Junk King (JK) is an absolutely fantastic business. I bought a new TV today, and needed to dispose of the old one. I called JK at about 11:15 a.m., and the young lady who answered the phone was very friendly and conversed extremely well. I requested removal service for a 46" flat screen TV, and she arranged to have it picked up TODAY for a relatively modest cost, and between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. The pickup charge included an incredible discount! John - the service hauler - called and gave me updates on when he would be at my house, and he arrived within the allotted time frame. Very personal gentleman with a great spirit. Very helpful with the pick-up. I appreciate JK for the fantastic service, and John's personality is a big part of this review. I wholeheartedly recommend JK for your junk removal needs, and you won't be disappointed!

The two gentlemen that came today were absolute gems! As I am semi-handicapped they made sure I didn't have to do anything at all other than direct them on what to take. We were able to clear out so much junk that had accumulated outside and also in my garage. I will definitely have them back as my husband has recently passed and I have so many things that I need to get moved out of here. Once I decide exactly what I'm going to get rid of next, they will certainly be requested to work with me again.

I needed to have a storage unit cleared out, as I don't live in the area and couldn’t do it myself. I reached out to Junk Kings on the recommendation of my storage company, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. I was able to promptly schedule someone to come and look at what I needed to dispose of, and they were out the next day. I was also able to decide then if I wanted them to complete the service immediately, which I did. I thought the pricing was very fair, compared to similar services I've used. I believe I worked with Charlie to schedule, and Sean took care of my items. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs it!
Amazing company! Came in and quickly got the job done . I got a great quote through the text option and when the crew came they stuck to the quote, and immediately started removing the junk out of my garage. Took them less than 2 hours!!! And it was a garage full of junk. Would definitely recommend!! Super satisfied!!!
Junk King Chicago South cleaned out a garage, back porch and items from a yard. It was a ton of junk accumulated by my parents over the course of 30 years, so I’m grateful that the items are gone. However the workers elected to shove a dresser down a set of wooden stairs damaging the stairs. Paid $1700 only to eventually have to pay more for the porch to be repaired. Added bonus, they left a ton of broken glass behind. They were more concerned with trying to scavenge copper wire than making sure my property wasn’t damaged or that the alleyway was properly cleaned.

I needed an upright piano, love seat, and sofa moved and we have a one story home. Shawn and his team were very professional and super nice during the entire process. They only took 30 min to move everything out and put everything on the truck, just in time for my meeting since I work from home. The process was very efficient and I would use them again.

I requested a post-estate sale clean out of a property. Juan and Joel arrived slightly earlier than the start time, and were ready to work almost immediately. This was a large amount of items to remove from the house, so it was expected to take quite a while. Not only did they do it faster than expected, but optimized the space. The were polite, profession, and all around great guys. The service itself was a great price, and I would use them again!
