I was carjacked and they got me back my vehicle very quickly after providing them with the proper documentation. Much better than Chicago impound.

It is extremely shocking how Cicero PD, or the Town of Cicero allows such careless actions by these “tow truck” drivers. They NEVER strap the wheels to the drawbar, and the use of TWO safety chains, AS REQUIRED BY LAW! These drivers drive reckless and feel nobody can tell them anything. If anybody sees them towing, snap pictures and post them online to expose how they endanger other drivers with their careless safety violations. Whenever they tow and give you a hard time, contact the town, or Illinois Commerce Commision.

If I could give this place negative stars I would . The most miserable unprofessional people work here. When you call it’s “please hold I’m with a customer” like you’re not a customer on the phone . Then they hang up on you. I’m convinced they want to upset you enough to have a reason not to give you your car.

My vehicle was damaged during towing. Missing front license plate and charged with additional extra day. Very unprofessional business. 0/5 stars. Some workers are little to no help & no managers or supervisors on-site. Avoid at all cost. Will definitely request hearing/lawsuit for damages, time and unlawfully towing.

This place is so cruel they stole my son's car While my daughter was getting her makeup done... We were in town for my grandma's funeral... These people stole the car that had a displayed handicap sticker in the window and said that it was a private handicap spot that was paid for which no one ever told us there was no signs or anything and they stole the car and close the tow lot 30 minutes early now we have to stay in Illinois until Monday pay more hotel fees just so we can get the car out of tow not counting people are missing work and school such a sucky place.. it's sad that they look for out-of-town plates and steal people cars so beware if in this town or county because they are big thieves

My car got stranded on the public street and the police forced me to use their tow and be taking to the impound lot. I contested but the police force me to use them. I understand that it needs to be off the street right away because of traffic but I wish I could just have a local/private tow to take it off the street rather than the city tow. Had a bad experience. Had to pay the tow, plus a day on the lot, plus a private tow to get it off the lot. For a public service, it sure feels like a mafia like business. Don't let them take your car. It's going to end up being more money. Though, you may not get a choice if your car broke down on public street and you can't move it out of the way. I told them if they can take the car to my home but they said no. Don't think they would simply let me put it to the side either. Though the police did gave me a ride to work. So, it was nice of them to do that. Before you head to the lot, make sure you to get a release with the police department. It doesn't matter what's the reason for. They are going to ask for a driver's license, registration, and insurance. For the dumbest reason, you might have to go to the lot to pick up your registration first, people usually don't carry extra registration but they don't care. However, you can get away with this by just bringing your title. Or grab it before they tow it. Next, head to the lot with your driver's license, release paper, insurance, registration / title. If your car broke down, the only choice you have is to tow it out of the lot. Doesn't matter if it's a simple fix. All they want is to waste your time and money. Be prepared to pay around $140 Plus whatever amount of days you had it there. I believe $40 a day. But I'm sure it's a lot more if you had it towed for parking or any citation you had with the city. I suggest to not let them give them a reason to take your car. Be prepared to waste your money. No reason for them to make me go to the police station to get a release just for a stranded car other than control. Luckily they're both close by. I am sure it would have been worse if I got towed for parking, citation, crime, etc. So pay your tickets, stay out of trouble, pay attention where you are parking. Don't let these nutty people take your car.
