I think the world of my sales person, he went out of his way to make everything right but one person can’t save a broken service department. I don’t understand how car dealerships don’t get that repeated business truly involves the continued service the customer receives not the one time sale… but alas here I am writing this review. To think that I drive an hour and a half to get to this dealership because I was told good things only to be so disappointed. My first oil change after buying my car here they managed to put a good greasy hand print on the light grey headliner in my car, of course I could have driven the hour and a half back and had them clean it but my schedule did not make time for that so I lived with it until time for the next oil change. While it was in for that first Chang I asked them to look into a strange noise it was making, well… it was still making this noise when I got home so I decided to find out what it was - it wasn’t hard, clips came free and the fender well was rubbing the tire but the person never looked however they told me all was good…
My second experience was ok as they corrected all the problems from experience 1.
Here I am with experience 3. It’s Saturday, I called Tuesday and scheduled the appointment, asked them to look into yet another strange sound while it was here. No problem they told me! Then I arrived, they don’t have me on the books, can’t find my appointment, they can squeeze me in but turns out the light in my car wasn’t for an oil change it was only for tire rotation so that’s all I get… nobody’s here to look at the noise so I can schedule sometime next week to come back. Nope - I’m done, I’m never coming back. Getting service on a vehicle where you purchased it shouldn’t be a battle. Then the best part was when they came to give me my key they tried to blame it on my number being wrong in their system, what!?!
I was told a vehicle was available and set up an appointment. Upon arrival I was told it wasn't available. I spoke with a gentleman who took down some information and never heard from him again. I then proceeded to e mail about 4 other cars...never heard from anyone. That's why I am currently sitting at Owen Ford in Marshall IL signing papers on my 2024 Malibu. These folks down here actually want to sell cars
Took our jeep compass 4x4 sport to get the brakes done,A SECOND TIME because they put the front brakes on wrong,the right front brake was so hot because of the rubbing at 460°and setting off the tire pressure sensor,I took it to Neil tire, because I thought it was the tire and it's bad work on KC summers part,and it has been not even a week since it was " fixed".all I know is,KC SUMMERS is fixing their mistakes,and we absolutely ARE NOT PAYING ANYTHING with money we don't have for their own shortcomings,and bad business., never mind an an elitist environment,.am disappointed, angered,and totally disgusted,I walked home.,in leau of the lack of integrity.and honesty.
Bought a truck from KC Summers Nissan and they were extremely easy to work with. Whole process took less than an hour once I pulled the trigger on the truck. I then bought a replacement battery for my Tacoma from KC Summers Toyota. All staff from service to sales seem to be eager to help.
Went there for service. They're always so polite, the waiting area is pleasant, and I did not have to wait for a long time for my oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning.
Could not recommend this car dealership enough! Found the car I was searching for, and when the car needed more minor service, they sent a driver (with a spare car just in case), fixed what needed done, and returned the car with a full tank! Incredibly lovely service!
I’ve bought cars here in the past but I wasn’t impressed this time around, still marking up vehicles and not willing to compete with other dealers. I wasn’t impressed. I was able to get a deal below msrp in Champaign. Go where the deals are people we have to stop paying these mark ups.
Friendly service. Always takes a while,but waiting room is comfortable. Service Code wasn’t cleared off and had to return to get that done on way back out of town, but eventually I was on my way. Would recommend but always ask how long they think it will take for your appointment.
I recently purchased a vehicle at KC Summers, and this was the easiest and most straightforward experience ever. Tyler R and the rest of the staff were phenomenal and had great customer service. Would highly recommend this place.

I was car shopping last week, so I contacted KC Summers regarding a Rav4 they had in stock. They drove the car TO ME (55 min away) so I could test drive it for a few days 😮 I told them I was test driving other cars, too. They said “no problem.” I ended up purchasing a different car, but they picked up the Rav4 without any issues. Wow 😮👏🏻👏🏻
We drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a 19 Avalon Touring. We knew what we wanted and we knew the market price for the model we wanted. Looked at numerous cars selling for the same or more with twice the mileage. We were happy with the end price. Our salesman Max was nice to deal with as was Keaton. There was zero pressure from anybody and we purchased a very low mileage 19 Avalon Touring that was in excellent condition. Given that the Avalon and the 6 cyl's are now obsolete my wife and I were happy to get a nice one which hopefully will last us another 10 years or so like our 08 Camry did and will continue to be our spare car. Our whole experience with the staff at KC Summers was pleasant and in a couple years when I start looking for a GMC Sierra if they have what I want for a good price I will pay them another visit.
We bought a car today! Fastest, easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan Hart and Jamie McCall were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful easy experience! Would highly recommend. Didn’t feel pressured and they showed us what was in our price range and price was right on point when sale was done.
Little over a month ago my 2022 4runner developed an engine failure issue with very few miles on it. Usually deal with Ryan Hart but he was on vacation so Scott Hensley helped us get into a new 2023 Highlander. Have dealt with this dealership 30+ years and have always had exceptional price and service.
We have now bought 4 vehicles from Ryan Hart and we have pretty much decided we wont go anywhere else. We are difficult customers and he has all the patience in the world with us. We end up happy every time! I would give Ryan more than 5 stars if I could!

I got stranded (from out of town) with a dead battery. I had called another place ( where I bought the car) first. Too busy to help me. Make an appt for next week. Well, that was NO help.
I found the number for KCSummers, even though I had not done business with them, I tried anyway. They sent out two men in dress suits with a charged up battery pack, and a brand new vehicle to take me to the dealership, if need be. Got my battery charged and my car started. At NO Charge! I was speechless!

My daughter and I were traveling along Hwy 70 when car troubles began. A worker at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Effingham, IL recommended KC Summers. We showed up at 7:30am with our story (traveling, daughters bday, no rental cars to be found) and they took wonderful care of us. Got the part (from Chicago) and had it installed in about 24 hours. And they loaned us a car in the meantime. They were very fair with pricing (could have easily gouged) and were very professional. I was surprised by this wonderful service from a dealership. Thank you KC Summers for keeping us safe while traveling while also fixing our old Toyota!
I have friends who have bought 3 trucks from Garrett Lee, so they recommended that I go give him a chance. I completely understand why they keep going back to him. He was AMAZING to deal with. The whole staff is friendly and will do anything to help you. This was absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership. Garrett is the best and I love my Ram R/T. Only wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Wow! If I could give 10☆'s I would!! We showed up on a Friday right before close to look at inventory and were greeted by Max. We discussed what we were looking for and even test drove one of the potential vehicles. What really made us feel welcomed was the fact that even though it was 20 minutes till close, Max never once tried to rush us off the lot and was very interested in helping us find exactly what we wanted, even if we were a little picky! Great sales person, very personable! Thank you! We did decide to go home to think on our decision and returned Saturday to purchase our vehicle. We had to do some financing, so Max introduced us to John Yates. John is very respectful and makes your loan process simple. He is very detailed with all the important information and makes sure you leave with
all your questions answered.

It took me six months to locate a 4 runner but it only took me 90 minutes to work a great deal at KC Summers. Over the six months I looked on the internet, I contacted more than a few dealers. Too often I either got no response or misinformation, not at KC Summers. Garrett Lee was extremely helpful in providing me advance information on the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and its operation. It was a good experience from the time I sent the first email to when I drove the vehicle off the lot. The KC Summers Team gets it right.
This is my hometown go-to place. They sell quality cars and, most recently, working with Ryan Moore was smooth and helpful, unlike most places I have purchased a car at. The team is great including Tony and Ryan! Even when the service didn't fix something they quickly amended the situation and wanted to learn from it. This is an honest place to go!
