Servicing my C-Max has been very smooth and easy through Arlington Heights Ford. I love my hybrid C-Max. It is a solid little car that feels, rides and has features, of a much more expensive car. Yet was budget friendly and gets GREAT mileage. It is good to have knowledgeable service to take care of it.

Recently, I bought a Ford F150 Raptor from Arlington Heights Ford. This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership in a year and a half or so. And I am very satisfied as I was the first time. The folks at arlington heights ford always treat me with respect. The deals are fair and this time, Steve Ursin helped putting my deal together. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I could not be any happier with the purchase.

Unfortunately, my experience with Arlington Heights Ford was not a great one. The interaction started off fantastic with their customer care coordinator, Joe. Shout out to Joe — he was very pleasant to work with, providing helpful information and great communication about the vehicle I was inquiring about. However, the experience took a complete turn once I was handed off to his “lead,” Tim. I’m not sure how Tim holds that position, as his demeanor during our conversation came across as rude and, quite frankly, disrespectful toward a potential customer. Tim even mentioned that he “didn’t mean to be rude,” but by that point, the interaction had already left a poor impression. It ultimately made me not want to do business with this dealership. Employees are a direct reflection of the company they represent, and unfortunately, Tim left a negative impression on what otherwise began as a positive experience. Perhaps Joe could teach Tim a thing or two about proper customer relations and professionalism.

Kevin in commerical service is wonderful, a fantastic writer - certainly a cut above the rest. He is the reason I am so loyal to this brand. He really knows how to communicate well to a customer. Folks like him are very rare.

Had recall and regular service done on my Bronco. JB, my service advisor, did a great job in explaining all the work that needed to be done. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy, and the work was completed in the estimated time frame provided.

My recommendation: Avoid this dealership and save your time by choosing another provider. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dealership while trying to resolve a basic car recall. Over the course of multiple visits and communications, the dealership displayed significant mismanagement and a lack of accountability, wasting my time and causing frustration. Here’s a summary of my experience: September 18: Dropped off my car for a scheduled recall appointment. I was told I’d receive an update by evening, but no update came. After following up, I learned the recall parts were unavailable and wouldn’t be ready for ~2 weeks. September 21: Received a call stating parts were available and booked an appointment for September 22. September 22: Upon arriving, I was told the parts were not available, despite the earlier call. September 23: The service manager called, admitting it was their mistake for returning my car and urged me to drop it off the same day. I scheduled an appointment for September 30. September 30: Arrived for my appointment, only to find no rental vehicle was available, despite my prior booking. Despite claims of being the "best service provider for XX years," the dealership’s disorganization, poor communication, and disregard for customer time and satisfaction were evident. I’ve had to visit the service center three times, speak with multiple staff members over ten times, and still have no resolution. I plan to escalate this to the General Manager and leadership to understand how such poor service is allowed. Second chance and wasted again And the circus continues, i received the call that they would fix it and requested me to amend the comments and guess what same unprofessional ways of working continues... They were not on time, i have to follow-up and rental vehicle was not available .....

The sales person Tim was very helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at as well. The staff was very friendly and the sales manager was very accommodating in making the purchase easier. I would highly recommend them as a place to purchase a vehicle.

I been coming to AH Ford for my F150 service for the past few years now. Recently I was there with my new Raptor for oil change and Tire rotation and the experience was great. Service Technician Joe is Very knowledgeable with Fast service and reliable. Highly recommend.

We took our time choosing a car this time — visited every dealership in the area — and we can say with full confidence: Ford AH is the best! Every team member we interacted with throughout the process was genuinely engaged, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. This is my first Mustang, and if it performs as well as the Ford AH team did, it definitely won’t be my last one!

Next time you’re looking for a car, stop in here. If you do come here, ask for Sam. He took care of me from the moment I met him outside to walking out with me at the end to hand over the keys. We had a great time and had an instant connection. The entire team here was extremely personable and great to be around. The owner was in the day we went and he even offered to buy my wife and I Starbucks with the rest of his team. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve personally had at a dealership. I ended up with a 2025 Maverick LTX and I couldn’t be happier.

We had a little hiccup due to my insurance not covering what they promised and the Team at Ford Arlington did everything right to help me remedie the cost. Mr. Mike Waddle was very busy but very honest and I send him my sincere apology for being impatient. Hard working team. Everyone was super nice and helpful Anthony Hernandez is a real customer pleaser and very comprehensive. I even had a sales associate came out and approached me to help. There was another tall gentleman who honestly almost brought me to tears. He was so kind and said don’t worry things are going to get better.

