Been a customer for years and will continue to do so. They have always stepped up and taken care of me beyond what most tire companies would do. The guys at the meridian location are champs
I have always used Discount Tire in the past, with no real complaints. I have recently found this location through proximity and have found the customer service at this Les Schwab location is outstanding.
They are always available for my last minute trailer repairs with same day drop off, they continually answer the phone and communicate well, and have consistently corrected errors at no charge.
I do see now after all these years the difference between this particular store and every other standard tire shop I have dealt with and why Les Schwab has such a good name that goes back to my childhood. I will continue to use this location for all of my business and personal needs. I thank the employees, managers, and owners for running such a reputable well known brand and taking the difficult tasks and headaches of flat tires, failed trailer brakes, and tire emergencies away from my worries. 5 stars
I really appreciate the team at Les Schwab in Meridian on Main Street! Jason the manager really took care of me! Tires are a big expenditure however, I know I received quality! The team stayed late for me twice. One time when I was limping there with a screw in my tire, and another time to change out tires! They really worked with my late work hours, and more importantly with my budget! Thank you for your service and dedication!
Recently got new tires, wasn’t sure what I needed but James was super helpful and knowledgeable. He got me great tires for all weather and it ended up saving $800 more than what my dealership quoted. Ask for James, he’s the BEST!
You know some people make fun of the image of Les Schwab being the guy that runs out to your car when you pull in, but it's not a myth. It's absolutely true! I never even hesitate if I need my tires. Just checked to just pull in without an appointment and they are super helpful. They check my tires quickly and then they'll be completely honest with me. Today I had a low tire in my newish car and the guy that checked them told me that one of them did seem to be losing air. He couldn't see a nail in it and when I asked if they carried these kind of tires he said no. They'd be happy to help me find different tires, but he also just suggested I check and see if the ones I have are still under warranty elsewhere. That is definitely putting customer service first and I will always go to Les Schwab whenever possible.
This Les Schwab is the worst. Their website lets you book an appointment online for 5pm (that’s when they close), so when you go in they tell you “well we close at 5 so we can’t help you.” They do not care in helping you at all. I had asked them to look at my brakes and they told me there wasn’t enough time to look at them even though it was still an hour before close. I would not go to this Les Schwab if you need anything from them.
We are traveling and woke up with a flat tire. Les Schwab got us in within an hour and repaired our tire free of charge. We were traveling with our dog and baby, they were very considerate and kind.
We had a flat tire. They were very respectful and quick to repair it. I am really grateful because we have to travel 5 hours and the les schwab was right next to our hotel
My wife had a nail stuck in her tire, even showed them a picture. She waited there for an hour and a half and they said there was no nail or leak. Next morning tire was flat and nail was clearly visible in the middle of the tire. Based on other posts, this is clearly an issue with this store. Les Schwab just doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. Would love to get the hour and a half back she wasted there.
Honest, kind, and truly helpful every single time. They’ve invested more in my vehicle than I have, and it’s clear they care about people, not just profit. Solid, trustworthy service I’d recommend to anyone.

Not sure why they still have the "we come running motto" that in no longer practiced here. Went in for a nail in the tire, most shops will take a break from what they are doing and fix you tire real quick. These guy make you wait an hour, then spend another hour doing a full inspection. If your in a hurry and need quick competent help it's definitely frustrating to get stuck in there sales driving program E.G unwanted inspection.
I had my rear brakes suddenly beging grinding. I looked up the nearest Les Schwab and got there asap. I was warmly greeted, an employee blocked at my vehicle within about 10 minutes of my arrival. The individual gave me information not only about my rear brakes needing to be replaced immediately, but he also explained to me how much was left on the front brakes, and a normal amount of time that I had left for replacing those. I felt he was honest and considerate. I sincerely appreciate his good communication skills.
All 4 of my tires were changed and they drive amazing. The service over the phone and in person was great as well. Plus, they did all 4 tires and alignment within 2 hours!
