10000% DO NOT GO HERE OR USE THEIR TOWING , COMPLETE RIP OFFS . I got charged $220 for a 15 minute drive while I was in the tow truck I seen the guy texting on his phone that it would be $120 & then I get to the shop where they speak 0 English, only one of the tow men. And that’s when they said the tow was $220 keep in mind I was 19yrs old & this happened recently July 11th 2025 I looked very young so of course they knew they got me and I was vulnerable , lost so anywho they towed my car to this shop (they will act as if they know a place) LOOK YOURSELF DONT LET THEM PICK FOR YOU as my sorry self did. Just not knowing! ) I had to leave my car there overnight which they charge $50 a day next day comes not even a full 24hrs they tried telling me I owed them $100 even tho it wasn’t even a full 24hrs that my car was there for so I Decided to get my mother-in-law involved and once she called up there, their answers completely changed it all of a sudden went from $100 to $50 overall, just please don’t come here I don’t care what they try n convince they’re SCAMS!!
Really bad service. The only good thing is they’re open late at night. I called at 1 am to change my tire cus it was flat and they told me 70 dollars on the phone. When I arrived the guy kept looking at my car and he goes no it’s 120 dollars you have a nice car. It’s not right to change prices. Just be aware they might scam you. I won’t go again for sure.
I am very grateful for the service that this place provided to me on fathers day, Sunday June 15th, when some idiot decided it would be a good idea to slash 2 of my tires. The problem is that the business took advantage of the fact that it was Father’s Day and none the less on a Sunday. I took whatever tires they offered to throw on my car because I was desperate. 1 of the tires wasn’t the same size, but was assured that it would not give me any issues, the other tire was okay except it had a slash on it, now to be fair I was told they could replace the tires but I took longer then usual and made it look suspicious. Long story short, because of the wrong size tire I was forced to take to dealership which ended up costing me about 1K because it was the tires causing the differential to not properly work. Got the job done and figured I may be able to take the tires that were sold to me to possibly just get the replacement. That I was told I could get. It is very unfortunate because I thought the business would understand, and they refused to give me the benefit of the doubt and treated me as a liar and as if I was trying to pull a scam on them. There was no hospitality or even an attempt to make it right. Esmeralda just kept saying they there is signs posted and that I should have read them. Just a note, the tires were installed in sight with very little information to go on, let alone on a Sunday and on Father’s Day. I thought they would be more mindful of the situation. I really wanted to work something out, I didn’t want any money back, I only wanted them to make good on what they do wrong. Please guys take pictures or video of any service being done by this place. I wish I would have done so, but my mind was only getting back on the road to enjoy a Father’s Day with my only daughter Lilly. AOK PLEASE DO BETTER. After all we are neighbors and word get out pretty fast. Good Luck y’all.
Horrible you have a 14 yr old that has no clue what he’s doing and the lady who is with him acts like she know what the hell shes talking about… clueless. Don’t come here they will over charge you and don’t know what the hell they are doing. Spent 1 hour just so they can tell me they couldn’t patch up my tire and I needed to buy a $90 used tire that did not even match the rest of my tires. Now after I put the right tire I found out they messed up my tire sensor….. DO NOT COME HERE. BAD SERVICE!!!
Flat tire at 1030pm, got to a-ok at 11pm and was home before 1130pm with a patched tire and back to normal. Amazing. They were wonderful and totally affordable. Thanks Esme and everyone else!
I went to this shop to get a tire replaced. They gave me a used tire that ended up leaking, and I had to come back to get it replaced. While I appreciated the free replacement, they acted like they were doing me a favor — even though the original tire clearly shouldn’t have been sold in that condition.
After that, my TPMS (tire pressure sensor) stopped working. I brought it up to them, and they claimed it was just a dead battery. I had another shop look at it, and they confirmed the sensor was physically damaged during installation, not from battery failure.
I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue — I called, went in person, and even spoke with someone who answered the phone and passed me off, then later denied being the owner. I was offered a partial discount on the sensor repair, but at that point, I had already spent extra time, energy, and frustration just trying to get what should’ve been basic service.
I gave them every chance to make it right. Unfortunately, the lack of honesty and accountability makes it impossible to recommend this shop.

