It was a scary and frustrating situation, but Felix from Belmont-Kolmar Towing showed up quickly and made the tough moment so much easier. He got me and my car safely to a repair shop and was calm, professional, and kind the whole time. The service from this towing company gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. If I’m ever in a situation like that again (although I do hope I won't be), they’re absolutely the first people I’d call.

11/25/23 - Changing to a 5 star from 4 star. I called today for assistance and what I was asking for was out of their scope of work. They recommended another company in the area that could assist and, to me, that says more about a company than just saying sorry, hope you get it fixed!

Instead he helped jump my car so I could get it to a nearby auto shop myself and saved me money in the process! I appreciated him explaining what was going on in a way I could understand it.
