Came in to get a new battery. Lawrence and Ray were both super knowledgeable. They were awesome enough to actually replace the battery and provided some additional tips to extend the life of the car. Highly recommend this location.
Marcos, from the Meridian store went above and beyond to help my daughter and I get our license plates adhered to our cars. He had to try several different products and it could’ve been very frustrating, but he was so kind and didn’t stop until the job was done. It was also nearly 100 degrees that day and he was on black pavement doing the work. Absolutely made our day, and taught us a few things!
Great place for auto parts and car advice. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help you find the right part. Store is clean, organized, and usually has what I need in stock. Prices are fair and the rewards program is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR BATTERY HERE! They won't honor the warranty if the battery is defective. I bought a car battery here, and it had a warranty. Well within the warranty time frame the battery stopped holding a charge. I took the battery back to them to get replaced. They said they would need to test to see if it was actually bad, so they did, and they said that their machine that they used to test the battery said it was still good. It wasn't, it still didnt hold a charge but they wouldn't replace it. So i bought a battery from Autozone, and had no issue. I don't understand O'Reilly's angle, cuz i still needed a battery, i sure wasn't going to by it from them or anything else from them in the future.
The cherry on top, while inwas there trying to get the battery replaced, a woman was there with the same problem and she said they do this all the time.
So there you go, you've been warned.
Regardless of the age of the employee at this store I have always been pleased with their knowledge and eagerness to help. Friendly and always welcoming as soon as you walk in the door.
Amazing. I can’t remember his name, but the young red headed fellow is a great employee. Long line, and he was quick without getting flustered. Incredible communication. Tested our battery and sold us a new one very efficiently.

I recently had a problem with my car, it was pretty serious, and I had to fix it myself. Shawn, the branch manager, was AMAZING and demonstrated a the level of service and guidance I have experienced only a few times in my life. I had a REALLY crappy day, but my day was MADE after visiting the Oreillys on Ten Mile Rd in Meridian, ID. This guy deserves a raise. I DID fix my car with Shawn's suggestions and encouragement. Service was great, the man TRULY cares for his customers. I HIGHLY recommend this branch of Oreilly's Auto Parts.

I drove 70 miles to this store because they assured me I was getting a fuel pump for my front tank and a fuel pump for my rear tank on my truck come to find out after driving a 140 miles round-trip the guy sold me 2 rear pumps I had to go to 2 more O'reilly sthor's to get the correct pump for the front tank very disappointed in the 10 mile store
These guys are absolutely awesome! They ran a FREE diagnostic on my car. It ended up being a problem that they were not able to fix, but helped me anyway. They put coolant into my car because I didn't know how. A++ The best!!!
Been to this location many times and sometimes get great help, but a couple of times I have had bad experiences. Just today I got sent to another O'Reillys for a part to rent because they "have 2 of them". I get there and they have 0, I ended up going to autozone in the end.
The folks down here are absolutely amazing! I want to thank Sean and Mason in specific for all their hard work. This is the store to go to for GREAT customer service and attention to details.
This was my go to location for parts since it is convenient and I generally get good service, but I will be going to another store in the future or just ordering off Rock Auto.
I came in to have the codes read on my son's car and was basically chewed out by one of the guys for following their instructions. I've interacted with this guy before and he has always been pleasant but he was definitely off that day. Not sure what was up, but I have lots of other choices in the area to get auto parts.
Very helpful, Jeff was working the counter and helped me get the right bulbs I needed. He didn't point the way to where they were he went and brought them to me at the counter

Sadly they didn't have what I needed. Would have thought an RV battery was that hard to find. They were remiss in keeping me aware of the status of my order. Beyond that the store is well stocked, the staff attentive ad knowledgeable.
Dale was my hero for the day! He was awesome - helped me diagnose the problem with my lights and blinkers and then replaced them for me - AND fixed the rapid flash. He was so kind and knew what he was doing.

We had a check engine light come on. The team at O Reilly let us use the code scanner for free. Got the code and part. Really quick and friendly. They also filled me in on creating a net 30 account for our business. Awesome, knowledgeable, and fast!
I ordered a new battery online, for in store pickup. Once at the store, I asked the rep to install the battery, as the website advertises. The rep agreed to do so, though he could have been a bit more friendly for sure. I got the feeling he didn't want to do it, but at least he did it for me and I don't have to worry about it. I asked the rep about getting the refund to my core charge and didn't really get a straight answer. Once done, he ignored that request and told me I'm good to go and went to help another customer, so I guess I'm out a $10 core charge I paid AND they have my old EverStart Maxx Battery (size 65). I wasn't even offered the old battery so I could go get the credit elsewhere, so I likely won't be getting my "refundable" core charge refunded. I would have given a better review, had they refunded that charge, as the website states they will - or if they just never charged me in the first place, given that I had them install it (like other local battery shops such as Batteries+).
I have been here for automotive things in the past, but this time around I needed supplies for my tractor, push mower, and weed eater. I was expecting to have to go to the hardware store, but they had everything I needed! I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated how helpful the staff were.
I will definitely be back for all of my engine repair and maintenance.

The assistant manager helped us. He was great! I was very appreciative that he didn't make me feel inadequate because I was a female working on a car!! Bonus points for that!! They price matched which was also great! The store was very clean and organized as well!
