Terrible communication, keeping cars beyond the time allowed to. To up charge for days kept, and doesn't properly tow your vehicle. Messing up internal parts.
So a not so good issue there was a repo that was ordered. This issue could have been a lot worse that it was already, we were treated like we are people and not like some company's would. The driver Jason came to us and explained the issue and what was happing and what could and was a pro yes it is a repo but person to person. the issue was taken care of and he didn't have to use his services, but I was very impressed with how he handed the hole issue.
The ladies in the office were extremely nice and they let me get my stuff and didn't charge me storage fees. It's a pretty bad situation and a person feels bad enough doesn't need to go through a company that makes you feel worse about your situation. These ladies didn't do that at all. They were so nice and didn't make me feel worse at all. Only issue with the place is that when I went to get my stuff my wallets in the car had been gone thru and were open on the seat and there were items missing from my vehicle.
Horrible company. They lie and say the took great care of your belongings when the did not. Our truck got a flat tire while being towed by them, yet they claim they didn't tow it like that... mind you these pictures are taken in their lot
Went to look at a car. Tried to call ahead. No one answered. No sales man avail, clerk tried to help, couldn't get ahold of anyone. Didn't get a call back for 3 or 4 days later.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, run as far as you can from this place. They lie to you in order to sell the vehicle and will not do anything to help compromise their mistake. We bought a van from them on Thursday from Ty and was told that the solenoid process needed to be replaced and that was it. He came across as very genuine and trustworthy. We asked MULTIPLE questions to make sure we were making a good purchase. We took the van into our trusted mechanic the NEXT day to fix the solenoid process, but was told that the ENTIRE transmission needs to be replaced! Upon contacting Ty, he had to talk to "his boss" and "his boss" was unwilling to do anything and told us "sorry for the inconvenience." According to "their mechanic" the price we were quoted to replace the transmission was too high and that he could do it for much lower, but they did not offer any willingness to fix the transmission for the "much lower price." This place is joke! RUN!
I had a vehicle removed from my property that was posted no trespassing. We told them that they were not allowed to pass onto private property. They stated false information and took the vehicle any way. When I contacted the main recovery company they stated they were not allowed to do what they did. During my conversation with the main recovery company they stated I would be allowed to retrieve my personal property from them> I stated to them that they said the vehicles were not there and that I would have to go to another city 4 hours away and get my stuff. The main recovery company said no that was not true and called them on the other line. During their conversation with them they said the vehicle was still there and I could come get my stuff but when I called the recovery company that just stated they had my car they said it was gone and I would have to go to the sales place 4 hours away. Very upset that they lied to the main recovery place and lied to me several time not to mention they broke state law about breaching the peace and going onto personal property and not allowing us to remove the plates even though we ask and called on it several times.
