I have to boast about the excellent service received from Weiser Towing &Auto Repair. Don and Mike, Thanks so much for saving my bacon once again. You guys are so nice to work with and I love that you have a repair service also! It' so nice to get honest, reliable service! Appreciate you all!

Stuck at a Motel 6 in Baker City with a broken Uhaul Trailer door that would not close and heading to Florida! Uhaul dispatched the job and they picked it up. They had to drive and hour to get to us and THEY were apologetic! Diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly. Now we can feel secure for the rest of our journey. Courteous, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Great people, we had an accident on our way to Kamiah Bbq days 2025 they towed our blazer had it fixed well enough for us to drive it home to Nv by Monday on a holiday weekend.

Donnie and Mike from Weiser towing saved my butt at the start of a long road trip. They went out of their way to prioritize the engine repair on a Sunday, at a very reasonable price and walked me through every step, to get me back on the road and continue my trip. Highly recommend them.

After many many dealings with towing & transportation companies over the years, especially locally. Mike has undoubtedly given an experience similar to those among the top echelon in other cities. Even after a rather troubling and difficult recovery, transport, & off loading Mike & his son were wonderful, attentive, and caring with every step of the process, even through the heat. Could not recommend his care & attention to detail enough!

Don with Weiser Towing & Auto Repair was very quick to come out and repair my pickup when it broke down. He was incredibly friendly, efficient and helped me out immensely by showing up and offering an affordable rate! I highly recommend them as a mobile mechanic!!!

Mike and Don went above and beyond to get my service van out of the snow. I was stuck in an area that was unaccessible for their tow truck, so they hauled sandbags in and worked for hours to get me out! When all hope seemed loss, they refused to give up. I am extremely grateful it was them who showed up to the call, and HIGHLY recommend using their services!

I got in an accident passing through Cambridge. Weiser Towing was quick to show up, hospitable, and very careful with my vehicle. Mike was very kind and made himself available to help with my situation in any way he could. They even held onto my belongings to pick up in case my vehicle was totaled out and taken someplace further away. If you need a tow near Weiser I highly recommend this company!

We couldn't recommend Weiser Towing enough. When we needed a tow in a rural area outside of Cambridge, they went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and that our vehicle was returned to the road without any damage. Don was very cautious and attentive. We required assistance on a weekend, at night and 50 miles from Weiser, but this didn't stop Weiser Towing from helping us. Understandably, our mistake was expensive but the assistance Weiser Towing provided was worth it! Don helped work with our insurance to make sure that the towing was covered; we are happy to say we just received our reimbursement check! Thanks again Weiser Towing and Don!

We were on a long road trip from Texas to Oregon with the Uhaul. My son is finally moving back home! Just before we crossed the border into Oregon two tires on our U haul blew out. Weiser was called in to help us and they were efficient and friendly. He explained what we were going to have to do to get us back on the road and he executed it as quickly as he could. We may may it back to Eugene before dark even! He even had bottles of water for us since we were almost out so we had something to drink while we waited. Thank you so much Weiser!

I required my truck to be prepared for transportation from Weiser, Idaho to Arizona. I contacted Mike and explained my situation. Given my remote location, 1,000 miles away, he successfully resolved the issue. His intervention resulted in a cost saving of $400, which would have been incurred if the truck was not operational. I highly recommend this company for their exceptional service.

Our granddaughter locked her keys in her car. Mike at Weiser Towing came out right away and opened her car. It is great to know someone who can come out quickly to help out our grandkids. He was a really nice guy to deal with. I will have his phone number handy.

I was so impressed by how warm and professional Mike and Don were when I had an emergency with my RV at the Fiddle Contest in Weiser. Despite their busy schedule they responded quickly to my SOS and kept in touch throughout the process of diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts and installation. I highly recommended them!

We were so thankful for this fast, friendly towing company when our car broke down half way through our 800 mile road trip! We thought it was just a spark plug issue so they sent out driver Don with the right piece and he showed up really quickly! He attempted to fix our issue so we could just be on our way but no such luck with this car. Don then reached out to his local connections to try and find us some possible way we could dolly our own car 400 miles back to home. Unfortunately this was a holiday weekend and noone had any "haul yourself" equipment available. Thankfully he had room to take all 3 of us (normally it's 1 or 2 people at most), so he towed us 30 minutes away to a hotel and helped us get the car into a parking spot. On the drive in he gave us some tips for local food delivery options or places close by we could walk to since we were now without a car. Really friendly guy who knew the area well.

