I was very pleased with the quality of the service work that I received! I took my 2011 VW Jetta SE over there in in January 2026 to get quote on a Vacuum Pump replacement. The VW dealer quoted a high $$$ so I wanted a second opinion. The guys at Real Autohaus got right on it and quickly gave me a quote the same day. They did the work over the next few days and I had my car back to me very quickly. Excellent communications through the whole process with regular email reports and phone calls. I saved approximately $600 at least compared to the dealer. Absolutely would go back!
I brought my car in to have two tires installed, that I brought with, and to have the alignment done. They were very professional and did a great job. The mechanic at Real AutoHaus did a fantastic job and the steering wheel is finally straight after months and multiple tries elsewhere! The man at the front desk was very polite and respectful. It is very hard for me to get there before 4:00 and they were still accommodating and even stayed after 5:00 to get the job done and done well. I greatly appreciate this. I will be using them for future jobs.

I bought a used car, and the day after I got it the electrical system started glitching. The car powered down and sensor lights started popping up. I thought I bought a lemon! I was told to take the car to Autohaus of Arlington Heights. From my first interaction to the multiple phone calls and messages, the customer service was impeccable! Mo was my contact, and his patience and compassion put me at ease. My car needed the window seal replaced, as water had gotten into the car during a car wash, and flooded the module, causing all the issues. Mo kept me updated the whole week they had my car. He even drove it to a car wash to make sure I wouldn't have the same problem again. He was outstanding. The whole experience was positive, even when the situation wasn't. I will take my other car there too!

Prompt, friendly service. They review details with us after assessing the car - before they begin work. They do not try to sell us service that is not needed. Even complimented me on the good condition of my 2012 Honda. A disreputable business would have told me that a 2012 needs a lot of work ($$ for them). Came in with a P0491 code and right away explained that the code could be multiple issues and that they would check it out. They cover your uber up to $10 and they fixed my issue within hours and they call the warranty for you and file your claim.

My Lexus was producing a known to be very complex trouble code. Whatever good will we had with you guys has gone out the window when I saw the estimate you gave my girlfriend for things her car did not need.
