The service advisor Oliwer was really a pleasure to work with. He came up and told me how things were progressing as they were doing the (Works ) on my vehicle. He also pointed out a couple of other things I should think about having completed in the future.

Very disappointed with how this dealership handled my elderly mother’s visit.
She went in after failing an emissions test and was charged over $200 just to be told the car’s computer was “updated” and that she should keep driving so the system can reset. No repair was done. No parts were replaced. She was simply told to drive more.
When I called to question the charge, Anthony said they “earned” the money and refused to consider any refund.
Charging a senior hundreds of dollars just to tell them to keep driving does not feel honest or transparent.
This is not a dealership I would trust with an elderly family member, or recommend to seniors at all. Please be very cautious and ask for detailed explanations in writing before approving any charges.

I went to Arlington Heights Ford, after work to get an oil change, replace an engine cover that had fallen off and also have my battery checked on my 2015 Ford CMax. I spoke with Joe Aleman who was very courteous and helpful and was able to accommodate me, even though it was close to their facility closing! I am so pleased at the professionalism of the employees and their knowledge about the parts, operation and service! I recommend anyone giving Ford dealer a try for service. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered a Maverick in January and it came in in September. I waited and am very happy with the purchase. This is my 4th Car purchase from AHF. So the dealership is really top notch. The Mustang is my Wife's Car and she will probably never give it up.

I work with Oliver Dobrydnio on the issues that I had with my vehicle. He was very courageous and helpful with all of my issues. The technician did a great job on my vehicle and. Got my vehicle back in a reasonable time. I always had great service when I brought my vehicle in for service.

It would have been best if I didn't have any issues with the car I purchased. But with the issues I had... Victor fixed and took care of them all the Best and quickest he could. I appreciate that he gave me a safe vehicle to use and picked mine up and dropped it off to me as well. He was very helpful and polite though all of my problems.

I had a very poor experience at Arlington Heights Ford a few months ago. I initially visited to look at a Honda. Sam was polite and pleasant to work with, but Victor was incredibly condescending throughout the interaction, which made the experience uncomfortable.
The vehicle was significantly overpriced, and interestingly, it remained on their lot for months after I viewed it, which only reinforced my concerns.
What has been even more frustrating is that four months later, I am still receiving calls from the dealership asking if I’m in the market, despite clearly communicating in the past that I already purchased a vehicle elsewhere. The lack of respect for that communication has left a lasting negative impression.Jan 05, 2026 -
The salesman was helpful before i bought, but after was nowhere to be found to go over the new truck with me. The truck had 2 service issue lights on the dash which for a new truck is moot good. There was also old tape stuck to the carpet under the floor mat. The finance part of the truck buying was excellent! Overall happy with the great deal, just not happy with the way the truck was delivered

Arlington Ford actually cares about customer satisfaction. Too many businesses these days only give lip service. This establishment actually goes above and beyond to do the right thing. Its refreshing to see honest, ethical and reliable service.

After a very disappointing experience at another Ford dealership. We were very satisfied with how Arlington Heights Ford does business. Went in knowing we wanted Bronco. Went for test drive we liked the Bronco. Went inside to talk about the deal, they were extremely fair with their offer on our trade in. They didn’t play any games at all with the numbers very straight forward. Tim our sales professional was great to work with answered all our questions and very pleasant. Our finance manager Mark was great to work with as well. Wasn’t pushy at all with trying to upsell us, offer an extended warranty but we declined at this time and very understanding and said when we were ready to come back he get it taken care for us. The GM came over asked how we were doing very nice you don’t get that most dealers.
Overall 5 star experience very pleased with how they do business and will definitely be back again and tell others about them. This is how the buying experience should be without any games and back and forth bs. Great Job Arlington Heights Ford!!!!!!Jan 01, 2026 -
"JB" and the QuickLane folks are awesome at AH Ford. When I'm in town I always get my oil changed before hitting the road again. Last year, I had a problem with a tire (damaged belt), so I had them replace all four tires to ensure a safe drive home. Worked out great! I highly recommend this shop.

