I had a check engine light come on. I was traveling across country. I always use O'Reillys at home so I went there. They gave me the device to check the code, I had trouble. The guy came out and helped. They gave me a printout of the problem. I called a family member and spoke with them and the worker. We resolved the issue. I was very impressed with their level of concern and help.

O ok oo o Really!!? It's always the same, almost anything automotive you need and great help. Prices are obviously competitive and sometimes better than the other stores.

Had an alternator go out right before we made it to O Reilly’s. Not only did Jake come out and give us a jump so we could make it off the road to the store, he price matched and gave amazing help so that we could install it. We need more folks like Jake out there providing such awesome customer service.

My O'Reilly store didn't have headlights in stock for my 2006 Hyundai Elantra but they did locate them in a near by city. They gave me the EXACT time they would arrive at my store, and sure enough, I received a call when promised. The headlights were the correct ones and came with bulbs. Best customer service!!

The good: They usually have anything I need and if they have to order it, usually it takes a day or two, not to mention great warranties and return policy. Most staff know vehicles which is great when trying to explain an issue. The not so good: Not so good, lately it seems I get a new employee which is fine however if they aren't sure, there is no one around to help? Thank you for reading my reviews

The Assistant Manager Anthony was very helpful. I will definitely go back there. He didn't make me feel like a 'girl', he explained what the problem was, what parts were problematic and got me what I needed.

Amanda, the manager at the meridian store on Calderwood Dr, went above and beyond. Her customer service is exceptional and she is truly an asset to your company. From my initial phone call, to meeting her in person , Amanda’s focus was to help us solve our issue. She provided us with detail information and guidance to help us resolve our problem. Overall, others can learn from her example. She is professional, knowledgeable, confident in her skills, willing to share her knowledge, and kind! We couldn’t have had a better experience and will continue to go to O’Reilly’s and recommend Amanda to others. With Amanda’s help we were able to avoid a costly service at the dealership. Eve and Kyla were so extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I don't know much about cars, but they saved me lots of heartache by checking my battery and alternator status. Everything was working perfectly. They also helped check my fluids, helped me pick out the right oil and coolant I needed. They even went as far as to help me change out my back turn signal bulb. All this done at 9pm at night. I called another auto store and they told me they couldn't help me with anything until 10am the next day. Moving forward, I will only visit this location. There are a few closer to me, but Eve and Kyla were so fun, friendly, understanding, and kind.

They've really turned this store around. Well-organized and the staff is extremely helpful. This is my new favorite place to shop for all my automotive needs. Update: everything I said still applies from my first review. I would however like to add how much the employees here form relationships with their loyal customers. I like shopping here because I know they'll get me the right parts that I need. If I have any problems or issues they go out of the way to make sure things are correct. You can't get this kind of service from Amazon or eBay motors. Support your local stores and they will support you. thank you O'Reilly's.

After wasting my time at Walmart I decided to come here. Nate was beyond helpful. He was able to get me everything I needed and made sure things were working probably. Great customer service.

Customer service is lacking. Dropped a battery off to be charged and tested. Never received a call/message that it was ready. Stopped by to pick it up and no one knew the status. Ended up needing to replace the battery. No thank you or appreciation from the cashier.

Stopped in to get more oil since my high mileage SUV burns oil and I needed to top it off. My boyfriend prefers O’reilly’s over other auto part stores. Thought it was interesting that they offer free wiper blade installation on most vehicles. I’ve always been able to do the front blades myself, the back window blade is tough for me personally, so it’s good to know I can stop in if when it needs replaced and I need help. The cashier was pretty slow this time around though, so four stars.

OReilly's is a decent option for auto parts. The service at this particular location is not great. Employees are not exactly welcoming and friendly. They give a vibe of "F@?k my life"

I visited this location 1/5/21 in the morning to obtain some needed parts. Upon entering this establishment, I noted a sign at the entrance, posted easily to see by everyone entering, that masks were required due to the current pandemic. I was waited on by the only employee working that I could see at the time, by an elderly male, who was NOT wearing a mask. I was wearing my mask, as I always do. This employee sneezed on me. I found this extremely unprofessional, for an employee to not follow the rules of the establishment by NOT wearing a mask during current pandemic situation, to approach a customer, and not even ATTEMPT to block a sneeze. Again, he was not wearing a mask, and he SNEEZED ON ME! I will not ever visit this location again. Enforce your own rules, O'Reilly Auto Parts! Masks are to protect others around you! If I could leave zero stars I would!

I went in with questions about my 2018 chevy sonic and the manager Michael and his employee James were more than happy to answer all of them. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a parts store and will definitely be back, these guys deserves a raise!

This was a good location. Very professional! The guys greeted me at the door with hello and can I help you find something? Then without question walked with me and helped me locate what I needed. Very professional staff members. They made me feel very comfortable in the store with no pressure. Check out was very organized and quick. I especially liked the way the two locations I went to the technician said have a great day and called me by my last name. I would absolutely go to these locations again.

The staff (Mike and associates) really make you feel at home! They helped us diagnose the problem we were having within minutes. They even let us use their tool cart to fix it right there (since we barely made it to the store without breaking down), being sure to check on us periodically and provide knowledgeable assistance. Not only was it WAY cheaper than a mechanic, but it was one of the BEST customer experiences we've had. Thank you O'Reilly!!

The guys here helped me diagnose my car. They helped me borrow the right tools and diagnose the check engine light for free. When they didn't have the part I needed, they called a different auto parts store and verified to see if they had it and reserved it for me to pick up. I was able to keep my car in the parking lot overnight to finish it in the morning.

Have been getting parts here for a long time. But recently have been getting less good service. Turn over seems to be a problem, just get used to the staff, within 6 months, all new. Something has to change or retail parts stores are finished. I order most online now and receive the right parts more often.

I received excellent service from Noel today. I came in with a rearview mirror that had fallen off my Chevy S 10 and he helped me figure out what I needed to repair it and showed me exactly how to do it. Thank you Noel! You went above and beyond.

Excellent customer service! Marco, Andrew, and Mike are the best!! Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! We had to go to the store on Broadway due to location convenience and received horrible service. The manager (Michael) sat on the phone for 20 minutes with a line of customers ready to pay and leave...so we left. Guess we are spoiled by the team in Meridian with their amazing customer service!
