Shae called me and told me when she would arrive to pick up my Ram. She also sent me a text when the truck was delivered to the shop. Two weeks later Shae Hall helped me move a four post car lift across town in Nampa to my shop. She is an amazing operator, she knew exactly how to load the lift on the wide bed of the truck and then unloaded it into my shop. She is a five star operator. !!
Used them several times to transport lifts from freight doc to home. Absolutely beast service experience each time! Friendly, helpful, and care about what they do! Can’t recommend them enough!
My car was having some serious problems and couldn't drive. I never used Nesmith before. The driver gave me a price quote over the phone and it didn't change even though I was at The Village the day after Christmas it was hectic and packed. The driver navigated the lot with my yukon with precision! He expertly dropped my car off at the shop like a pro. I was impressed with the pricing, speedy pickup and hiw well he handled my automobile.
Travis Duvall was incredibly kind when we spoke on the phone, and in person. He made sure that he knew the entire situation to help us fully. He was extremely gentle in his directions for future care of my vehicle and greatly reassured me that the situation wasn't worst case possible.

Shae came and rescued us when our car broke down and was extremely fast and extremely skilled. Whatever she is being paid is not nearly enough. Never had a better towing experience...will tell all my friends and relatives to use
Shea was awesome, she was on the job asked questions all the way through. I received pictures of the truck when it was dropped off and where the keys went. I was even able to pay right away on the phone with absolute zero pressure. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you for getting my Truck to its destination safe.
Shae was very good with sharing her calls in order to inform me of timelines for getting to my car. She also called me when she was done with her job and headed to my car so I could meet her with keys. She let me know my BMW would have race ramps used to get onto the flatbed with ease and no damage.
She sent me a photo of my car delivered to the repair shop and keys dropped in the drop box! This was a huge help to know my car had been cared for and delivered. I’ve never had a company do that before. Shae was a helpful part of a frustrating situation. This towing is covered by insurance directly. That’s a HUGE help!
Driver Shae meticulously loaded the vehicle, hood, bumpers, miscellaneous parts and several other items on the bed and the inside of the tow truck.
She is congenial, very professional and really knows her job!

My son's little pickup was impounded and I had to be the one to get it back. Both Jessie and Alexa of Nesmith Brother's Towing were very decent, kind, and patient, and most importantly, helpful in the process of getting it back. They also look to be a full service auto and truck shop that was staffed with highly professional mechanics. Excellent quality throughout. I was very unhappy with the person I spoke to on the phone. I was very upbeat explaining why I needed a vehicle off of my store’s property and he cut me off in an extremely rude tone. As I was working in my store, the owner of the vehicle picked up the car, but I didn’t notice because I was very busy, and when I saw the car was gone, I figured it had been towed. The guy called me back and in an extremely rude tone told me that if someone picks up the car before they get there to let them know. I do not have an issue with what was said, but with HOW it was said. I was very friendly and got very rude responses. If someone else told me these things with a positive attitude and friendly tone, I would’ve been very pleased with my experience. I hope whoever was talking to me on the phone finds happiness and doesn’t take his misery out on his customers anymore. (The driver was extremely nice and understanding, it was just the guy on the phone that I had an issue with).
I haven't used too many towing services, but everyone I've met from Nesmith has been incredibly friendly, and good at what they do. On time, skilled, and responsive drivers are key I'd guess and our driver, Jesse, has all those qualities. She even came in on her day off to help us. I'd use them again in a heart beat.

Our van is a critical part of Neptune Warrior, helping us transport scuba gear and underwater scooters to dive sites where veterans find healing through diving. With more veterans turning to our program for PTSD relief and physical rehabilitation, having reliable transportation is essential.

On a cold evening, on my way home, my truck decided to quit. Nesmith Brother's Towing came to my rescue and towed me home. Great service and wonderful conversation. We've used them in the past so of course they were my first call.
This is the fourth time we've used Nesmith for towing. Unfortunate for us, but, awesome that we've gotten to find great help! Alexa in the office was professional, friendly, and helpful, Travis, our driver today was super friendly and helpful, Adam was great over the phone last time, and Andrew showed up and really knew his stuff! All times they arrived in under an hour, or right on schedule, pricing was extremely fair, and our drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are our go-to from now on!
Andrew was extremely professional, and a solid guy. Took care of me, my car and did a great job. It is very obvious he takes pride in his truck and his way of business. Highly recommended and will use again for future needs.

They were late to show up. Cause extensive front end damage cause by careless work. Photos were taken before and after tow. The damage had nothing to do with the reason it was towed. The entire front end is falling off. Let me be clear. Having previous damage on a car does not excuse new damage caused by a service. Again I have the photos. The damage this review is concerned with is the entire front end in the center being pushed up and broken to the point that the hood can no longer close and much of the plastics are now broken. Say from someone putting chains on around the axles and the pulling it up into a ramp. The review will stay and is accurate.
