I'd give a 0 🌟 if possible, was treated rudely by Stephanie at the service desk she acted like she didn't want to be there she rolled her eyes and acted irritated when I asked if the could help with a service issue she said they didn't have time for me and had other more important things going i told her I wasn't asking for any free favors I was a paying customer she rolled her eyes at me and I said im sorry if im bothering you I could go elsewhere. All in all she gives this good business a bad name and a bad look I wouldn't want her representing my business or image

Zach Bigler and his team of professionals really make it easy for any situation and problem to be resolved simply and honestly. Looking for a car for months was so hard with so many dishonest dealers in the area. With add on fees and packages we have to pay for, Zach and Smith Auto in Weiser had NONE of those tricks and got me in a vehicle I wanted for a payment a could afford. We didn't even have a ride to the car lot and Kaleb came to my house and picked me my husband and I up and brought us back to the Smith's Auto. We bought this awesome 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands from Kaleb Grove at Smith Auto in Weiser this week. As a salesperson we would rate Kaleb as exceptional. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was also so very personable. We talked about cars but also about family, pets, etc. Everyone we came in contact with at Smith Auto was friendly. I traded in my Ram for a 2019 Ram 1500 unlimited and Emily the sales person was awesome! It was an excellent experience. Definitely would do business again.

We had seen a car on the Smith's lot awhile back and asked the salesman (Kaleb)that was in the lot about it. He was really friendly and helpful and not pushy at all, but the vehicle just wasn't the right one. A couple months later ai got a call from Kaleb saying he had a 2023 Chevy Suburban that just came to them and thiught we might be interested. We went last minute Halloween night and it was THE perfect one we had been keeping out eye out for! It was way more than we wanted to spend, but Kaleb helped get us in touch with the right guys there to work out a payment we were ok with. He was not pushy at all, just very polite, helpful and very easy to work with! I can actually say I might not have decided to go for the sale if it had been any other salesman if they had given me any type of pushiness or attitude as they often do. There was a chip in the windshield so I asked if that coukd be taken care of as part of the purchase. Kaleb said he'd let me know when their chip guy came and they'd fi, it for me. A couple weeks went by and he still hadn't been there so I asked Kaleb if I could have it done and they'd reimburse me, he made it happen. I also noticed that the oil life was at 15% Kaleb made it happen so I could get a free oil change since they hadn't done it before putting it on the lot. I feel like Kaleb went abive and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy with our purchase even tho it took a few things getting taken care of a couple weeks after. At that same time as the oil change, a check engine light came on. I called the service dept and was told they wont touch it because its under 6 36k miles and still under factory warranty. I contacted Kaleb and asked if they could please just tell me what code it was even if they couldn't work on it. He made it happen, again going above and beyond. I hate to say it but I really hate car shopping and I'm not a fan of most salesmen, but Kaleb was awesome! Definitely the best (and youngest!) I have worked with! He's really good at what he does for being as young as he is and for not having done it very long! If you find yourself at Smith's, ask for Kaleb!

Mom brought in her 2016 F-150 for a wrench icon during towing and a continuing problem with the HVAC system. They didn't explain their smart diagnostic txt system to her so she truly thought that message was spam/scam. The service office took offense to that when called out for line items like $700+ transmission fluid change. No HVAC diagnosis took place and the logic of $1900 in fluid changes to make a wrench light go away doesn't make sense. Our own scan tool indicated a torque converter, but that was nowhere on the report. Smith Auto is living up to the name of Stealership.

I shopped for about 4 months+ for a vehicle. I'm picky and was awaiting a good deal. Falcon at Smith was over the top amazing when it came to customer service! At one point he even offered to drive the vehicle to Ontario for me to look at it. After looking, I was given an offer that was undeniably perfect! I bought a great vehicle from them and am over the top happy with their service. No pushy, shiesty attitudes coming from the salesman, everyone there was nice, calm and encouraged the customer to take their time. Very pleased.... if you're looking - look at Smith Auto first.