Recently visited this 24 hr tire shop. Fast and efficient job to take a nail out my tire and seal it back. Went in early in the morning at 7:15am got assisted right away.
The guys here are so nice and respectful I was in really need of some help tonight and they helped me and my kids out by switching out my tires I definitely recommend coming here if you need a tire change and the price is great as well. Thank you guys again I really appreciate it
Stopped here because we had a low tire and regretted it very quickly. We assumed the kid who gave us the price was the assistant or something. Nope. He was working there by himself without adult supervision. He put the jack on the gas tank and luckily my dad got off to check while the kid went to the back to fix the tire. The tank got damaged (it bent). So the kid quickly went for another jack and placed it somewhere else and when he was about to remove that one he was struggling and damn near crushed his hand. My dad is a mechanic so luckily he told him to stop, not use his hand, and find a pole instead and I don’t know anything about cars but when I saw our car drop down so quickly I knew that this kid would’ve severely hurt his hand. We asked to speak to a manager and he said it was just him that day. I have no problem with a kid trying to earn some extra money but please train him properly!!! And always with an adult watching. This kid could not have been older than 15.
The jacks were all with a short handle, hence why he almost hurt his hand. Get proper tools!!

My tire popped on 39th Cicero. I was sent off by other shops around so I thought that I was doomed. Until I called them. Was surprised that they offered towing (which was swift. Faster than AAA and roadside assistance)
When we arrived, my lug nut key was stripped. So he worked effortlessly trying to get it out to get me a new tire. He didn’t give up and got it off. Best service I’ve ever had.

I had an excellent experience at OK Towing & Tire when I hit a pothole and blew a tire late at night. Thankfully, they were open until midnight, which was a lifesaver! I called ahead, and the staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. They quickly got me in and had me back on the road in no time. The convenience of being able to get my tire fixed after hours was a huge relief. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quick, friendly, and reliable service!
I had a really frustrating experience at A OK Tires in Cicero. My tire pressure warning light turned on, so I brought my car in hoping they could help. When I arrived, my tires just needed air, but they didn’t even bother to measure the tire pressure before jumping to the conclusion that I only needed air. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was completely ignored. Five cars that arrived after me were taken care of first, and they all had either a flat tire or needed a tire replaced. It seemed like they prioritized customers with more complex issues who were likely going to spend more money. When I finally asked about it, the worker told me they couldn’t put air in my tires because they were “too busy.” He also mentioned that the light likely came on because it’s cold. It seems odd that a tire shop can't spend a couple of minutes to add air to tires, especially when it's part of the service they provide. I couldn’t believe it. I won’t be returning to this place. Terrible service and lack of customer care.
To start off I’d like to thank this company for helping me out. from tire repairs oil changes to 24HR towing services these guys are outstanding at what they do.Good communication. very knowledgeable. Best prices all around.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Went to this place on Saturday night at 8pm and the guy helped fix my tire in less than 20 minutes.

A Ok towing and tire service is pretty much a scam. A few days ago, they towed my car and told me I’ve to pay $420 just for towing. Once the tow truck arrived, the city of Chicago also pulled up behind us to confront the driver and told them their fee is outrageous. The driver didn’t give a concrete answer. The city has been following them for a while and need to be kept accountable if not close their business.
Secondly, they’re not responsive when someone tries to reach them. There is a NMexican guys supposedly in charge of the business. When I tried to reach their phone they blocked me after they spoke to me once. It’s a 24/7hr business as it says in their advertising but customer service is completely out of line and unresponsive. I’ll be reporting to the BBB and everyone else who has experienced such encounter should do the same.
