Absolutely terrible experience. Paola was extremely rude and acted like helping customers was a burden. Her attitude alone made the visit unpleasant and VERY uncomfortable. To make things worse, they were dishonest about pricing. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Shame on you!!!
Paola is extremely rude, she wants to be mad at her clients when all we’re doing is bringing in business. Our company is really known in the south suburbs of Chicago all my people will definitely know about never going to this place. I hope you read this Paola. This is to not disrespect people.
I had a very poor experience and cannot recommend this company. Paula failed to clarify company regulations, resulting in overcharges. Furthermore, the staff was unclear on where to dump the mixed load, causing unnecessary confusion.
Paola I hope you’re reading this but I will not let people experience what we experience with you! Next time let people know the truth about prices and don’t try to screw over your own kind.
Horrible experience, never again they’re extremely rude & over priced me. Lady that works in window was going back and forth arguing to clear my point. I don’t recommend, Tri state in riverdale way better.
