O' Sung Towing & Recovery provided an excellent experience. The dispatcher was always available to answer the phone, and while I was briefly placed on hold, I appreciated that they were responsive. They were also very kind, answering all my questions and giving me realistic expectations about the driver's arrival time. When the driver arrived, he was extremely professional and friendly, hooking up my car with ease. He even went the extra mile by offering to drop me off at the maintenance shop. I highly recommend this business for all your towing needs!
After contacting AAA to replace the battery in my vehicle, they dispatched out O'Sung Towing & Recovery. The office called to let me know my Technician was on their way. Once the Technician arrived (in under 45 minutes from calling AAA), they called to let me know they were in my parking garage and met me with a smile. The Technician, Cedric was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and explained each step along the way. He was able to replace my battery promptly and give my vehicle life again! Exceptional service! We locked our keys in our vehicle on the Marine Corps base and within an hour O'Sungs was able to get on base and had our car door open. This is our third time using O'sungs in the past few years and every single encounter has been great! Thank you!
I called needing a tire change. The dispatcher let me know it would be about 40 min until service. The driver Cedric arrived in 15 min. Service was super fast and he helped me get my tire changed and ready to go. Would definitely recommend.
I had a great experience with OSUNG Towing, thanks to their driver AJ. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Towing my dad’s Suzuki Every wasn’t an easy job, but AJ was up for the challenge and handled it with skill and professionalism. He got it done quickly and efficiently, and honestly made my life a whole lot easier in the process. Super grateful for his hard work and great attitude. I had a battery issue and called my AAA contact. They quickly sent out Osung. Antoine was amazing. He came out quickly, he was very friendly, and he got me going with my car in a flash.
We had a blow out on a rental car on February 15th and Dollar arranged for OSung to bring our car back to the rental car center. The tow driver was awesome. We were super close to the airport, thankfully, and he had us try to drive the car back versus having to load it up so we wouldn’t need to find a way to transport back our carload of people separately. He ended up blowing air to the tire, leading us back to the rental car center, and pulling over four times to add more air, and following us all the way back to the return area to make sure we were good. This probably saved us hours of time and a huge headache. Thanks!
Dayvn saved the day. I was in a super unsafe area on H1 with a flat tire. He got to me quickly as well as got me to safety. This guy knows what he’s doing and he truly care about his customers. This is the best experience I’ve ever had. Great job Osung towing.
My headlight went out while driving at night by the airport, so I called AAA who connected me to O'Sung Towing. Matt came and instead of towing my car (which would have cost $$$) he was super cool, assessed the issue, and ended up fixing my headlight for me. My car died out in the middle of the Airport! We tried jumping the battery and whacking the gas tank for the fuel pump to try and regulate, nothing worked. Meanwhile, we called TripleAAA, got us connected with O’sung. The wait was not bad at all, 10-15 minutes. When Kawika R. came, he did the same thing and glad he did because he knew what he was doing. Fast and easy process. Pulled up my car, latched it down, took it home. (He also had complimentary water bottles!) Amazed with his parking skills! My house has a tight parking space and he killed it in one reverse! So glad they sent you guys out to us. Mahalo O’sung saved the day!
Can’t say enough about Osung’s tow driver , Keoki . I called AAA and they said someone would call within the hour . Probably about 15 minutes later Keoki called and said he was nearby and would be there soon. I felt nothing was too much for him . My tow required changing my tires so the car was towable and in trying to find new tires for the car and changing tires , the key got locked in the car . No problem, as he easily retrieved the key and helped me find affordable tires for my car that could be fitted on my car that day . . I believe I was on my way home after only 2 hours . A really bad day was made better by such kind and helpful assistance .
Terrible company, I do not recommend it to anyone!!! We ordered them yesterday, agreed on a certain time at 11 am. No one came. They told us at first the price was $250 and then called us back after we were late and said to wait another hour and the price would be $520.

Found O'Sung via AAA service/membership. Was very pleased with O'Sung excellent and prompt communication with me. It made me feel reassured during an unstable time (my car wouldn't start at the beach park). The servicer, Aston was not only early, he was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Called another tow company...several times. They never showed up. Called O'Sung who arrived between 10 to 15 minutes later. $80 for the short tow to there shop. Was going to Honolulu Ford which is near O'Sung. Driver looked at my issue, took pictures, called his boss. They said they could repair quickly and much less than the dealer. Repair completed in less 24 hours at a fair price. Price was lower than the Ford dealer and time in shop shorter. Expected Ford to keep truck through weekend about 4 or 5 days total. Shorter time in shop saved me on truck rental cost. Plus Enterprize Car Rental across street from shop. They offered a discount on car rental while in shop. Car rental was half price of what was quoted online. I was looking at $500 for a rental over 5 days. Paid only $48 for one day. That in itself is a huge savings. Highly recommend O'Sung.