I had my truck in for brakes since they had gone bad. Not only did they hold my truck until 2 minutes before closing, when I went to pick up my truck and have the service financed, the lady helping me quietly told the person she was training that I was an idiot for using their financing accounts.
This will be the last time I will ever use this location. Customer service needs to change here, and instead of belittling people for trying to set up an account through your store, maybe consider not saying stuff like that when the person you are helping is within hearing range.
These guys saved our bacon! We were on an 800 mile trip home to Washington state and we had an axle go out. They snuck us in last minute and got parts in that were likely not going to be ready till the day after but they made it work and got us back on the road saving us so much money and time! Thank you Alex and Team!
This location has been so awesome! I have had two different cars with a nail in the tire and they get it fixed quickly and the front staff are so polite! I am extremely happy with these guys! Thank you for your help!!
One of the worst shop experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my truck to Les Schwab with a separate tire that had a hole in it, and a full set of freshly professionally painted rims. I explained everything clearly when I dropped it off.
They kept my truck for over 7 hours — and I didn’t hear a single thing from them all day. Not one call, not one update. I finally got a call right before they closed just to tell me that nothing had been done. The flat wasn’t fixed, the rims weren’t touched, and my time was completely wasted.
To top it off, they scratched my freshly painted rims — and of course, took no responsibility. No apology, no offer to make it right.
Les Schwab wasted my time, damaged my property, and failed on every level. If you care about your vehicle, take it literally anywhere else.
Came in with a big, fat screw in rear tire from never ending construction down road. Came in to check in. Told 2 to 3 hours wait. Okie dokie sat down to chill. Watched them fixing tires. Tv was playing Ghostbusters. Had popcorn, coffee and water for free. Vending machine with good selection around corner on way to bathrooms. IAN was whi fixed my tire. Very kind and friendly. I am injured and he offered assistance getting into car with walker. I appreciated offer as so many people ignore. Very impressed with his great attitude and it took just under 2 hours to get in and out. Been coming here for years with a good half dozen cars and always friendly service!!!
Awesome! Long time Schwab customer. These guys went above and beyond. Have an Audi Q7 with crazy road slicks - while towing my camper home - the rubber just wore out. Tire isn’t standard. Unhitched the camper, rolled in and they had to order my tire - instead of waiting days they went and picked them up for me - installed 2.5 hours later…. Cannot express my gratitude for these guys. I recently needed to buy tires for two of our vehicles. As loyal Les Schwab customers for over 10 years, we naturally went to them first. We visited the Ustick Road location and asked for a recommendation on slightly larger tires for our truck. Caden gave us a quote for the bigger size and assured us they would work fine—no mention was made about needing to recalibrate the vehicle’s system.
To ensure we were getting the best deal, we shopped around and found that Costco was $600 cheaper. Still wanting to stay loyal to Les Schwab, I called the Main Street Meridian location (by mistake, but figured service and pricing would be consistent) and spoke with Jamie. She was initially helpful and was able to lower the total by $200, which made the price difference more manageable. We appreciated the gesture and decided to stick with Les Schwab despite the slightly higher cost.
We showed up at 9 a.m. for our tire appointment, only to be told that the tires they originally recommended were too big and would rub. We asked for a solution, and they suggested a smaller tire—yet it would cost more than the originally quoted set. I explained the situation, but the response was a flat “I don’t control tire prices.” On top of that, we were suddenly told that because we were upsizing tires, our truck would need recalibration or it could throw codes and drive incorrectly. This was the first time anyone had mentioned calibration issues. The employee admitted he “didn’t know much about the new technology,” yet confidently warned us of problems (on a 2017 truck, no less).
Frustrated by the surprise costs and lack of communication, we spoke with Jamie again, hoping for a better resolution. She shrugged and simply said, “Tire prices are what they are.” Her dismissive attitude made it clear that customer loyalty meant nothing.
