I wouldnt recommend calling this place. Better off going to pick and pull if you want to be served. I don’t understand how a company as big as LKQ have poor customer service. I literally got the phone hung up on me for almost an hour straight trying to call in. It’s like they never answer the phone. I literally called back to back for 30 minutes straight and each time someone kept hanging the call up. Then when you get there you see two maybe three people sitting next to the phone doing nonthing. This is bad for the owner because that’s money missed and a customers not gained all because he has lazy workers.

I want to put a shout out to Jason Young he is the star of reliable I bought an engine from him for my Jeep the engine was defective immediately he started to get a new engine he worked diligently to get it to the mechanic to have it installed a second time it works perfectly I'm very pleased and I'm very happy thank you Jason

Unfortunately, the front desk customer service consistently gives the impression that assisting customers is an inconvenience. Each interaction is accompanied by reluctance and a lack of professionalism, as if any request is a burden. Although I continue to purchase parts from this business, I find it increasingly stressful to contact them, knowing that I will likely be met with an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude.

truck drivers warning They are good , but if you are a truck driver picking up parts, then your trailer will smell gas from the engines ( very strong smell) . The brokers should know that's after this load, you need to keep your trailer doors open for a day or two

Horrible customer service. Manager didn't give me my military discount. I had my military ID but had left License due to me knowing I was going to be under all type of cars. Showed him on the phone and he still declined stating I already paid even though he asked me to pull it up on my phone. Horrible experience

They never answer the phone and it don't even be customers there. They want you to drive all the way to the facility just to tell you they don't have the part.

Very bad experience with them. They do not bring complete parts, and then they start blaming you for wasting their time. I bought a taurus console from them that came hollow with no side trims, cup holders, or anything else included, even though I was guaranteed the whole thing. They also keep you on hold for a very long time, and sometimes eventually just hang up on you after that.

Went there on 11/13/24,the part I needed cost $75.00 new,they were charging the same price used,manager wouldn't discount part,do your research before going there!!!!

Their return department lacks professionalism There is very little communication and if you’re not on them consistently, it will take months to be refunded

I haven’t been to this place, but when I called to inquire about a part for my car, the guy who answered The phone was bordering on rude. He seemed to grow impatient because I wasn’t exactly sure what to call The part that I was looking for, rear bumper or fender. I think I will look elsewhere for my part because the first impression was not a good one.

Cannot even get through to speak to anyone, terrible customer service. Phones are terrible, called 15 times and could not even ask a question. Finally someone answered and would not even let me speak and then transferred away. Gave up

Bought an engine from this place. They delivered one that was rusted and needed most of the gaskets replaced. Sine the engine was under "warrenty" our mechanic refused to touch it because that would void the warranty. It took almost two months for them to pick the trash they delivered. Meanwhile I was paying storage for the car and the engine they delivered. Their customer service is the worst I have encountered. They try to blame you as a customer for their mistakes and get beligerant with you because you have the nerve to get upset because they can't get their act together.

LKQ should hire more people to respond to customer calls in a timely manner. I'm usually on hold for more than 1 hour waiting to speak with a sales rep. That's terrible customer service. Dude I spoke with asked me for my vin and couldn't even wait for me to give it to him before hanging up. Very rude. I'll take my business elsewhere!

I deal with them for the last 20 years , I do trust this company and always receive quality transmissions as ordered, rarely seen an equal to quality and service nationwide they provide.

So I would recommend buying your motors and transmissions from this place. The customer service wasn't the greatest and have enough people had to wait to get taken care of. Then I had to wait almost 45 minutes to get the engine and the transmission. That is a long time to wait.

This place was fantastic! The people at the front desk where more than kind. I felt so comfortable walking around in the Boneyard that if I had a blanket and a pillow I would have taken a nap for days. I can't wait to go back I'm going to try to spend my fourth of July camped out it is so cool

Came here for a rim & they quoted me a price 3 times higher than what I paid @ their other location to just pull it myself. BUT then I needed a throttle body & they quoted me the same price as the self pull! It was in perfect condition, I only had to wait about 5 minutes & I didn't have to search through endless rows of cars in the cold for my part! I will definitely check here first before buying new or going to the self pull especially since the staff was all really friendly & knowledgeable.

Picked up a alternator for someone and put it on the car out in the deep south suburbs and when I went to plug in the electrical connector it didn't fit because it didn't match. Aka. Wrong part. Had to take it right back off. It was on a Saturday so I have to wait til Monday to go back to see if they have to right one because they closed for the weekend. Waste of a day and time. Take your old part in and inspect it before you purchase.

I know you hear this a lot, but if I could give zero stars I would, I went in there looking for a part, was told they would have it in a few days, and I'd have to pay for it now sight unseen but I said ok no problem. A week passes I don't hear anything, I call my sales representative, no answer I leave a message, no reply, so I decided to stop up there, I was told sorry we never ordered it, itll be another few days, ok wait again, same story, no call nothing and the refunded my money without saying anything. So I'm assuming they didn't have the part and didn't tell me or whatever but that's terrible service I do a lot of work on cars and so do a lot of people I know and NONE of us will be doing business there.

I called LKQ three times this morning starting at 9:37am. The first time I pressed 3 to purchase parts for my own car and when the person picked up the phone and said hold on I was disconnected, so I called back and this time I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one picked back up and the last time I called someone picked up again and all he said was please hold. I waited again for 30 minutes and no one came back to the phone. Horrible phone customer service, hopefully it will be better if I go in person.