Carl/trainer the tow truck driver was very professional every ran smoothly on time as what they quoted me and got my car to the destination… will definitely do business again give Carl a raise!!!
Finished my day at the office went to the garage only to find a flat tire. Called AAA they hooked me up with O sung who was having a very busy evening. They said one hour before a tech could come and change my tire. Josiah from o sung called within 45 min got my tire changed in 15 min. Very courteous and professional. Progressive had set me up with a tow company that didn’t tow motorcycles and O’sung came to the rescue. Shoutout to my driver Kimo who kept me updated from the moment he was dispatched until my bike was safely at home. Real personal experience during these are times. Top notch service.
I called AAA for tire service and OSung towing represents AAA. I first tried changing my own flat, but found the rim stuck to the hub. First employee came out and tried for an hour to help change. We decided to tow the car, so another driver came out and asked me if he could try to get the tire off. I said let's, and he brought out the right car Jack's, lifted the car again, went under and started pounding with a rubber mallet. After a few minutes, the tire came off! This saved the tow and me having to tow it to another place the next day. OSung towing, you are great in my books! Picture is with the tow driver who got it off!
Called Osung to confirm a AAA order and the woman answering the phone was rude and hung up on me after having waited for them for more than 2 hours. Have used them satisfactorily many times in the past so was surprised by the way this woman spoke to me.
O’sung was dispatched through my insurance when I hit a pot hole heading southbound on Farrington highway coming from Kaena Point, aside from taking a bit of time to get an initial response (I don’t think that was their fault) they originally quoted me 1hr30min wait time but ended up being much quicker than that. Braddah that came out was fast and knew what he was doing. We really appreciated the good service especially during wild times in the world. Will recommend to a friend if they need towing services.

I was connected to O’Sung Towing through AAA after my car wouldn’t start. They came quickly and helped diagnose the issue fast. Turns out my battery terminals were corroded causing a bad connection. Ridge helped me clean the area, tested the battery to ensure it didn’t need to be replaced and stayed with me to make sure the car started properly before taking off. Great and friendly customer service - really appreciate his help!
Worst experience ever. O sung and AAA abandoned my baby and I for two hours on side of highway! 3 Hawaii HPD cars and I waited for hours and O Sung and AAA never showed. Called and the woman that is working right now at 11am said she would not give me her name. I have had a AAA membership for 20 years and previoualy had a good experience with both AAA and O Sung. The dispatches yesterday evening and today could not care less. Never met a group of people in my life with less care or aloha. Horrific. If u want to be abandoned on a highway for multiple hours call this company. Worst ever. Consider everything they tell u a misrepresentation and lie as they will literally never show up no matter what they tell u. Again, 2 hours on side of baby with highway. No one at company cares about anything but money. Avoid avoid avoid . What kind of company has employees that will not give u their name? No care at all.
A tire blew on my Tesla on the freeway. I contacted mobile support and they sent out O’sung towing to tow my car home. The driver was very polite and his tow truck was super clean. Our neighborhood is very tight though and sometimes accidents happen, while disconnecting my car from the truck the driver accidentally put a small scrape on the bottom side panel. He was very honest about it. There was no pretending it didn’t happen or trying to pretend it wasn’t there. I really appreciated his professionalism. On top of that, the owner called me within minutes of the driver leaving and apologized and offered to pay for the damage. I scheduled the appointment with Tesla and they gave me an estimate, the owner promptly paid and made the situation right. Yesterday was a bad day, that could have been a lot worse had a different tow company showed up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. Mahalo !
Bra ! 2013 dodge charger wouldn’t start at Kam shopping center, called O’Sung and help was on the way! Driver did extra to try and diagnose the problem, customer service was top tier ! Don’t even waste time calling other tow companies like I did was all a big hassle, O’Sung was straight to the point, asked me where I was at, gave me a quick estimate of how much I would be paying, and a eta of when driver should be there. Highly recommended them!! Only Tow company I’m calling ! Customer for life now! Mahalos.
Used O'Sung to flatbed my car after it died recently. Dealing with the dispatcher was simply & fast, driver called me en route with ETA and arrived earlier than dispatch predicted. Driver was professional and handled my car with care. Prices are fair. Hopefully I don't need a tow in the future but should I, I would not call O'Sung first. Highly recommend.
Not one of my happier days, but Junior's professionalism, friendly service and timeliness (understand about workload, rush hour, traffic, etc) made a bummer of a day a lot better. I've always been impressed by O'Sung's clean rigs, but it pales in comparison to their employees' professionalism!
