The owner of this establishment,Roberto, did an outstanding job on my truck. My truck was hit from the back and I never thought it could look this good. To say the least, Roberto left my truck looking 100 times better than when I first purchased it. He got all my sensors/cameras back up and working again. He is very dedicated to his work, and it shows. Great man. Beyond happy with the outcome. If you need any repairs done, I highly recommend this shop.

Roberto is the absolute best! I was heartbroken when I got in an accident in my basically brand new car, but picking it up today felt just like picking it up from the dealership. I’m beyond impressed with my experience. Roberto was so transparent throughout the entire process. We had some issues with some backordered parts but he did everything he could to get my car back to me as soon as he could and I really appreciate all of the effort he put in. He was truly a blessing!

They figured out a way because the headlamp grill that rusted of with the headlight cannot be simply removed. Really nice work and finishings. Highly recommended!!!

This is a very organized, professional shop. Did a repair on our truck. When we picked it up, it was perfect! The owner is very courteous and takes pride in what he does.The work was also done in a very timely manner at a reasonable price.. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend this business for all your auto body work!

Richard was very helpful and diligently explained what needed to be done to make sure my car was properly fixed. I was able to drop my car off and have it fixed within a couple of hours and the overall service was great. If I need work done again I’ll definitely bring my car here!

I was very pleased with FT Collision doing the body work on my car, and replacing a tail light. I felt like I was getting a brand new car, seriously! The refinishing is impeccable; I could not be more pleased! It was done within a week, like I was told, and not a day later! The owner is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and taking pride in the work he does. The price was very reasonable too, which I was the most appreciative. I want to mention also that my car had been cleaned inside and out, and extra care was given in laying paper foot mats. Wow, nice! Excellent service! You are definitely in good hands choosing F.T. Roberto was very helpful and did everything he said he would do plus more. The service was professional and reasonably priced. When I picked up my vehicle, it was like brand new inside and out. FT Collision installed a new front bumper. The owner was very professional, friendly and gave a fair price to fix it. It’s unassuming, but when you walk in you feel comfortable if you had to sit and wait for your car. Been living in Lynwood 16 years and so happy I tried this shop out.

I only do reviews when my expectations are exceeded. FT Collision exceeded my expectations by far. FT Collision replaced front and back bumper with a knew one on my Mercedes ML350. They also painted it! They were by far the most reasonable quote without lacking the quality of work or the outstanding service. This business takes pride in their work and really treat there customers like people not to mentioned the fast reliable service. We went in on Thursday 9/11 for deposit and dropped car off Saturday and picked it up Saturday....how awesome is that!!! F.T. Collision you are awesome!

My wife and I picked up our Honda Accord from F.T. Collision on July 18, 2020. Based on previous experience, we expected another quality job and F.T. did not disappoint; consistency is key! As long as Roberto owns and operates this business, the work will always be quality. We brought the vehicle in for rear bumper repair, but to our pleasant surprise, F.T. repaired a minor gouge on the door and made touch-ups all the way around the car!

Today is July 15, 2020 and I received my car back. I'm extremely happy with the work Robert and his team did on my Audi Q3. He fixed the deep scratches I had and also did "extra credit" by fixing some scratches that I didn't even know I had on my bumper. The detail and care they put to my car has been nothing short of incredible. I have never worked with a collision place quite like this one and HIGHLY recommend everyone bring their cars here. I took my 2010 Ford Fusion in on a Sunday evening to get some work done of the front of the car. There was an extensive amount of damage to the hood, head light, and bumper. To my amazement, the car was fully fixed and ready to be picked up by Friday afternoon. The car looks brand new again, and I am still overly impressed by the work Roberto and his team have done for me! Roberto is honest, hard working, and extremely fair with his rates. 10/10, I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing to get repairs done! Thanks again.