I went in for an oil change in my F150 truck, I was met with great service and great prices. They even recommended a tire rotation and gave me a bit of a discount because I got a service package it was amazing. All in all it was a great experience and would recommended to anyone looking for service.

My kids bought a brand new explorer. And at the same time they bought a 2020 Ford f 150. 3 months later brakes lock up stranding them. They were told a mouse eat through a wire and it would be 750 dollars to fix. On a recorded line were told not sure who's fault but it is not under warranty. Said it had to be towed. Could not drive off lot. So they got me a 67 year old man to drive the uhaul and trailer. Then said we could have just drove it away. Very inconsistent with all there jiberish . Took to a shop soldering one wire no charge . So places other than FORD are probably the best bet. Buy chevy

Very helpful. I had a recall repair/replacement that I was first notified in September 2025. They inspected my truck for the recall and ordered the part which took a few months. But JB kept me periodically notified from start to finish. He was very realistic in the duration of inspection and the replacement so I was able to make my plans for the day.

I had a great experience buying my Ford from this dealer. Jeremy was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I traded in my Ram, and they made the trade-in process smooth and straightforward with no pressure. Communication was clear, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I really appreciated how professional they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I recently brought my Mustang Mach-E in for service and had an awesome experience. Oliwer, my service advisor, was extremely helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Oliwer absolutely does. Fabulous experience. I talked to Elliott and John the night before I went to look at vehicles, expressed my interest and what I was looking for - when I arrived Elliott already had the vehicle he just knew I’d want, however allowed me to talk through what I was looking for before he said “I have one for you” and it was exactly what I wanted. The whole team felt like family and made the experience excellent and well worth my time. My first Ford and I couldn’t be more grateful that I worked with this team!

I have been going to this location for close to 15 years and my family has purchased several vehicles from them over the years. Keep coming back for great service. The pickup and drop off service they have is amazing. The service center and dealership staff are easy to work with and actually listen to you. Appreciate those service reminder call too :)

I had an amazing experience with Oliwer — genuinely. I’ve been to this dealership many times for oil changes for my 2024 Mustang, and every visit before this one was disappointing. A couple months ago I was ignored by multiple employees, treated with attitude, and even treated differently than other customers. They didn’t even shake my hand or give a CRAP about the fact that I was standing for 30+ minutes WAITING to be helped. It honestly made me feel like it was because of my race (I’m Mexican). After that, I told myself I’d only give this place one more chance.
Thankfully, this visit was different — and it was all because of Oliwer. Out of everyone who has ever serviced my car here, he’s the only one who has treated me with genuine respect. He cared about the quality of service, took his time, and even coordinated everything so I could keep a rental while my car is in for a windshield recall.
I truly hope management sees this: Oliwer is the reason I’m willing to return. If he’s not there, I honestly WILL NOT bother coming in.
Thank you, Oliwer — sincerely. I hope to see you again for future services.
As to upper management: you better fix this damn problem with all of your other workers who give an attitude and don’t give a crap about us young guys who are just trying to have a smooth and simple car service experience.

Next time you’re looking for a car, stop in here. If you do come here, ask for Sam. He took care of me from the moment I met him outside to walking out with me at the end to hand over the keys. We had a great time and had an instant connection. The entire team here was extremely personable and great to be around. The owner was in the day we went and he even offered to buy my wife and I Starbucks with the rest of his team. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve personally had at a dealership. I ended up with a 2025 Maverick XLT and I couldn’t be happier.

Went on a busy Saturday morning but was still treated with patience and my advisor was nice and explained everything thoroughly. Also didn’t spend as much as I thought, which in this economy is a huge PLUS. I chose to come to this location because I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and I’m driving all the way from Elgin area. Thanks again! Also the puppy in the lobby made my day !!!!!

