The best customer service I have had in a long time. I had to replace an alternator and battery. I broke a tube when replacing the alternator and wasn’t sure what the part was but they were able to find a diagram of the engine to figure out what the part was although they didn’t have it in their catalog. They helped me to fix the problem without having to replace it. It saved me from having to tow my car to the dealership as this tube was to the vacuum sensor for the intake manifold. The store was clean and bright.

Helpful and knowledgeable. My husband ans dad replaced cv joints and control arms and more over the week. This location and the Wahiawa location will continue to have my business.

Needed new wiper blades, got the parts I needed and was even able to swap them out at the store in time before the rain started. Did not die on the way home - 5*

Good selection, clean store helpful employees. Haven't been back for car parts in several years so cannot give further comments. Noticed however other car parts stores like Auto Zone making a showing on the island of Oahu.

Had to stop in and get some windshield wipers spur of the moment. We all know how difficult wipers came be to put them on, but DeAndre was so nice and willing to help. We struggled to get them on, but he stayed and helped get them on and we were on our way.

I’ve always had good experiences with oreilys for the past 7 years except this one time. I bought a battery for my car that went bad in 10 months, they warrantied it out without any hassle. Then that battery went out in only 8 or so months, my car is 100% stock so I see no reason for the car to be causing the battery to go bad but I called the store and explained the whole situation and they said they would warranty it again. So I drive to the store just for them to say there not going to warranty it out. I understand if it’s policy to only warranty a battery once but telling me your going to warranty it then driving 25 minutes to the store just to say no was a waste of time. I guess to sum it up, train all your employees better that way there not giving out false information and wasting peoples time.

Wiper blade replacements….I’ve never had much luck but thanks to this high-tech device and a helpful O’Reilly’s employee, I’m feeling confident. On the pricey side but if these go on smoothly, will definitely have made this a 5-star experience.

I got advice from the salesperson and I was confident in buying the car parts he suggested for my Toyota Camry. I received courteous, friendly, smart, service and got back home in a blink of an eye. I changed the part that I bought and I was back on the road, happy as ever.

Looked around prior to picking up 2 batteries, had lots of items, good prices. Has military discounts. Good place to buy auto parts

Our review of O'Reilly Auto Parts - Mililani HI. Located at The Mililani Town Center, Next to City Mill - Hardware. O'Reilly, has a Great Selection of Automotive Parts and Accessories. The Prices $$$ are A little Higer than other Auto Parts Shops. But the Location is Convenient. There is Lots of Parking. Customer Service is Not Obtrusive. What's the use of calling to see if they have the part? IF, they have it , great. IF they don't , they can/will check their other stores. Their Waipahu store had the part I was inquiring about. The person I was talking to over the phone told me, & I quote, "I can have the part here at our Mililani store by 8-8:30 tomorrow morning if you want, I just need your name & contact number." I gave my information & was told someone would be calling me when the part comes in . Long story short . . . It's the following day about 12:30 - 1pm & no phone call. I contact the store explained the situation only to be told there wasn't anything logged in their book under my name or ph number indicating a part coming in. Irritated, I explained, again, what part I needed & was told it'd have to be ordered & I'd have to pay shipping & handling up front before they can order it. UGH! I had someone else call, a male, asking about the same part. He was told they have the part. Wait ? . . . WTH!?! We go to the Mililani store asked for the part & followed the employee. Employee points to the part & says, "we have a lot in stock." Which they did but I couldn't use it. It was for a completely different make & model. Talk about a waste of everyone's time!

Great place to get parts most of the time it’s good quality at a reasonable price. the workers all very friendly like family and will help with any questions you have which being said is nice as I’m a starting mechanic that’s learning still. They answer the phone respectfully they return calls when you order a part and it comes in. The girl said the part will be here at 3pm and it came in exactly as she said and I called at 2:10 so that was fast.Great experience most the time. Definitely cheaper then most auto store which is good cause hawaii is already expensive so why should are parts be to right?

