Great experience with TOTAL Collision & PDR after my vehicle was involved in an accident. Alan was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m very particular about my vehicle, and Alan made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. When I first dropped off the car it was extremely dirty from snow and salt.. When I picked it up, it had been meticulously detailed inside and out, it honestly looked better than it had in months. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out to me. The repairs themselves were done properly, and they took the time to address even the smallest concerns to make sure everything was right.
10 Deen is very knowledgeable at what he does and clearly cares about his craft. Big shoutout to everyone and deen for walking me through the process with any questions I had. They completely were able to transform my car back into its prestige condition after an accident I thought had left my car unrepairable.
I went there to get my repair done for the Tesla. Had a great experience. It was smooth very friendly service. I feel they went above and beyond they gave back my car completely detailed inside out. I would highly recommend them. Very professional and they got the job done fast.
This was the second time I brought my car to Total Collision Repair to have some damage repaired. The work that they did both times was absolutely flawless. And on top of that when I picked the car up they had cleaned it inside and out and it was absolutely gorgeous! It looked better then the day it was new! Deen was my estimator and followed up with updates throughout the whole time my car was there. On top of that, you can tell they are passionate of their work and my car came way cleaner inside/out than when I brought it in which was definitely a nice surprise. All their staff are friendly and a great help, would recommend anyone in need of work to go here.
My wife incurred a fun road rash on her front bumper cover earlier in November. Per usual my first call was to Bianca and Allen at Total Collision. They got me in right away, did an awesome job and my wife’s bumper looks brand new!

During the last big snow storm, my car ended up with quite a bit of damage to the hood. My husband found Total Collision and took my car in. They did an amazing job! Serj is a pro, and Dean was so kind. The whole team did a fantastic job, the dents are all out of my hood and with their work and some fresh paint the hood looks brand new. Honestly could not recommended them enough! We took in a dirty, salt covered, dented car and came back to a car that looked brand new lol

Excellent, excellent place to service. Our car was fixed way ahead of estimated date and the job done was phenomenal.
At every step of the way, we had timely updates regarding the estimate, actual cost, and progress of the fix.
Picking up the car, there was a walkthrough to discuss what was done and inspect every detail. All the paperwork was in order. The EV battery charge was topped up. There's even coffee and snacks in the waiting area. All in all very professional and made us feel like a well respected special customer.
They did a great job painting the side of my maserati. I got their contact info from my friend Kevin, and Kevin was right, they are truly a 5 star shop. Updated me promptly and did an excellent paint job. Thank you guys!
Probably the best auto work experience I have had. They repaired the body and some mechanical repairs to the front of my Tesla model Y. Looked like brand new. They did great work and perfect paint. They kept me informed and finished weeks before they were expected to. They returned my car to me very detailed and clean. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Highly recommend

Question why all Tesla owners don’t bring their cars here for service. Prices are great. Turnaround time is fast. Quality service is guaranteed. To be fully transparent, the paint job on our repair required rework. Their error was acknowledged and I strongly believe the same mistake won’t be made again after incurring the extra expense of fixing our car with zero inconvenience to us. Based on the professional feedback and follow up process they have in place - there is no risk that your car will not be returned as expected. Not to mention the high quality detailed interior cleaning provided prior to delivery.
I was in an accident where my driver side front fender and bumper were hit and damaged. Both had to be replaced. Dean did the initial inspection and estimate and he was very thorough, honest, and polite. He did not try to inflate his estimate because insurance would be covering the repairs. He was not pushy that I do the repairs at his shop. One of the most difficult part of the job was going to be matching the paint color because of the age of the car. The estimate of time to repair the car was 2 weeks. I decided to go with Total Collision and Repair because the estimate sounded fair and Dean was honest and fair and the communication through text updates made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands with this repair shop. I definitely made the right decision. I received updates in a timely fashion, the repairs final cost ended up less than the final estimate, and the time of completion was 1week instead of two. Most of all, the job was perfectly done. The color match was perfect and you would never know the car was in an accident! I highly recommend Total Collision and Repair for your car if it’s been in an accident. Dean is very professional and great to work with. You won’t regret choosing this shop for your cat’s repairs!!!
Very happy with my experience. Their service and communication throughout the repair process was excellent and thorough. I feel like they left my car cleaner when I picked it up than when I brought it in! I would definitely recommend Total Collision and would bring any of my cars here again in the future.
We were pleased with how quickly the repairs were completed and the car was returned cleaner than I dropped it off. They were very organized and had us in and out quickly. I loved how patient they were with my kids as well. I had to bring them with and they made sure to help them feel comfortable while we talked over the details. Hopefully we won't need to be back due to an accident again.
I highly recommend total collision. I brought my Ford Edge in for a new front bumper and a nice dent on the passenger door, they did a great job on repairing all of the damage looks like new! And the staff were very professional.

One of the best shop i worked with. My car met with an accident and entire front part was damaged. They did phenomenal job in make it like a brand new. Paint job was flawless. And interior detailing was cherry on top.

Had my Polestar 2 in the shop early 2025. TCPDR worked with Polestar of Lisle to get genuine name brand parts. Process was 3 months. Continuous communication throughout. Car has been driving great all year. Thank you for the service!!!
Excellent body repair and painting. Customer service was great and I received a text message daily letting me know where my car was in the process. All employees were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Total Collision.
Dishonest and Rude. I am adding an update to the original review. I feel the removal of it is not justified by making good on a bad only after being called out. After a manager read this review they called me and offered to repair the rim or replace at their cost. I was given an in house loaner and the car was ready after a few days.
I hate to leave negative reviews but when a business goes out of their way to insult a customer it just can't be helped. I had a claim to fix my bumper/wheel after a minor fender bender. The paint was not correctly matched and the rim had paint pooling. I asked to have the paint blended in on the other side so it would not look tacky, even though I could have insisted on a complete repaint. I was not being unreasonable. The car was also shaking when driving and making noises after I picked it up. I was told to take it in for a wheel balance...ok. That done it did not improve the operation of the car. Alan insisted that this was not part of the accident that it was wear. There was no noise before the incident and this was happening only to the wheel that was hit. The insurance adjuster came out and approved the repair of paint of the car, the rim, and the repair of the control arm. My vehicle was in their shop for 6 weeks total which is ridiculous in itself. When I picked up the car the second time my trunk was not opening. I called if it could be a fuse issue. Alan said they did not do anything to the trunk and that they did me a favor by painting the car and by fixing the control arm. He kept repeating that he did me a favor on and on. State Farm paid $9000 plus I paid my deductible, for the repairs and I am so glad that Alan was able to do me this favor. What is taking me over the top is that they moved my badly painted rim to the back, pretending that they repainted the front one! They botched the paint jobs, they did not fix the mechanical damage right away, lied and were rude.
Got a pretty bad door ding at work- called and emailed over photos- a quote was sent in less than 20 minutes. I thought it was too good to be true. Went to location and Alan assured me they will make it look good. He told me he could fit me in next day at 8am- dropped the car off and was ready by 1pm. First 4 photos are of ding- last 3 are the final Result. Thank you- save me a ton of money. Was less than 500$.
