I’d like to recognize Willy, the manager at AutoZone, for his exceptional customer service. I arrived around 8:30 p.m., just before the store closed, needing help with my car battery. Despite it being near closing time and outside his normal duties, Willy personally assisted me with replacing it. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. Outstanding service!
This was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had at an AutoZone!!! Willie the Store Manager was working by himself, there were multiple customers in store and lots of calls coming in. He handled EVERYONE with care and attention; he didn’t rush anyone, he answered questions, he was patient, he acknowledged everyone and continually thanked the customers for their patience. Willie is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service!!! Kudos!!!
Just got my first car and stopped by to get some oil and Willie was a big help. He helped me checked my oil level and even added some more oil because it was a little low. Thanks for helping me out.

I gave you when I purchased and at what location. For sure you seen the purchase come up on your screen but you decided to ignore it and deny my return
I would never go back there again cuz obviously they thought I was a joke they were laughing at me and gossiping as I was walking out the door they didn't want to help me with something that I didn't know nothing about they made me feel stupid I would never go here again and I wouldn't suggest anyone going here
Nick was the best. I'm clueless and he was patient and knowledgeable. He braved the 0 degree weather to get my battery in and get me rolling. Thanks Nick, for real.
I went there thus morning for wiper blade Julian not only put the blades on also filled my truck up with the windshield wiper fluid I just bought also. Top notch service and I tried to tip him he wouldn’t take it. Such a great guy
Julian was very knowledgeable he replaced my battery very quickly. Other stores wouldnt replace it due to 2 extra brackets that needed to be removed to access the battery. It was a relief to come to this location.
Went here not too long ago to test my battery and check if there were any codes on the vehicle. When I walked in Nick greeted me and helped me with all my needs. He was very polite and we even had a couple laughs. Even when he was off the clock he made sure to check up on me in the parking lot. Great service and would come here again. It was after work. I needed a new battery. Pep Boys turned me away. I walked into Auto Zone. Nik Colagrossi was kind and helpful. He walked outside in the rain and replaced my battery. Fantastic customer service!
The young lady Yadira was absolutely amazing!! She helped change my car battery in the blistering cold while the men were inside complaining of the cold!
This is autozone in general not just this particular location. The cv axle the sell for xdrive models front driverside is over an 1.5 short. Caused me to have to replace the front differential because the shift keep popping itself out damaging the splines in the differential. See picture one on backside it from BMW
Autozone is incredibly overpriced, though so are their other brick & mortar counterparts. If you can spare 2-3 days just order online & save EASILY 50-90%. I only use these local auto part stores when I'm in a hurry. I give one extra star for good customer service. Mark me words, you're putting yourselves out of business worth these prices. Thank you to the young kids working hard for a failing business, nonetheless.
Just left after getting my check engine light looked at and the young man(did t catch his name) went above and beyond to help me! He saved me alot of money! I had the white Toyota with a baby in arm (if he sees this) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I am so happy that we stopped into this AutoZone location. We’ve been working on a classic boat, motor, and buying tools has really added up. The employees told us about the loaner program, and I am thrilled to know this service is available! On top of that, they were both so friendly and helpful. This will be my go-to auto parts store from now on.

Went for a simple part. Engine air filter. Out of stock on all but the ridiculously expensive one. Same issue when I needed a battery. Drove across the parking lot to O'Reilly's and got what I needed. I will not go again

A HUGE shoutout to Julian C. who helped replace my battery. It was a bit challenging and I was turned away from another big name store as “it was too complicated.” Another store next door was too worried about going home because it was semi close to that time.
Julian was knowledgeable, friendly and insightful when it came to making sure this project could be completed with a few adjustments.

I had a great experience buying parts for my car here. Well run store, very organized. The staff was excellent, very accommodating. I had trouble putting a steering wheel cover on and Ethan came to my car to show me how. What a great guy. Big thumbs up for this location. Aamir checked me out and made sure I got everything I needed. High quality store.
I came in looking for headlights for my car and a great gal named Fanny helped me out. She did an outstanding job asking me the right questions to get the right stuff for me. She also informed me of stuff I didn't know I needed for my vehicle that needed to get fixed. Overall great experience and Fanny should get promoted ASAP. She knows her stuff
This store is so clean and organized, I can find things so easily. Staff is super helpful, especially Fanny who helped me with finding control arms for my car. Great experience overall.