Purchased a 2024 ford 350 etrans from micheal Rodriguez and Marco silva . Got finances by John Rodriguez . My first ford. Very relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. Nice lounge to relax in. Went over my new car with me after purchase. I'm very please with AHFord and would recommend them to everyone and would go back again when I'm ready to do another purchase like I did. Thank you. Thought I posted this awhile ago but forgot to it summit. Just had first oil change on my beast. Not sure how the ford point work but thank you. Oil change. Rotating tired. Full inspection. Free. Hey if your waiting for your vehicle Arlington heights ford is in great location. Hot dogs across the street. I took my car into AH Ford to get the rear camera recall taken care of. Upon arriving was greeted by the parts customer service person within 5 minutes. He filled out the paperwork and took the car. The whole issue was resolved within the90 minute estimated time frame. I was very happy that the issue was taken care of and the friendly and courteous personnel that I encountered

Service & Parts Department is a joke. I ordered some accessories for my truck on the ford website and had to pick them up at AH Ford. Got my email that my order was ready for pick-up late of a Friday and went to the parts department the following Tuesday at 8:00 AM 8:00 AM on a Tuesday Service department was reasonably busy, but they welcome me and pointed me to the parts counter. Now, the service department person is working on his computer and just ignored me for 15 minutes. Nice way to welcome customers. 15 minutes later, finally available to help me.... no welcome, no how can I help you, just a what do want. Explain I'm picking up an accessory order, give my order number and contact information. Guy leaves for another 10 minutes... guy tells me my order isn't there... Show I'm the order ready for pick-up email... doesn't care, told me he'll call me back later if he can find it. It''s not like I took some time off work to drive there, but obviously he couldn't be bothered. Few hours later, phone call, I found your order! Great told the guy I'd pick it up at 5:00 PM 5:00 PM same day, go to the parts department. => Nobody is behind the counter. (parts department closes at 6 PM) Wait 15 minutes, the service department is right there behind me, but no one cares and pay attention to me. Finally someone walks by the parts counter, ignores me, so I have to stop him and ask for help. Not his job, but he's looking for someone. 10 minutes later, It looks like I've interrupted the service department girl snack, sorry :) Tell my story again, she go look for my parts, can't find those. Call another guy, sorry to keep interrupting those 5PM snack breaks... Tell my story a 3rd time and the guy starts flipping through a stack of papers, apparently they don't use computers... Another 15 minutes, my order was under the counter... victory! The lack of organization of this place and the lack of customer service is just incredible. Run away from this place...

Had a unique situation when I was purchasing a vehicle and the team at Arlington Heights Ford was extremely accommodating. They were easy to work with and clearly communicated the options for me. There never was any pressure from the salesperson or team. They explained things in detail and made the purchase easy. They even delivered the vehicle to my home! Tim Uphoff is an amazing salesperson and I would recommend him and the team at AH Ford!

Lou was absolutely no help. He must have not passed along any of the information I shared about the problem and never provided any estimate on how long it would take to look at or fix. Had my car for five days, didn’t fix it but said they did. Had to bring it in a second time, same poor customer service, and after 6 hours told me they couldn’t figure out the issue and it was going to cost $2500 and multiple days to find the root cause.

Walked in because my lease was expiring on my truck. I was greeted with open arms. I had been to a few other dealers and Jr. (he’s the owner) gave me the best possible deal. Mike, my sales rep, handled all the paperwork very efficiently while at the same time making sure I was comfortable. He went to my truck and got my insurance info which is something I could’ve done. He asked me if I would like water and the amazing service continued. I would highly recommend them!

I would like to thank the service dept for the awesome job they did getting our car ready for a 1700 mile move. The car ran perfect with no issues, as a matter of fact it ran better then it has in couple of years and still is. So my new ford is only 5 days old. I can only post in the sales staff not any of the service. Overall great experience. I did have to go back and fourth a few times but the sales man, sales manager and GM all worked hard to make me happy and out a deal together. As a side note the finance person was also very helpful and not a pressure add on type of guy. I would definitely give them a try. Ask for tim, or Ben.

John B. was a great deal of help to me. He was quick to get me settled and back to work the day of drop off, and made sure my car was ready the day of pickup. He explained my services and notified me about all options which a greatly appreciated. He had to notify me about more work that I really needed to get done and that communication was done professionally. He was a great deal of help with making sure work was finished and getting my car back to me. He was not only great to work with for my services, but I saw how hard he worked for all his customers. I special ordered a truck from Arlington Heights Ford and was very pleased with the whole process. They kept me up to date on the progress of my order and it came when they said it would. When I went to pick up my truck, the process was simple and we were out the door in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Jeremy Rosa in the Sales Dept., he's very easy to work with and responds quickly.
