We had an outstanding experience with M.K. Towing. Matt, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and with care. We needed to ship four dirt bikes (2 KTM and 2 Husqvarna), and he took care of the entire process seamlessly.
Matt carefully loaded and secured each bike, making sure they were properly lashed and protected. He then transported them to Montgomery Power Sports for crating before shipping them off island. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave us total peace of mind.

Matt was extremely professional and tried his best to help with my car! But when jumping it didn’t work he towed my car to the dealership. I was so great full because it was a Friday and no other tow companies could fit me in, in such a short notice. I watched him maneuver the truck between the tight space at the dealership and was very impressed with how easily he worked around the other cars! Great service! ??

My Jeep broke down and needed to be shipped to the mainland the next day. The owner was available on such short notice. He towed my vehicle from Mililani to the shipping company’s warehouse in town. He waited while they inspected my Jeep on the flatbed then he towed it to from the warehouse to Pier 1. Amazing customer service and would recommend him 100%

I bought a boat today with an old trailer. 5 minutes out a bearing broke. Some other businesses I will be giving good reviews to helped me to change the bearings on the side of the road over 8 hours. Which is a long time but for the situation that prevented me from sleeping in my truck, they all did great.
So after 8 hours on the side of the road I start my trek from Kaneohe to Mililani. Halfway through the other side bearings start smoking. I limp the truck to my road. I make a hard turn at the end of my culdesac and the entire tire falls off. Axle to the asphalt. On the ground. I'm stuck blocking all of my entire neighborhood (14+houses). The absolute worst position I could possibly get stuck in.
I tried my hardest with my little jack and blocks and I wasn't even close. I'm not 9 hours In it's 9:30 PM and I'm ready to cry. My wife finds MK Towing and dials.
Immediate answer. Immediate plan of action. Knew the area. ARRIVED IN 15 MINUTES. My tears didn't even have time to hit the ground. He quickly enacted his plan which I didn't even understand. It worked flawlessly. Simple and to the point. Crisis averted. Man crying stopped.
Then after hearing about my day he tried to not even charge us! Which we could not accept. His customer service and friendliness was above and beyond and he's the number one recommendation from me from now on. Thanks Matthew!

Our ford transit broke down on Monday and we have been using our pressure washing van to get to all our costumers. No cancellation nor reschedule with us. Today our Astro van broke down in #pearlcity. It looks like something is wrong with the trans. We called AAA and they said the soonest they could get to us would be between 3-4 hours. But @mktowingllc came to the rescue all the way from #hauula to take us back to Hauula. ? we ended up have to wait an hour instead of 4 hours. I made just in time to have dinner with my family.
