You haven't experienced auto repair until you've experienced Christian Brothers in South Meridian. I have been there multiple times for oil changes and the comfortable lobby recliners are just one small attention to detail that caters to my pampered needs. haha The fact that they are open at 7am, have courtesy shuttles, honest/Christian values and morals and reasonable pricing are all the other reasons I choose Christian Brothers. I am excited that they will be opening another location closer to my home in Nampa and will be first in line when that opens next spring. Thank you to Rich and his team for ALWAYS making me feel like a priority and catering to ME!
If you need your car fixed, this is the place to go. We had a bad PCM on our 2016 Ford Escape.
We live across the state and they got us in and were able to diagnose the problem and repair the car.

Edit: I was told my transmission was failing and needed to be replaced. I took it to a transmission shop and they took it apart and found no issues. I'm still working with you guys because Chris King is amazing and is always helpful and willing to make things right when I call, but I gotta drop a star for jumping to the conclusion of replacing the entire transmission so quickly without any in depth troubleshooting or advice on next steps before dropping $9k, vs the $250 i spent to have it checked.
Like I said, still working with you guys tho and I'm more than happy to drop 5 stars if I feel like I'm being treated with honesty and integrity continually.
Original: Good experience, overall the service was good although I wish there was a bit more communication. They texted me a bit, but I had to call a few times when i feel like we could have just emailed or texted, but there was no response. Calling had some lengthy hold times but I think it's just because they are busy.
They did a lockout for me so I could come by with a spare key to pick up the car, but they also rolled the windows down, which kinda defeats the purpose of a lockout.
Overall, it was an above average experience.
We brought our son’s truck over for a second opinion after being told the Transmission was out by AMMCO $5500-5700 price tag attached. Come to find out they had not even repaired the line and added transmission fluid to diagnose this. Robert Yarbrough at Christian Brothers did an honest evaluation and the transmission shifted just fine. We had a few repairs and a $2009.68 price! What a blessing!!! If you want to deal with Great mechanics who are ethically sound! This is the place! THANK YOU CHRISTIAN BROTHERS . Best engagement present EVER for this young couple!
We are so grateful to Christian Brothers. We were pulling our RV on a Sunday and began to get warning messages. We looked up automotive shops in the AAA app. None of them were open on Sundays. We left a message with CB and Rich (owner?) called us back the same day and agreed to meet us the next day at 6:30AM. The service was top notch and they were very kind also. It turned out that nothing was wrong with the truck and they did not charge us to check that out. We are very appreciative of Christian Brothers auto.

I had a mass air flow sensor in my 2012 Ford fiesta that was going out. Christian Brothers automotive was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed in 2 days. I needed my car back as quick as possible for work. Now my car run smoother than ever. Five stars easily thank you Christian Brothers
Took my car to get my AC fixed. They fixed it within the day and were even able to service my brake fluid and my transmission fluid and had my car back early the next morning. On my way to pick up my car my wife and I ran over a nail in her car and got a flat tire. Christian brothers fixed my flat in about 10 minutes for free. These guys are amazing and I will be going back.

This was our first experience with Christian Brothers and they were absolutely phenomenal. They provided the best customer service, were super accommodating, very friendly, and were beyond helpful in our immediate situation. We will be making this our service and repair shop for our future vehicle needs.
My wife’s car had a pretty big issue right after I had surgery and she was eight months pregnant. Keaton got us in right away and had the entire repair done within 24 hours. The owner‘s wife drove my wife and daughter home because the shuttle was out making another drop off. These people genuinely care, the shop was clean, and the repair was top-notch. We are definitely new customers for life whenever our cars have issue.
I had CV axle replacement here. The staff were very friendly and overall it wasn't a bad experience. However, my appointment was pushed back a week, and they promised a 10% discount for the reschedule, but on my final statement, they didn't give me a 10% discount. It was about 7%. They promised same-day repair, but they didn't give me any notice until an hour before the end of the day. So I had to call them to check if I could pick up my car. I was finally able to get my car back in the afternoon of the next day.
Since I don't really want to deal with the mess and the risk working on the engine myself, I brought my Sequoia to this shop for valve cover gasket replacements. They quoted a fair price on the work (was $200 cheaper than the Toyota dealership) and the overall experience was excellent. I love their drop off/pick up service, which saves me some Uber money. The employees are friendly and weren't trying to up sell me anything. I'm pretty happy and will bring my vehicle in again if more work needs done.
Yesterday I went in to get a quote, and today I'm getting my car serviced. The atmosphere in the waiting area is even inviting and welcoming. The men who helped me were so incredibly professional, and their prices were reasonable. I trust Christian Brothers automotive, and that's saying something because I don't trust car service companies very quickly! I have had one car company doing all of my servicing for the past decade, but since I've moved to a different state, it seems as I may have found my new one! Will update today if experiences change, but everything is going swimmingly so far!

