I was talking with my daughter in Scottsdale yesterday about the great service she got at the Autozone there. I needed new wipers on our Toyota Highlander so I went to the Arlington Heights Autozone around 4:00pm today. Two people helped. One guy got me started in the catalogue and wipers. The next guy Bill double checked the wipers I picked out and had to get the right ones. Then he said there is free washer fluid with the purchase THEN he asked if I wanted help installing the new blades. He did a great job and did it way faster than I could. Big thanks to Bill and your team.
I had to get the rear wiper adjusted and Giovanni did a great job.
I bought a filter two months ago from Autozone, but it turned out it didn’t fit my car. The manager Terry worked with me to make sure could get the right filter. The tech guy Giovanni exchanged my filter and even installed it for me in my car. Phenomenal service. I highly recommend going to this store.

My girlfriend went to your shop on Monday because her car was in the process of dying...she came to you guys for help and was told that because it was raining outside, they couldn't change her battery. The guy was also complaining that he was getting wet despite her having an umbrella for both of them...he kept making excuses as to why he couldn't check her car. She ended up stranded a few miles down the road in a dangerous place...also, she called and nobody want to take accountability. Please fix your problem with your staff.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was there Monday night. I simply wanted someone to check my battery cus my light was on. The employee who helped me came out and after I explained what the issue was said he couldn't plug in the machine because it wouldn't give an accurate reading and furthermore couldn't change the battery because it was raining. He also proceeded to complain he was getting wet.
He then suggested I go to advanced auto parts since that was the store my battery was from.
Well after that I got stranded had to get my car towed and my battery is now completely dead.
I can't remember the employees name because he didn't say it and it was dark and raining. But idk just stay away from a place that makes excuses as to why they can't help you. I had an umbrella and was willing to open it over us so we both wouldn't get wet.
I bought a crescent wrench and a car battery for a ‘98 Jeep. I was in and out very quickly, explained the battery was for a car that I didn’t drive very much so he sold me a battery less than $100. It fit and I was happy.

Went to Palatine AutoZone with dead battery, they took out and charged the battery with no problem. Sadly, they didn’t have the battery we needed so we went to the Arlington Heights location. As soon as we told them the problem they said the store was too busy to do that for us so they gave us the wrong tools to do it on our own with no prior knowledge on how to switch out a car battery. The workers were clueless and incompetent and did absolutely nothing to help us. Do not go here.

Stopped into Autozone Saturday, July 15, 2023 and one of the guys was determined to help me find what I needed. Dakota went above and beyond searching for the proper part my car required. Great staff! I stopped in for a simple part replacement and Joe went above and beyond to help me out. He instantly looked up the part I needed, walked me right to where it was in the store and even provided excellent assistance walking me through the replacement process. Trying to remember the last time I had that great of customer service!!! The two employees that were there were amazing! I walked in and they were right there to help and were honest. My battery terminal was loose and one of the gentleman helped me put a shim on it! He also offered to put my wipers on. Serious keepers and I know to come here if I need anything!
I have driven out of my way two times to visit Auto Zone in Arlington Heights. Both times I have needed a new headlight for my Honda Accord and after making my purchase Matt has kindly offered to put them in for me.
