Tim is an incredibly nice person. I was in desperate need for some help and unfortunately I know nothing about cars but Tim was able to help me put my anti freeze in my car. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing but he made it so easy for me. An actual life saver.
The guys at O'reilly this evening really helped me out as they figured out how to remove the old headlamp and replace it with a new one. Now I am good to go! I really appreciate their time and patience as it took a little while!
My dashboard was saying snow I went there and they told me there's nothing wrong with that that there's no being predicted for today. It's June 16th that makes no sense. Jiffy Lube was able to figure out why that light was on and showed me where it is so I can fix that next time by myself.
Terrible service. Been told by the district manager (Elias Martinez) to return the faulty part I purchased at this store and buy from their competitor. I really hope corporate office reads these reviews.

I go to this location a few times a week for my work. Tony and the rest of the employees are always friendly and wanting to help. I even received a Christmas present from them last year! A+++
The employees here were very helpful , patient and professional. They gave me the exact parts I needed and installed them for free. All over experience was great and the prices were reasonable, will return as needed.
I went into the store for a cabin air filter, first I got the attention of the young man behind the counter I ask if he could come and help he said NO, so I thought to myself ok maybe He can’t leave from behind the counter. I went to the counter and noticed he was texting on his phone, I told him what I was looking for, he checked the computer and told me he had one for twenty dollars I said ok I will take it so he leaves from behind the counter to go get the filter came back tossed it on the counter as he checked me out he was back and forth on his cell phone texting. He gave me my receipt and walked away, did not say thank you have a good day nothing just walked away texting on his phone. That was the worst Customer service I have ever received.
Two guys behind counter totally ignored me while I was looking for car cleaning products. I went to Advance Auto on 5th and was greeted as I walked in and directed to proper aisle.
My second visit and the prices where high compared to Rockauto.com maybe I'm spoiled but Rockauto is the place for selection and price.
Trying to get a sales person to help me was too much to ask for.
I will continue to buy on line.
They also had no oil filters for my Monte Carlo. Synthetic oil was very expensive here.
Why sell lug nuts in quantitys of Four(4)
when most vehicles have five (5) ?
My boys. Juan, Tony, Austin, and Carlos and Drew. These gentlemen ALWAYS help me with finding parts for customers cars and my own. Highly recommend these highly skilled and highly professional good looking men. They make my day every time I go in. I have no friends, so I visit the store often and they even act like they like me to make me feel better. Truly great people.

I needed my battery replaced because it was leaking fluid and corroding the terminal. Brought it here and Antonio provided great service. It was about 25 degrees outside but Antonio was very patient. Cleaned the corroded terminals very thoroughly. I couldn’t believe that he was that thorough. Took care of everything. I’ll be calling the store and regional managers to let them know about the great service I received.
Had item I needed and went out of their way to serve me as I was blocked in and unable to deploy my wheelchair lift. They served me at my van! Is that 5 star service or what! Won't go anywhere else from now on! Thanks O'Reilly!
On Sunday, October 1, 2017, my husband and I went to purchase a couple of items to repair 2 vehicles. It was early but the male that helped us was very attentive and made me feel comfortable in that he knew what he was doing and talking about. I think his name was Juan. I was really pleased with him too because he was a Dunkin Donuts drinker. The service was top notch and to add to that was that I could use my military discount.
Came in to get replacement bulb for tail light. Service was quick and professional. Ivan installed my replacement bulb quickly - all told I was there and gone in less than 10 minutes.
The staff at O'Reilly always seem to be honest and sincere with customers. Willing to help with questions and find items. Better than a mandatory and generic greeting like other other stores.
Saw on a Youtube video that diagnosing your "check engine" light is easily done by visiting an auto parts store that has the OBD reader. Stop into this O'Reilly store and got the job done. Staff was very helpful and showed me how to do it and pulled up the code on the computer and printed out the issue for me. Nothing major, but a relief to know. Had my oil and filter on sale so got a couple things done that evening. Thank you for the great service! p.s. went to the other "boys" across the street first, but was told "maybe service dept. does that", but grew tired of waiting.
