Purchased a used starter which looked like it had been just laying around outside. I should have followed my first mind because it looked like it probably had an issue and it did. Installed it and it was defective and they didn't have another one. Guy wouldn't look for my original core and wouldn't let me have the defective one as a core. Just grabbed a random starter which took away my comparison option when purchasing another one. Everything worked out for me in the end, but their business practices need attention.
I am so disappointed with the auto parts store. Not only did they selling my a rusted engine that cost me$1471.00. They are not a man of their word. They say they are family oriented but they are not. Me being a female not knowing about engines. I went there to get the engine not knowing what the auto shop was supposed to test the engine before they sold it to me. Well they didn't not. I had to get help from someone to go get the engine. When the mechanic was working on my sons car called me to tell me after all that ,that the engine was rusted. Chris the lead guy at the auto place gave me a sad apology and promised me for my inconvenience that he was going to give me gas money. I had to rent a uhaul pickup to return the rusted engine that he sowed me so I could get a refund. So I spend almost $100 that day trying to return that rusted engine so I could get my refund. On top of that Chris wasn't in the shop that day. I called him on Monday to let him know I returned the engine and got my refund. Chris told me he would call me back because I was inquiring about what he promised me, til this day I still haven't heard from Chris. Never will I go back there nor will I refer anyone I know to go there. I am not happy at all. Chris used me because I was a woman.

I needed a wheel. I used a nationwide search site. There were 2 in my area. Theirs was about 1/2 the price. I called to make sure they had it since I was driving 30 miles through traffic to get there. He assured me he had it and advised me it had curb rash on it which is why it's discounted. It still has the TPMS sensor still in it. I appreciated the honesty. He even gave me $10 for my old cracked rim. Put a new tire on the wheel and it is riding great
Promised to have ready pulled part by later on the day came back next day still not pulled showed no remorse asked for timeliness was basically told when it gets off. NEVER AGAIN
I called and asked for a car part and the man told me they had it stock so he said that he had to bring the part to the front.when I called back the guy said he was loading some trucks and that's all he cared about.So 4 hours past and he never called back about my part and when I called back he kept putting me on hold .I'm getting racist vibes
I called on Thursday to see if they had a rim in stock and they did. Victor told me he needed a day and a half to get the rim off and inspected. I let him know that I lived an hour away and I would be out there on Monday, if I they could have it ready for Monday. He said yes and took my deposit over the phone. I called on Monday at 12:30 to make sure that they would have it ready since I would be in the area and they said yes and they would call me when it was ready. I waited until 4:30 with no call so I called back at 4:45 when i was a few minutes from the shop and they told me that it was not ready and the order is still processing and didn't know why it wasn't ready yet as promised. At this point I requested my deposit be refunded. We'll will see how long that takes! Now i have to drive around on the donut and look for another rim because with these gas prices i will not be driving all the way back when they decide they can get around to it.
After confirming that part is available they did not have time to remove part for me.after waiting for 1h they still not work on it. So I left. We are talking about tail gate for pickup truck.what a joke.40 min drive +1h wait + 40 min back home. Save your time dont go there.
I called in and gave them a stock number. They told ok part is off the car ,on the shelf ,come pick it up. When I came in ,they told my part was still on the car but they have a replacement for me. Replacement was 8(!!!) years older part came off different car with a large crack in it for the same price. Wasted 2 hour drive round trip.
Every time I purchase an item I have to return it back because is not working, they never check there part before they sell it , it happens with me more than one time.
I went here to get a replacement mirror for my car. I called them to verify they had the part that I stock, when I got there it was sitting to the side. I paid and was on my way. It was 2/3 cheaper than the parts in Ebay. I wouldn’t say the place was dirty but it looked like a typical mechanic shop would look. It was well staffed & the people were friendly. So no complaints from me.
Everything u need for your car if its from across the pond, if u will; "auto makers"... and great with advise on getting it done... Riding nice!!! Thanks Guys!!!....#HighlyRecommended....
I had my car fix here one time and when it was returned to me it was in worse condition. I end up having to sell it. I hope this place is under new management.