2nd time I've needed O'Reillys in a week, (it's an older car so it's expected and still better than a car pmt.) Customer service is always on point. Spoke with Javier on the phone when I called, who was friendly and informative. All in all, it was an effortless and pleasant experience. ?

My fave auto parts, everyone is verry helpful and friendly or tries to be, if they dont have something they get it or tell you were you can find it. If you dont know what a part is called they listen to you bable until they make something out and find what you where talking about. unlike the autozone were you walk in and they just stare verry rude or you have to stand in a store with no people waiting for the cashier to acknowledged you and help you while chating to a co-worker (tells you to wait because there to busy) .

Very helpful and courteous. She wasn't sure about the part since there wasn't a picture or description but ordered it from the warehouse. She would call me when the part arrived. She called when she said it would arrive and it was the correct part. Very reliable.

It was my first time buying at this location. Service was fast and very helpful. Fred was really great at helping me get the parts I needed. I will definitely come back for future needs! Thank you!!

Friendly staff that will go out of their way to assist you. They can also make recommendations that could save money one parts. They do give Military discount with an I'd. Weekly specials are also available!

I have been a previous parts technician with checker auto parts before it was bought by orileys. I am ASE parts certified and an ASE certified mechanic. I have never been to a less qualified place to deal with car parts. The employees here seem to only know what the computer screens tell them and if there’s something a little more in depth that requires the slightest expierence I always find myself having to either look up and give them a part number to order, or I have to go to NAPA or Car Quest. Are we not doing the ASE Parts tech certification anymore to qualify for that job? Also the sense of urgency is no longer present in the customer service. The people here at orileys are very polite, but move extremely slow, and are always understaffed. They do not return calls when a part comes in like the other parts stores in the area do. I hope this store can get it under control because Orileys is a good quality parts store chain known nation wide and I hope the business here gets better so everyone on the island can benifit.

Workers are very helpful. They give military discounts if you serve or have served. Always keep a great stock of items and can order you just about anything if not on hand. Tool selection is phenomenal. And they stay open super late. 10pm I think.

Shop here too much! Service is usually good. One worker in particular never fails to be a dick. Last time I went in, I did a core trade in of my starter, and bought another at the same time. He took the new starter out of its nice packaging and handed it to me (stowing the old one in the box). All I can ask is why? Switched over to Napa now as they seem to get customer service.

I have never had an issues before but At about 11:30 a.m on 5/6/17 my husband and I walked into the establishment trying to get the battery life checked on our vehicle. Walked up to the counter informed the female associate(no visible name tag) I wanted to have the battery checked and she then asked "if it was out of the vehicle?" my husband and I told her "no. we also did not bring tools with us to take it out." and she then told us "no we can not go out and check it, you can come back later on we are busy" and now they may have be 2 associate on duty in the front of the store but they were not busy there was 3 parties in there including mine. I have seen busy at this location with aisle 4 backed up all the way to the end. Now I have worked customer service since I was 16, going on 23 now and you never tell a customer "No, come back later we are busy." if she would have explained it a little better and in a nicer way for example "As of currently there is only 2 of us on duty right now but if you come back in about 30 minutes our other associate will be back from lunch." and also if a customer does not respond to "your welcome" the first time do not scream it a 2nd time as they are walking away and out of the store already. *Mind you we did go back at about 12 p.m because I was not wasting my day driving all over to different locations. The gentlemen that did help us was very helpful he not only checked our battery but also our starter and alternator.

Incredibly rude employees. Who ever OG is needs to be fired. I bought two rolls of window tint and didn't realize it was static and not adhesive so went to return them and apparently they sold me a open roll!! And would not take it back pretty much calling me a liar to my face!! No Respect go anywhere else worst service on the Island!!

The attitude of those people are little bit different from the time I first came. The greet when customers come in and answer questions. Still, if you have technical questions, don't bother these people. They are like regular people. What they know best is to punch register, and this is it.
