There were so many nice cars on the lot — you’d never even know they had been in accidents because they fix them up really well! The cars run like new, and my Kia even came with certified anti-theft safety software already installed, which was a big plus. The whole process was quick and easy. Our dealer was super patient, let us test drive the car twice, and made sure we could fully check the car out. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good, reliable used car.
This is the second time I purchase a car from this dealer. Their service is great and they are very reasonable in their car pricing. I was looking for a Toyota Prius, so they showed me several options they had available. This is also the second Prius I've bought here. There was no pressure from their side and they were very easy-going and accommodating. I'll definitely come back in the future if I need another car.

Last year in October 2024 I bought my 2012 Nissan Sentra Sr. So far I haven't had any major issues they are honest and fair. But plz don't be foolish if you buy a car cash let a mechanic look at it get a car warranty. I have endurance warranty they are also good.
DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH STATE AUTO! They installed a hybrid battery, gave me 6 month warranty, battery went out before the 6 month warranty ended. They kept scheduling a day to come fix it, then not showing or giving me a call, would not respond until after I said I would have to sue. Currently pursuing legal action in court to sue them for breach of warranty.
Mike was extremely easy to do business with. He let us take the vehicle to be inspected and held the car for us for two days. I am very pleased with the deal we received.

Great auto dealer, they don’t pressure you, very friendly, they answer your questions without being annoyed. The vehicles on the lot for the most part have low mileage and the prices are fair. I did like they allow you to test drive the vehicles. This is my third vehicle purchased here.

I just purchased a 2018 Nissan Sentra, with it being the seventh car from State Auto. The Total seven have been for either myself or family members. Let’s be honest buying a used car is always scary and the purchase is As Is. The one best thing I can say about the staff they are never pressuring you, will answer your questions explain what a rebuild title is and will show you the previous damage if any. The second best thing is you can probably test drive every single car on the lot and make sure what fits you best. No games played they allow you to take to your mechanic for review therefore, what more can you ask for. Aside from normal wear and tear such as oil changes, brakes, possible battery change, I have not had any major break downs for all being used vehicles. I personally recommend State Auto, at least give them a chance and compare before making a purchase elsewhere. Mike, Emanuel and Jeremy have all treated me great with respect and no pressure. I had purchased last year a 2018 Nissan Murano and test drove it multiple times on different days due to it being one of the more expensive ones, which I purchased and very happy with it, not one single problem runs like new.
I had to put a rating to post this so its not a valid rating. I don't feel that I can rate them fairly because I didn't buy a vehicle. However I wanted to share my experience of trying to purchase a vehicle so that it may help someone else. I drove an hour to purchase my daughters first car and the salesman (Jeremy) was very friendly, informative and helpful. They were very straight forward and honest and the particular car we were buying drove beautifully but needed some TLC. They let us take the vehicle to a mechanic and autobody shop. After the inspection we were fully confident that we would buy the vehicle and on our way back to the shop a check engine light came on. I told Jeremy about it and the owner (I believe) came storming out very upset. Now I'm not clear what he was upset about but he made me feel very uncomfortable. I was really strapped for time for I had to take my daughter back to work. So I explained this to them and told them that I wanted to buy the vehicle and to call me when they fix the issue. I didn't hear from them that day so I called first thing in the morning. Jeremy told me that they sold the vehicle to another customer who was waiting on the vehicle. My daughter was heart broken and I was very unhappy for I spent a good $100 and half my day there. I guess it was bad communication and plain bad luck that day. My advise is to get something in writing or put a deposit down to let them know you're serious. I wished I would've thought of that, that day!! Hopefully good luck is on its way!!

Was a little nervous about buying a salvage vehicle, but I am happy to report that I have had no issues and the vehicle drives as if it were brand new. Staff was friendly and inviting. Just picked up a 2009 Nissan Altima for my youngest. I'll admit I was nervous, had never dealt with a rebuilt title. I will say State Auto is 100% transparent with the prior damage. I know that I drove Emanuel crazy with all of my questions. He remained very professional in dealing with me. Thank you for that! You never know what you'll get with any used product. I certainly hope that this vehicle will last for many years. It's the chance you take, but so far so good! I've already recommended them to friends.
Had a very pleasant buying experience with State Auto. I bought a 2010 Nissan Rogue more than a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. After having searched for a vehicle for 3 weeks, I found the best deal in terms of mileage and price at State auto. I never had a rebuilt title car before so I was a little concerned at first. However I appreciate the transparency here, they took me through the process of how they buy cars, repair them, and the safety examinations they pass. They let you take it to your own mechanic prior to purchasing a vehicle as well.
Great experience. They openly provided pictures of the car we were buying showing the damage it sustained in the past (which is how it came to have a salvage title and then rebuilt title). They held the car for a week while we made arrangements to pick it up (it was over Christmas). Emmanuel, who helped us, was kind and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience. We are very pleased with the car and would buy from them again. I recommend them without a thought!
Just bought my new Mazda 2013 and I am in love with it! They are great, truly and I have dealt with many not so great dealers but not these guys. They offered me a great price and the car is so great! I recommend going to them anytime you need a car! It goes to show you should always shop small businesses!
I had decent experience with State Autos. The guy I dealt with was nice and helped me. I purchased a 2005 Toyota solara. Although my check engine light came on; when I called, Jim was more than happy to assist me with my problem (problem was later fixed for a low price with my regular mechanic) and even told me to bring the car in so the mechanic could take a look at it. I paid them off in three months and they expedited my title to me along with a nice note for appreciation of service. They're all good with me and I would recommend to others. ??????
