So I took in a pitman arm to order a new one for a 1969 Nova. The counter guy measured the arm and the diameter of the hole to the steering gear box so it would be the right part. Then I'm told it's a special order so there's a 20 shipping fee. I was fine with that because he measured and made sure it was the right part he was ordering.
Well it wasn't the right part. The hole diameter was totally not even close to the one the guy measured. So wrong part ordered buy NAPA but they refused to refund the shipping charge. So pretty much their error cost me 20 bucks. Its not the money its the point that they ordered the wrong part and I pay for their error. Sounds fair right? I spend a lot of money on restoration projects and race cars and car repairs for friends and family and I avoid this NAPA . They over charge walk in customer's and their prices are always higher then they should be.
I was purchasing four items here. The clerk scanned them and told me the total. I told him it was not correct and was too high. He said there was no way to check without continuing by swiping my card, so I did. Upon checking the receipt, he had included an additional, different item. He rang up a credit for the error (about $20), but I felt he should have caught it.
We stood in line for nearly 15 minutes and didnt even get acknowledged. Made eye contact with numerous different employees and nobody even welcomed us into the store. By the time we left to

This is a review of the store on 80 W Taylor Ave. Called several times and no one picked up. After being hung up on, I tried one more time and got someone on the phone only to be put on hold. After a period of time I had to hang up.
I went there to get product for my 2015 expedition and everything that I needed and it was quite a bit of product and it actually it was one item I needed I didn't have but they turned me on to another Napa closer to my home so I was pleased and I'd go back
Store manager Lorenzo runs a tight store, has years of hands on experience to back up his great service, and knowledge. Helpful and patient, polite and respectful. Informed me of several options and offered to help make an informed decision.
I called in some brakes and rotors at another location. When I got there the next day they informed me they didn’t have it and no other store around. I went outside and called Napa in meridian and Rick answered and he was able to find everything I needed in an hour and a half. Wow thank you so much. Napa in meridian is sold fast service and great help. I be coming here from now on
Had a great experience with this store. They had my oddball part in town for half the cost of their competitors. Customer service was beyond excellent. The employee helped me find the exact part that I needed for my 25 year old beater. I would highly recommend this store. Keep it up NAPA!

Excellent customer service, takes care of their parts and products so that when you buy them you have excellent results, they care about satisfaction of the customer. They believe that the consumer should have the option to pick their parts quality is an option, good quality may cost more. When they don't have a part and you want them to have it shipped to a store close to your housing, they don't tell you to go into that store and have it shipped there they pull it up on their computer and the location of that store as close to your house and they have it shipped there. Unlike O'Reilly's Auto parts or AutoZone. This would still be why Napa and advance Auto parts are still the leading competitors in the market.
Much better service to call than walk in. You will be asked to wait while they answer the phones, look things up and check prices. I’ve been in 4 times in 3 weeks. Each visit has been the same experience. Sadly it’s not your Dad’s NAPA anymore.
My daughter's car completely died on her, it just shut down on Eagle rd. Tow truck driver said I bet its the alternator. We called Napa auto parts and spoke to Jason ,he found the right part even though we gave him incorrect info about the car. He had it ready for us to pick up so we could get our daughter back on the road. Wonderful customer service in a timely fashion.
I visited Napa Auto Parts in Meridian today. The staff was incredible. Jason is a great promoter of the Napa Brand and a true asset to the store. I had multiple small needs for my truck and he was patient, helpful, considerate, and most of all knowledgeable about every little detail of the issues I was having. I could not recommend the folks at Napa in Meridian more, and having a dedicated employee like Jason proves that Napa is focused on my problems and needs the moment I walk through the door. Great store, will never shop at a competitor again. Napa customer for life going forward!
Every store I go to the staff if very helpful! They also tend to remember me even though I don't go in very often. Always have the parts I need or can direct me where to go. Online ordering makes it nice and easy as well. They are quick to get the parts to you and even call to confirm your order just a few minutes after placing order! By far my favorite parts store.
Bought a fuel pump for my 2000 Chevy s10. Installed it an immediately it was a little odd fitting. But it sealed and pumped. Tried to turn it over and it wouldn’t start. Took it in and the fuel pump was for a Chevy Silverado. Tried to return it and they wouldn’t take it even though they gave me the wrong one in the first place. Lost my business.
The store in Meridian is very helpful and courteous. They don't talk down to me or treat me different because I'm a woman. Joe is my go-to guy when I need anything!
Just bought a battery there. The guy loaned us his tools to put it in and brought the battery to our car. He made a special order for another product we wanted. Super friendly. Great customer service. Sorry we did the get his name, but thanks!
Been working with the guys at Napa for a long time. They've always done a good job taking care of me and my company. Their commercial guys are top notch.
I stopped by the store to get my battery tested, Robert kindly took the time to not only test my battery but to also test to see if there were other issues with my charging system. It ultimately was by battery and he even installed it for me. He provided excellent customer service!
