installed a new BOSS plow and did a great job. I was passing by today and remembered I needed a poly blade for my new concrete parking lot. They had one in stock! The owner and I'm guessing his son the new owner told me the tricks to install it myself. Did it myself in under an hour! Took longer to find my tools!! Highly recommend this biz.

Great service! We were leaving for vacation when the boat trailer lights crapped out. They fit us into their schedule and we were back on the road in 90 minutes. They’ve done quite a bit of work for us in the past. Highly recommend them!!
Wanted a tow hitch and bike rack installed on my vehicle. Was recommended to Master Hitch. As someone with very little experience, I was happy to talk with the staff of Master Hitch. They provided guidance and advice on what would work for me, which I appreciated. I even shopped them around for price and found their product costs at or below market even compared with online retailers. Although I think you can have installation done a bit cheaper I believe my overall experience was worth the extra money.
The customer service on the phone and during installation was excellent. I came in on a very busy Friday before Memorial Day weekend for installation. They don't take appointments and do first come, first serve. They set realistic expectations of when I could be seen and got me out in time. They also gave me a tutorial of how to use my bike rack. Would recommend this place highly although you may spend a little more, I think the experience was worth the one time cost.
I recently had contacted Master Hitch to have a Curt hitch installed on my 2013 BMW X5, along with a wiring harness, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience!
The team at Master Hitch are experts and know their stuff. They listened to what I wanted and gave their best and honest advice. On the phone, they knew what questions to ask and gave me a quote right away that was very satisfactory. Told me it was first come-first-served basis and they got me in right away.
I hung around during installation and even had a chance to take a nice walk in the adjacent neighborhood while I waited.
The technician was kind enough to let me go out in the shop to see how the wiring was going to be done. I was nervous about possible damage to rear valance or wheel wells but they are true pros! Even put in better rivets than came with the kit.
When completed, everything was perfectly aligned and securely attached. They had tested the wiring harness to make sure it was functioning flawlessly before I left. They even let me know the total price was a little less now that we had decided on a different way to run the wires.
They gave me a lesson plus a guide sheet for when I got home so I could test that the lights worked with my trailer – and they did immediately!
I feel confident knowing that it was installed by experienced pros. Master Hitch exceeded my expectations in customer service, professionalism and technical expertise.

Spectacular! Tom is the owner (I think) and there's Scott behind the counter. Both great guys! SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE. I brought in my BMW X5 for a hitch installation and they had me taken care of in less than 2 hours and Tom walked me outside for a full wiring demonstration. Definitely would come back. Thanks guys
I went here to get a Draw-Tite hitch on my GTI (for a bike rack), and I couldn't be happier with the service. Honestly, the hitch looks like it came from the factory. The ordering process was easy, the install process was fast, and the price was great. I would absolutely return here to get a hitch put on another car.