My recommendation: Avoid this dealership and save your time by choosing another provider. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dealership while trying to resolve a basic car recall. Over the course of multiple visits and communications, the dealership displayed significant mismanagement and a lack of accountability, wasting my time and causing frustration.
Here’s a summary of my experience:
September 18: Dropped off my car for a scheduled recall appointment. I was told I’d receive an update by evening, but no update came. After following up, I learned the recall parts were unavailable and wouldn’t be ready for ~2 weeks.
September 21: Received a call stating parts were available and booked an appointment for September 22.
September 22: Upon arriving, I was told the parts were not available, despite the earlier call.
September 23: The service manager called, admitting it was their mistake for returning my car and urged me to drop it off the same day. I scheduled an appointment for September 30.
September 30: Arrived for my appointment, only to find no rental vehicle was available, despite my prior booking.
Despite claims of being the "best service provider for XX years," the dealership’s disorganization, poor communication, and disregard for customer time and satisfaction were evident. I’ve had to visit the service center three times, speak with multiple staff members over ten times, and still have no resolution. I plan to escalate this to the General Manager and leadership to understand how such poor service is allowed.
Second chance and wasted again
And the circus continues, i received the call that they would fix it and requested me to amend the comments and guess what same unprofessional ways of working continues... They were not on time, i have to follow-up and rental vehicle was not available .....Oct 07, 2025 -
Purchased a 2024 ford 350 etrans from micheal Rodriguez and Marco silva . Got finances by John Rodriguez . My first ford. Very relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. Nice lounge to relax in. Went over my new car with me after purchase. I'm very please with AHFord and would recommend them to everyone and would go back again when I'm ready to do another purchase like I did. Thank you. Thought I posted this awhile ago but forgot to it summit. Just had first oil change on my beast. Not sure how the ford point work but thank you. Oil change. Rotating tired. Full inspection. Free. Service & Parts Department is a joke.
I ordered some accessories for my truck on the ford website and had to pick them up at AH Ford.
Got my email that my order was ready for pick-up late of a Friday and went to the parts department the following Tuesday at 8:00 AM
8:00 AM on a Tuesday
Service department was reasonably busy, but they welcome me and pointed me to the parts counter.
Now, the service department person is working on his computer and just ignored me for 15 minutes. Nice way to welcome customers.
15 minutes later, finally available to help me.... no welcome, no how can I help you, just a what do want.
Explain I'm picking up an accessory order, give my order number and contact information.
Guy leaves for another 10 minutes... guy tells me my order isn't there...
Show I'm the order ready for pick-up email... doesn't care, told me he'll call me back later if he can find it.
It''s not like I took some time off work to drive there, but obviously he couldn't be bothered.
Few hours later, phone call, I found your order!
Great told the guy I'd pick it up at 5:00 PM
5:00 PM same day, go to the parts department. => Nobody is behind the counter. (parts department closes at 6 PM)
Wait 15 minutes, the service department is right there behind me, but no one cares and pay attention to me.
Finally someone walks by the parts counter, ignores me, so I have to stop him and ask for help.
Not his job, but he's looking for someone.
10 minutes later, It looks like I've interrupted the service department girl snack, sorry :)
Tell my story again, she go look for my parts, can't find those.
Call another guy, sorry to keep interrupting those 5PM snack breaks...
Tell my story a 3rd time and the guy starts flipping through a stack of papers, apparently they don't use computers...
Another 15 minutes, my order was under the counter... victory!
The lack of organization of this place and the lack of customer service is just incredible.

Had a unique situation when I was purchasing a vehicle and the team at Arlington Heights Ford was extremely accommodating. They were easy to work with and clearly communicated the options for me. There never was any pressure from the salesperson or team. They explained things in detail and made the purchase easy. They even delivered the vehicle to my home! Tim Uphoff is an amazing salesperson and I would recommend him and the team at AH Ford!

I special ordered a truck from Arlington Heights Ford and was very pleased with the whole process. They kept me up to date on the progress of my order and it came when they said it would. When I went to pick up my truck, the process was simple and we were out the door in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Jeremy Rosa in the Sales Dept., he's very easy to work with and responds quickly.
