I'd recommend Cope to everyone needing car repairs. I fully trusted them with my vehicle, and they were very communicative on the progress, and were very prompt in answering any questions I had especially since this was my first time working with an insurance company for repairs, they handled everything! Very satisfied with the quality of my bumper replacement, however... After I picked up my car from getting repairs on a Wednesday, my tire pressure light came on the next day (I thought they were low, so I didn't sweat it during the workweek). On Saturday, the light started blinking. After taking it to a Valvoline center, they informed me my tires had been filled over double what they should be (Ranging from 50-60psi). I'm VERY fortunate my tires didn't blow.

Staff have always been very courteous, professional and interested in getting my vehicles taken care of as quickly as they can. Have had to take a number of cars to them over the years and cars have always come back looking like new. I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t use Cope Collision.

This business is a total scam. We took our car there with an estimate in hand to repair the driver's side door for $2,100. They proceeded to tear the car completely apart and said it would cost over $8.000 to repair. At that point the insurance decided to total the car out due to the discrepancy in the estimates. Cope Collision refused to put the car back together and our only option was to tow it and take it to a salvage yard. Our car was a Toyota 4-Runner and according to our insurance agent this happens a lot with these cars because body shops can sell the parts individually for a lot of money. Cope Collision is an unethical business taking advantage of its customers.

Was turned down by a cpl of other old school shops that I have had work done at before because they either couldn't take drop offs or wouldn't work with Farmers (for good reason) So I asked around and was given Cope Collision, able to take the rig right away, worked with Farmers, and very thorough. Helped me find a lawyer that would help me get O.E. parts and get loss of use and diminished value on top of the crash repair. Highly recommend these guys!

Bought my dream truck and the delivery carrier ruined my roof. I asked an acquaintance who manages a collision repair center where I should take it for repair. He said "not my place. If that was my truck I'd only go to Cope Collision". I made an appointment and talked to Scotty at Cope. he was straightforward and honest. I told him I'd been to the other two most recommended places and what they advised. Scotty said they could do it that way but if I wanted it perfect they would have to remove the roof and replace it all. I was definitely concerned but I went with the recommendation since he is the expert. Scotty as the manager and Chase who runs the front desk were great to work with. Constant updates, handled all insurance issues, never too busy to meet with me or get me information, and made the customer service experience 100% great. In a day and age where small business customer service is a dying art this company really knows how to handle customers. Not to mention the truck turned out just like new. I truly felt valued as a customer and I have already sent two friends there as referrals. I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else now that I have used Cope. A+ and 5 stars. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I say this with a very heavy heart, DO NOT bring your vehicle to this shop! They will not talk to you exactly for what they are fixing. If you had a little fender bender, they will do more than what insurance estimates and says for cost and when car is all done and complete, they then send supplements one after the other that will take many days to even get approved so you will still be out of a car For many many weeks. Even though the insurance says they are not gonna pay anymore, straight to our face the shop saying that the insurance will pay even though insurance says no more. They’ll hold your car hostage until they get all the money they are wanting! Personally, for my car that had a minor front end damage they had my car for almost a whole month! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They ensure your vehicle is restored to the highest quality and manufacturer standards regardless of what the insurance says is industry standards and approved work. Cope will fight for the customer to ensure their car is returned, the way it was before the damage happened and has the highest quality standards, far exceeding those of most body shops. We have had the unfortunate life events requiring the services of cope, on multiple occasions, and every single time our car was returned in the same condition prior to the accident and cope battled with insurance companies to ensure manufacturer requirements were met and corners were not cut on more than one occasion. Don’t go to anywhere else in the valley as they may cut corners to save the insurance company money. Cope is the best!!!!

They did an awesome job and I would go back again. I have a red MDX and they fixed the damage and matched the paint perfectly. They were more expensive than others and my insurance company was not happy about that. I guess the old adage is true, you get what you pay for.

In the past year or so I have obtained an estimate from Cope Collision two times. Both times they were extremely expensive. They also included work that I did not want repaired (small dents and minor paint dings). As an example, a contractor dropped a metal panel off a roof and damaged my car's hood. To repair this hood damage Cope quoted $4,082.36. When I asked them (multiple times) to only quote the hood damage they refused. They also included full replacement of the hood rather than just repairing it. Ray's Auto Body quoted the hood repair at $664.00. I have no idea how Cope can stay in business with this type of high pricing and terrible customer service.

Do not take your Tesla to Cope Collision. We contacted Cope on March 19th about repairing our 2022 Model S. We sent them our insurance supplemental form the same day that clearly stated a labor rate of $68/hr. They accepted the form and we set up a tow for April the 3rd.. They received the vehicle on the 3rd. Our insurance sent them an updated quote April 4th with a labor rate of $75/hr. They began their diagnostics evaluation on the vehicle and we did not hear anything until the 12th of April. Our insurance sent us a letter saying they were unable to reach an agreement on the labor rate with the shop because they were requesting a rate of $185/hr (nearly three times the national rate for a tesla). We contacted another shop who works on Tesla (Caliber Collision on 5 mile) who immediately accepted our insurance rate and told us they would begin working on our car as soon as we could get it to their shop. April 12th we contacted Cope and told them we would need the vehicle released so we could tow it to the other shop. They told us it would be $6000 to release the vehicle for diagnostic and storage fees. We told them to talk to the insurance who would not cover the rate since no repairs were done. Cope Collision had from March 19th to April 4th to dispute the rate with our insurance and deny service on the vehicle prior to any work being done, which is normal practice for any body shop. You negotiate the rate and either deny the claim or come to an agreement with insurance before you even tow the vehicle. This is the normal practice and the way all competent body shops handle insurance claims. They accepted the vehicle with two separate quotes from our insurance clearly stating the rates they would pay and decided to begin working on it. They then tried to extort our insurance for an insane $185/hr rate and when that failed they tried extorting us for $6000 just to release our vehicle that they had done nothing more than diagnostics on. They argued with us for an entire week before we just decided to show up at the shop with all our documentation and demand the car. After all the negotiations in which they were incredibly rude and unethical they told us we had one of two options. Either hire lawyers and take them to court or pay $1500 to release the car. They only came down on the price because I showed them proof they accepted the car and started the work before notifying allstate of their rate. I asked them to show me one document they sent Allstate prior to April 4th with their rates attached and they could not do so. We paid the $1500 and took our car to Caliber who is now working on the car and will have it back to us soon. Needless to say we will be pursing a small claims to get our money back and they will more than likely have to pay for their mal practice. DO NOT GO HERE

Some unclear and mixed messaging during the process of how long my vehicle would be in the shop, ranging from a couple of days to two weeks, which created some stress making spring break plans. However, once I notified COPE of my need to have car completed on a specific date, they did a great job completing the job in advance of the crucial date, which was much appreciated. The fact that the job was complete in time was obviously the most important thing, but I wish there was a little better follow up/updates throughout. If I didn’t call to ask for update, none was provided. They mentioned that I would not get normal text updates at the end of each day, on the days that I called. I felt like I needed to call frequently, because each time I called they would only say how many more days they expected to have the car (which again was very unclear until the last day they had my vehicle), with very little additional details or follow ups. The repair/replacement was superb! Paint and parts were matched perfectly. Looked just like it did before accident.
