From the guy who picked up the phone on a Sunday to the guy who helped me remove license plates and personal belongings to the front desk employee. All were very helpful, very empathetic and very nice. Thank You!

Slid off the road near Palatine with heavy snow and Nick was able to use a wench off of the ramp on the tow truck to get me out. It was not a straightforward tow. Can’t thank Nick and Hillside Services enough for digging me out!!!