The owner was very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my question over the phone, even advising me about my options which would not have resulted in hiring him. He and his son came out quickly to tow my vehicle. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. The owner accidentally misquoted me on price, and honored his original quote, which cost him some money. I appreciate his honesty, and would feel comfortable recommending my family and friends to his business.

Mike was a life saver, towed our sprinter van in the middle of the night in the ice snow storm. He’s super reliable, knowledgeable and the best!! Definitely recommend Weiser Towing , you’ll be in great hands, We’re very happy with their service!

The whole experience from start to finish was great . I didn’t get the guys name who called me to confirm my details but he was super nice walking me through the process and caring about where I’m wanting to go. Mike Tyree I believe was my tower and he was very nice informative and also went above on checking the engine to see if he can shed some light on what was happening. He was also very professional and also cared about my well being because I’m a women that had got dropped off at Loves so he just was telling me to be careful. Highly recommend!! Thank you guys again !!

These guys are phenomenal! No one else would answer their phone but Mike did and he went above and beyond. Blew our radiator 4hrs from home and only had 20 miles of towing. Mike saved us the tow and regular shop charges considering it would have been the weekend, and got ahold of his driver Don. In 4 hrs Don went and got the new radiator and antifreeze, drove to us at the rest stop we made it to, replaced the radiator and had us on the rd to home. Our trip may have been cancled but we were not stranded, stuck for the night, or out thousands of dollars. Thank you so much.

We were on a Harley ride and got a flat…we called AAA…it was Saturday morning…everyone was closed…but…Mike Tyree, the owner of WEISER Towing picked up the call and saved us! He loaded up our bike and took us to the Harley dealership in Meridian and waited for us there while they wrote up our work order and then took us home! Great Service…Great guy! Amazing!!!! Had our rental car die midway between Ontario and Baker City, and it was super hot and miserable. Weiser Towing came to the rescue exactly when they said they would get there and the first thing they did was to offer us some cold bottles of water. they then had to drive us all the way to Boise. On the way they even offered to make a bathroom stop. We were treated so well, this is a great family owned business doing good things for the people. If i ever get stuck again i hope we are lucky enough to get a towing company as good as Weiser.

Had a major failure of one of our rear wheels on I-84 between baker city and Ontario and it seemed like all the local tow companies had “no drivers available”. Finally we got in contact with Weiser towing and they were able to get out to us promptly for a tow. Service was great, they were very careful with our car and at a reasonable cost for so long a distance. Would recommend these guys!

This is the best tow company we've ever used. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with. We would like to thank you Mike for your help with giving us a tow when our truck had two flat tires during the week of the 4th. Your dedication to helping people in distress is fantastic. Extremely happy with the service I received from Weiser Towing and Auto Repair - Emergency Towing & Roadside Assistance Weiser Idaho. The driver was very friendly, and he arrived on time. He was able to tow my car without difficulty, and he charged me a reasonable rate for the service. Mike was able to come to me within 20 minutes of my call, which is pretty impressive. We wanted to express our gratitude for the fantastic service. We will absolutely use you guys again because we were so pleased with how quick and dependable your service was!. Thanks again Mike.

I was in a bad spot broke down and after checking Google reviews I choose Weiser Towing and repair. I was towed in to the pilot in Ontario I had already located and had all parts needed procured and delivered to me at the truck stop. Mike Weiser and his dad showed up shortly after the parts arrived and I can tell you they both were on it like spider monkeys, they don’t mess around. Both of them were professional, personal and it was obvious to me they were top notch mechanics. They had the fan drive mounting bracket, fan clutch, radiator, serpentine belt and coolant removed and replaced in less than two hours. It’s good to know theses guys, they are awesome a BEACON of LIGHT in todays dark business world. I’m a transporter with four rigs and can tell you this level of service is not the norm. Normally your the victim of a rouge mobile mechanic that’s nothing less than waiting on their next kill!!! I don’t hesitate recommending this company for towing and mechanical repairs. They also do collision repairs and paint work, I can’t testify on the body and paint work but couldn’t imagine it not be quality work due to the customer service I received on the mechanical work that was done. Btw the price was VERY reasonable. I hope this post helps some people make the right call if in need traveling through, also local folks if there looking for the right company to do business with.
