Kyle is a good mgr. Never had a problem with any workers there. Yes, prices are a bit high but you pay for quality. When I want good quality I go toNAPA!

Pretty simple little place. We were traveling down from New Meadows and needed a new air filter and they were the only place that had one shockingly 😅 appreciate them having one when no other place did!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. If they don't have the part in store, they can get pretty much any part you need.

Awesome Service! We were stranded with a blown radiator hose on the side of the highway and store manager Kyle drove to the Payette store to get us the correct hose and delivered north of town along the highway! Thanks for helping us get back on the road! God Bless you sir!

Careful with the bolts they sell there. Two just snapped in half on me while screwing them into a small motor

I'll just say that phone calls are a higher priority than customers physically in the store.

They can usually get the parts I need. They treat you right. They have a code reader there so you can get a free read.

They had the part I needed and friendly advice.

Always have things in stock and great sales. Very helpful and friendly staff. If they don't have it they will have it for you next day or as soon as possible.

Little to non existing inventory-since their buyout by Dyna Corp., it appears all the stores in South West Idaho are being gutted of their inventory. Staff are really knowledgeable but everytime I go in items all have be ordered. Better to just go online and order from Amazon than waste time and gas shopping at NAPA.

Employees were great, but there parts are overpriced. I would say 5 star Employees 1 star pricing, compared to similar parts stores.

It was quick and easy to find what I needed. The clerk even took a few seconds to look at the ads and see if he could get a discount for me. Price wasn't too bad for a small town store.

There is one person there unfriendly there prices are high, and I am a disable veteran, and other napa's give a discount these people say they do but I did NOT get it, I'll drive out of my way to a different store.