The team at Meridian are very professional and so helpful resolving issues. I got an appointment and service done within 24 hours. The shuttle service is great too and is very nice when your only vehicle is left overnight. Great job and highly recommend their service.
Got the job done right, and stayed in communication frequently about the progress of the job. I hope I never need them again, but I drive a Jeep, so when something inevitably goes wrong again, I'll definitely continue to trust them with my vehicle and my money.

I recently went back to Christian brothers for a water pump and thermostat service. I noticed a bunch of liquid in my driveway so thought I’d zoom it over to Christian brothers for a quick look. They diagnosed the water pump and thermostat and had it replaced within a day.
About 2 months later, we were heading back from a weekend trip to Spokane and my car started over heating. So I pulled on to the side of the freeway and immediately called the shop. I explained the situation, and within an hour, we were picked up along with our trailer we were pulling and a separate tow truck for the car. We made it home that night safe because of Christian brothers. Their number one concern was getting us off the side of the freeway safely! They did just that!
Turns out it was a faulty part. No fault of the shop, just a bad part from the ford manufacturer. It was an OEM part too which is a bummer. Regardless, Christian brothers probably gave us one of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had.
Any other shop would have thrown their hands up and left us on our own.
Can’t say enough about their true dedication to living up to their shop name! True Christians!

The degree of care is always at a higher standard with Christian Brothers. I have often found that when dealing with a large corporate dealership the care for the individual is often lost through the pursuit of profit. I haven't even brought my car into lithia yet and I already know I have canceled my appointment with lithia to favor an appointment with Christian Brothers. Without going into any details about my personal situation, I think that Christian Brothers has a better mentality for my well-being as a customer.
I have to mention that they even offered to drive me back home and the mechanic I spoke with said they would even stop at Starbucks along the way. This customer service seems unreal, if it's true I'll probably always do business here.
I experienced a critical engine misfire and a flashing CEL in my 06 Mercedes C230. I was able to drop my car off and within a day the problem was diagnosed. Not only that, they were able to get German parts same day which is so rare. They made the process painless from start to finish - once the diagnostic was complete, they sent a digital inspection report with photos and recommended repairs. The team called me and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not be happier with Christian Brothers and would recommend them to anyone needing honest, ethical, and thorough work.
Service guys were great and kept me in the loop. Robert (shop foreman) repaired my brakes and did a great job. The car isn’t making noise anymore so I’m happy about that. I felt well taken care of and they communicated with me throughout the process. They drove me back and forth from Kuna probably 6 times in total. The shuttle driver, Kelsi, is very nice and fun to chat with. All and all, I would use them again.
I had appointment at 7:30 am a guy interduce his self to me his name was Rich, and I quick explain my car problem to him. he totally understands me and help me out in a brilliant way, when I went to inside of the store, I meet all his team very professional and respectable discipline and wonderful behaver, and I never forget that morning in my life how I was happy entire of week just from there help and support with Excellent customer service! Everyone was very friendly. I had the best service imaginable! The crew at Christian Brothers Automotive were courteous and professional. The got the job done quickly and also replaced an air filter that needed changing. Wonderful people!! The waiting area and restrooms were immaculate, comfortable and pleasant!!! I will go back again and again.

Simply the BEST!!! I got tired of the run around with the dealer and decided to try Christian Brothers. That was the best decision I could have made. They are very friendly and thorough in their work. If they give you an estimate and the job takes longer than expected, they try their best to stay close to the estimate. These folks are just good people and also happen to be excellent mechanics. If your vehicle needs some work, call them or stop by. You won't be disappointed.