5 stars isn’t enough! I was rear ended while driving my Chevy Traverse and the damage was significant. I regret not taking before and after pictures to show the extent of the damage. Robert and his team didn’t miss a thing and communicated the progress throughout. From the paint color to the electronic sensors to the entire rear gate and bumper, the result is beautiful. If that weren’t enough, Robert and his daughter provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I am not exaggerating. They truly went out of their way to explain the entire process and even helped me with a new battery because Robert was concerned about it’s age and reliability. Robert’s approach to customer service is one to be emulated. He explained the common procedure of using aftermarket parts to repair vehicles that is systemic within the collision industry contrasted with his customer driven practice of repairing vehicles with original factory parts. His honesty was so refreshing, especially in a world more concerned with making money than building relationships. I have already shared my experience with my family and my workplace and am sure Final Touch has gained more customers than just myself. Thank You Robert! It was truly a pleasure meeting you. I cannot say enough about this place! The price, the quality, and the service we're just so wonderful! I brought my car in on a Monday to have a dent removed and repainting part of my 2008 Chrysler crossfire. I needed it ready for a car show on Friday, most places told me two weeks, Robert knew how important it was to me to have it done, and he got it done! And it's beautiful! I recommend this place to everybody I know! Thank you Robert!

Great service ! My dad and I were extremely impressed and satisfied with the rear end work completed on my Chevy Impala by Final touch. They got everything done in a timely manner! After a bad car accident their excellent work has my car looking good as new! The insurance company wanted used parts to be used on my car but Roberto used brand new parts instead for a better appearance! Unfortunately I can’t upload the before and after images but GREAT WORK GUYS!! We highly recommend FT Collision for everyone in need of repairs!

From the moment I called and walked into FT Collision I was greeted with excellent customer service. I brought my 2014 Cadillac for repair on the right side rear quarter panel and bumper. I've been coming here for all of my vehicle repairs and I have to say that the Final Touch Collision team NEVER disappoints. Roberto and his team helped repair my driver side rear view mirror and it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Could not be happier with the way my car turned out! Roberto went to great lengths to make sure my car was perfect and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before I left. I cracked the rear bumper and tail light on my 2015 Mini Cooper some time ago. I was hesitant to go anywhere other than the dealership, but obviously they quoted me an arm and a leg. I also got quotes from another body shop in the city and the prices weren't any better. I came to FT collision after seeing the amazing reviews and I was quoted at very fair price and at a fraction of the cost as the other shops. The paint and body work was done with amazing quality and in a timely matter. My Mini looks brand new! Roberto was super sweet, helpful and professional, which is important to me as a young woman getting car repairs. As a bonus, he gave me a car wash (AND vacuumed cleaned the interior). I highly recommend FT collision. You won’t be disappointed with the quality of work and excellent customer service.

I had my 2015 Kia Optima EX, front bumper replaced by Final Touch Collision and I was very pleased with the results. First of all, Roberto saved me some $500.00 from the dealership price. The work was done ahead of the scheduled time and I mean it was an excellent job. Roberto was very nice and cordial. My wife and I would recommend Final Touch Collision to anyone that needs an honest, hard working, and qualified auto body shop experts.

I was recommended by my mother to visit this place. I must say that customer service was excellent and the work was high quality. I was only charged $50 for a large scuff on my rear bumper. Other places wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars, but Roberto was able to assist me at a fair price. If you want quality work done at a fair price I highly suggest bringing your car here.

They did an amazing job. Roberto stayed past 7pm waiting for me to drop off the car and give me an estimate since I work late. They gave me a very fair price for great quality work. They were able to finish it in less time than I was quoted. Paid for it cash, didn’t have to use insurance. Now my wife is happy with the car. Can’t even tell it was crashed.

Brought my Toyota Corolla in and it needed a new bumper and it had some dents and scratches on the side panel. When I picked my car up it looked brand new, he did a wonderful job on my car. He even fixed it sooner than the recommended timeframe. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a job well done and great customer service.

They are great! I would def recommend them. The auto shop I went to before tried to charge me $2800. The insurance wrote off the estimate for $2750. I went there and he told me he would only charge me $1600 so I can have money in my pocket! It was ready in 2 days. Then the day before it was ready I remembered my headlight was out because I never put the bulb I bought in. You have to take the whole bumper off just to install it. So I asked him if he could change it also. He changed it also put a new one in my other one as well. He only added $20 to the balance. My car looks back like it did when I first got it. I won't be going to anyone but them from now on!

This is an excellent auto-body shop. They are very professional and thorough from the time you walk in until they deliver the final product. We had two cars worked on because of a lot of bumps and bruises. Both cars now look fresh and brand new. When the shop manager tells you that the work will be completed during a certain time frame, rest assured it will. They are also very knowledgeable about auto-body repairs. We are very pleased and highly recommend their work!