At that point, we canceled the appointment for our second vehicle and are taking our business elsewhere. After over a decade of being loyal customers, it’s disappointing to see that Les Schwab no longer values customer service.
Our experience with Les Schwab is always good and this time was no different. My wait was short and pleasant. When my car was done I received a full explanation of the service and what we need to check on our next visit. Les Schwab never disappoints us. Thank You
I’ve been here a couple times for tires and suspension work on my Ford F-150. And I had a visit when a tire was leaking. It had a puncture in the sidewall and needed to be replaced. Tires are so expensive now, especially larger truck tires, but the road hazard warranty covered it 100%. Love this place. From the front end staff to the guys in the shop, everyone is really cool and helpful. The mechanic that did my suspension lift was Sam and he’s awesome. Super nice and explained everything to me like a pro. I’m definitely a customer for life!

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END! I needed an alignment so I looked around online with grim results. I also found out that some places never respond if you contact them online. I called one place first and they weren’t able to give me a price or an appointment for that day or the next. Then i called Les Shwab. They quoted me a very inexpensive price range and told me that I didn’t need an appointment! Great! So I took my car in next morning at around 9:30 to drop it off. It was ready in about an hour. I went and picked it up the next day and I was out of there in a flash. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They have a huge inventory and 10 bays to work on cars. They are very well staffed and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend them
UPDATE: I had a flat tire recently and so I did what many of us do. I went to Google. The first thing I saw was Les Schwab. So I opened the website and saw “free flat tire repair”. I called them up and asked them what the fine print was and they said “there is no fine print” and no appointment necessary. Another great experience at this Les Schwab. My tire was not repairable so I decided to replace both of my front tires. They needed it anyways. Adam hooked me up with a pair of used tires that were almost in new condition and saved me a bunch of money! I mean these tires looked awesome! They even had that new-tire sound! I am once again ver happy with the service here.
Purchased lift, wheels and tires from Les Schwab. Bill of around 9k. They used a flat head screw driver to remove weights badly scratching through finish into wheel material. Scratches can be seen from front side of wheel. All 4 wheels are the same. The manager Will (main st meridian location) informed me that my wheels were out of warranty so all I can do is touch them up with a paint pen. I told him the wheels need to be replaced and to this he stated his wife’s car got into an accident and he didn’t get to have any say how it was repaired. Not sure how this was relevant,… maybe he likes stories. Another incident when driving off the lot after a rotation and rebalance, I heard the weights thrown off. I went back and grabbed them. Turns out they had stacked weights 3 high instead of dismounting and rotating tire 180 degrees. I’ve gone to Les Schwab for over 20 yrs. They're not what they use to be. It’s worth shopping around now. Maybe Commercial tire or Discount tire can offer better service.
Had brake pads, calipers and rotors replaced a couple days ago at Les Schwab. The next day my vehicle began making grinding noises, which I assumed was a mechanical problem and took to a mechanic shop. The shop found my caliper bolts were loose and the “remanufactured” caliper pins were stuck. I was advised the whole situation was a severe and dangerous mistake made by Les Schwab. The real mechanic easily fixed the issue so I was safe to leave. I immediately went to Les Schwab, described the situation, with pictures, and they admitted fault; although I was told that since the situation didn’t cause an accident, I won’t be reimbursed. I filled out their accident form anyways and left 100% dissatisfied with their unsafe service.
So grateful for Jamie B, Joel W, CJ, and Team for exceptional service, care, and dedication…this store is serving to NONE!!! They not only care about the tires and service, they genuinely care about their customers! It’s always a great day at Les Schwab Meridian! Thank you doesn’t even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for y’all taking such great care of me and my family all these years!
This is my go to Les Schwab period. I drive over a hour away because these guys respect my vehicles and i don’t have some high school kid working on my cars messing things up. If you want cheap you’ll fix it again soon but if you pay for the quality you get reassurance your getting the best for Schwabs has always been my experience
