We bought our used 2010 Chevy Traverse six years ago from the Mountain Home Auto Ranch. The entire process of purchase was easy, and they were so helpful and guided me. They delivered the car to eagle Idaho two days later after the paper work went through. The next day the vehicle ended up having a major leak, that was not covered by the
Extra warranty, they ended up fixing everything. With no cost to me. I have continued to bring my car to the meridian location for repairs, not that there ahas been a lot, but it is an older vehicle. Two weeks ago I brought it in to get the AC repaired, They we're as careful as always, and in addition to fixing my air conditioning at the agreed cost and changing my oil they fixed my grill on the front and my license plate that had been bent and dislocated during a fender bender. There was no major repair but just that they took the time to resituate and attach the grill and take the time to unbend my license plate. They went above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. When it comes time to buy a new vehicle we will definitely be going back to Auto ranch.
People are great, but there was a mistake in the service i received. I had my motor mounts being replaced, but the ABS sensor was pinched in one of them. At the time, I didn't know that so I asked them why it was on. They said they weren't sure, so
I took my car somewhere else and they found the issue and got the cable out from the motor mount and fixed within a couple hours of dropping off my car.
Overall, they had decent prices and did a good job, but they missed an error. (Hence the 4 stars)
After the fact, they were very professional and we're able to address my concerns and make it right. Overall they were good to work with to resolve the issue. If you have any concerns, you can reach out to Nathan or any of the people there to help make it right.
The service staff was extremely helpful. They not only installed my replacement key fob, synced it with my car, but also took the time to explain some settings on the car I wasn't aware of. Of course, whoever had the car before me didn't keep the owners manual!! Would recommend the service staff to anyone.
I have been extraordinarily happy with the truck that I purchased through Mountain Home Ranch Outlet, the staff was very clear to me up front what my responsibilities were as well as theirs when it came to as-is type things. Different seals do wear out and I have noted that as I have gotten older I need maintenance as well. As much as possible and even more than that, Todd and Company really take care of customers and truly do care! I recommend them strongly! Test ride things and go through the systems and I think you will be very happy with how they treat you.
I am reluctant to leave a negative review because my actual buying experience was pleasant. However, after they get their check the meridian auto ranch couldn’t care less about customers. I payed $35,000 for a nice diesel pickup. It happened to have a sunroof. For the next 30 days my pickup was parked in my shop at night. I needed my shop to work on some equipment of mine and left my truck outside for 2 days while it was raining and got in the next morning and my cab was soaked. I called tony, my salesman, and told him about my issue and asked about what we could do to work this out. He responded with “we can schedule you to come in but we aren’t going to fix anything on our dime.” I’m pretty sure that after giving them $35,000 it would in fact be my dime that funded the repairs. I would have even been happy with splitting the cost. To wrap this up, I am very displeased with meridian auto ranch and disappointed with their integrity. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
Last week I bought an amazing subaru from the auto ranch meridian. Joe and Ryan were awesome! They made the paperwork process super easy, as I had a million questions. They were super helpful and I'm glad I could drive my car off the lot with entire confidence and comfort knowing I made the right choice purchasing there!!

When I stopped in I had about 10 minutes to see if they had a truck that would fit our needs. I worked with Bob and he immediately knew what I was looking for and didn’t try to push me into something more expensive. They have no-haggle pricing, which makes it easier for everyone involved. I appreciated the professionalism and how easy they were to work with. When there was a glitch with the truck we were purchasing, they took care of us and gave us a loaner so we didn’t miss out on our vacation while we waited for the repairs to be finished. Mark was great about getting us a good rate through ICCU and got us in and out in no time at all. I would highly recommend these guys and we are loving our new truck!

Justin, Todd and Shaun are a great team to work with. They made buying a car easy with no pressure. We were looking for a specific make and model. We had it narrowed down to two cars, one from Auto Ranch and one from another dealer. Justin was excellent at helping us compare both cars and was very patient as we went to look at "the other car" one more time. Joe was fantastic to work with, he was kind and efficient. The car I wanted to purchase needed a repair that Meridian Auto Ranch agreed to fix. They not only kept that promise, they scheduled the repair the following week. Although the repair was a little complicated, the shop manager and Joe continued to work hard to get the job done, provided me a loaner-car, communicated updates to me, and never once tried to back out of their original promise. Everyone there is honest, polite and hardworking.
My husband and I have worked with Joe and Sean at Meridian Auto Ranch for the last 3 vehicle purchases we made. We aren't the easiest customers and we don't take buying a vehicle lightly. They have gone above and beyond to work with us and our needs. They dont just sell you a vehicle to hurry you out the door as another number. They truly care and are sincere. We aren't fans of the car salesman attitude but Joe is unlike the rest. On our last purchase, while waiting to buy the vehicle, they even went the extra mile to look at our other vehicle in the shop because we told them about some issues we were having. Upon needing a different family friendly vehicle for our ever growing family, we decided we needed a large van as that was all that would fit us. We had purchased our prior vehicle at the Meridian Auto Ranch with a very pleasant experience and service and hoped to get repeat service again. I called to be connected with Tim and came in the next day to drive a couple vans on the lot. He was very kind , helpful and professional. I was in a rush and he went out of his way to make my time there a quick, pain free experience to get our desired results. We would definitely use him again, and give him a 5 star recommendation!

Went in on a Thursday to talk about the Challenger for a few minutes with Joe LaGue. I got a good feeling for Joe and came back Saturday morning and he and Sean Petersen made it happen. David was great, honest from the start! His manager, Randy, made it happen. Looking at an older vehicle but was able to pay cash and out the door with a good price on the new vehicle. There was a lot of vehicles to choose from and they provide you with a great warranty. Will return when I am ready to purchase a new car.
Tim was extremely accommodating and very low pressure throughout the buying experience. He listened, and didn't drag me through a back and forth game all day. I shopped several car lots and these guys got me financed well below what other larger dealerships said they would do. Lastly, I got a really good deal on a great truck. These guys are miracle workers! David Barnhart was incredible to work with! By far, one of the easiest and fun, yes, fun car buying experiences of my life! They were honest, upfront, and very friendly. I would, and will recommend everyone to go see him! I honestly went in expecting to get told what more I needed to do to make it work... Come back when you have more $$... Instead, they made the deal work within my parameters! That never happens! Was not expecting to buy a car, but they worked a miracle! Awesome experience!
Robin made the process easy, I found the perfect car (2013 Toyota Camry!) and Randy took great care of my financing.
