Please don't hesitate to call Bryan! We needed a tow on a scary stretch of I-94/80 and Bryan was there fast. He was helpful, professional and friendly. After the fact he has been helpful in replying to requests for help with invoices for insurance reimbursement. He was a bright light in a really unpleasant situation.
Bryan was incredibly helpful when we were in need of an emergency tow on the expressway. Being from out of town, he helped us find a tire shop for a repair and really took care of us. Highly highly recommend.
Called in an hour ahead for a service and told me to call back 10 minutes prior to when needed. So I did and he tells me 30 minutes. When a driver finally pulls up he refuses to do the service and drives off. On the phone he said he just did the same type of service two hours prior but I get no service. Tried using someone local to the neighborhood but definitely going somewhere else in the future.
I called with need of help just now and was told it was not safe to drive to me which is about 10 minutes at 430am. Really sad for the poor service and no help.
Next Gen towing rescued me half a dozen times in six months. My car broke down near Kankakee and my transmission was out. The Kankakee Police were not letting any tow trucks out of town due to the high number of homicides in the area involving cars. So I sat on the expressway for FIVE HOURS. I was going to northwest Indiana and I looked up tow truck Munster. I got Next Gen in Lansing. Close enough! Brian is a nice guy and very trustworthy. He turned on my street and said, my grandmother lived here! When I asked her name it turned out to be my best friend from childhood’s mom!!! I was best friends with his aunt! Small world!!! They are a great family. Very trustworthy people. Brian also recommended Phil’s Collision Center in Schererville after my new car was struck. Great place!!!
Reached out to Next Generation Towing and spoke with owner operator Bryan he was extremely professional and comforting in taking care of me and my vehicle his pricing was very fair and reasonable and was at my door within 20 minutes I could not have ask for anything better than that he had my vehicle on the truck quickly without any issues and off to the repair shop he gave me a courtesy call and let me know my vehicle was delivered safely Thanks again to Next Generation for your quick and courteous, professional service I will definitely be using Next Generation for now on and referring them to my Family and friends special thanks to Bryan for making my day much easier Mr.Anco
Awesome, We got a blowout on 94 E, right before the Illinois - Indiana border. Trucks and traffic everywhere. They got to us quickly and ensured we were left in good hands at a tire shop that had what we needed.
Extremely fast service. While I was getting dental work done my daughter waited in the car and ran the battery down listening to music. I didn't get his name but, the polite gentleman answered the phone by the second ring and showed up within 10 minutes to jump start the battery. A stressful moment was quickly and pleasantly resolved. Thank you.
