Battery died at the worst time and I was stuck in the parking lot for hours. Called Aloha Towing and they pulled up way quicker than I expected. Jump-started my car and even checked to make sure I was good to drive. Super friendly crew — lifesavers for real!

Pretty much highway robbery. Got quoted maybe $200 from the dispatcher the evening before when I set up a time for a tow. Guy shows up an hour and a half later than what I set the time for, puts my car on the hooks. THEN he tells me how much I owe him (I paid less because it was cash and the tax or credit card fee wasn't applied) and it was $380. I drive AWD, so they had to use a dolly but that alone was $120??? Mind you, I was towed maybe less than a mile down the road and yet the price was close to $400. And, they charged me $80 for a service call. Who knew there's a cost to the phone line? There's other companies out there who will drive further and not make you push your own car for cheaper. Don't get robbed
Gil very positive tech. Knowledgeable about vehicle condition at first glance. Optimistic that made me less worry about worst. Was able to get personal vehicle working again...and possibly shorted out my electronics because my driver side window is working again (been non-functional for 3 months) which a wonderful thing.
Timely communication between dispatcher and driver, high quality service. Driver picked up my car on the North Shore and towed me back to town, no issues.
I broke down in front of the fire station on date st and university ave last night and the first towing place I called told me it was going to be a 2 and a half to 3 hour wait for a tow because all there drivers were busy at the moment, so aloha towing was the 2nd on the list when I googled towing near me and they got a driver to me in 25min. The guys name was Gil, super chill and cool guy, quick service too. Osung towing gave me a 3 hour wait time and a price of $250 then aloha towing gave me the same price with a 25 min wait time so I canceled osung and went with aloha. Thanks again braddah Gil

Fast service and very polite driver, but poor communication. I asked for an estimate over the phone and gave them the mileage which was higher than the actual distance. They estimated $200.00 Then, when they dropped my vehicle off they wanted $450.00. The average tow cost for 7 miles is less then $200.00. I got the owner on the phone and spent 10 min arguing my point. They did conceed and I paid $250.00. Get your cost upfront on the phone all companies know what the cost will be. Atleast know the rates before they dispatch. I won't use them again.
I actually placed a called with a different company but I was invoiced by this company in the end. The driver was communicative and gave me a heads up when he was approaching my vehicle so I could drive down in my other car and meet him. Now granted this service was performed on July 4, I expected somewhat of a price increase but was basically billed $436 for a 6 mile tow. $20 per mile, $100 service fee and $200 for hookup fee. This information was only disclosed when the driver was onsite. In hindsight I probably should have got a price from the driver while in route. There were other tow companies open but this was the first company that took our call and dispatched a driver. The overall service was great. The communication, hook up, drop off etc but I thought the price was overly excessive in the end and unreasonable even if it was July 4. So service fine, price not so much.
I called the day before to schedule a tow and to no surprise the tow truck didn't show up at my given time. When I asked the dispatcher for a ballpark figure of how much it would be to tow my vehicle she said ithe driver would be able to tell me but between $150-$300...never in my life paid over $160 for a tow...At 10am I called 2 times and no answer finally the 3rd time a man answers the phone and you hear nothing but kids having fun in the background , which irritated me..You are running a business take your customers the shop was waiting all morning for my van and asks me for my info and says he sees my info and will get in touch with the driver. The driver calls me within 5 min and says he will he here within 25 - 30 min after asking for directions but shows up almost an hour later. When he finally gets here he starts punching in all these numbers into his phone $50 it's the weekend $100 for service this many miles at this much per mile which came up to $350 & I refused to pay for it..he asked what I wanted to pay? He said well I need to make money to you are towing a vehicle $350 is excessive...then we he left my house he didn't drop the boom and hit the bottom of my vehicle so i called him and he said he knows what he's doing ..I DO NOT recommend Aloha Towing, rip off company.
Stay away. I called for tow and was told the driver is making a delivery and will be in your location in 1 hour. I called in 40 min just to confirm he is coming, I was told not to worry. After the hour past and there was still no driver, I called and was told 20 more minutes. I called after those passed as well and ask if they can call the driver and let me know where he is at, the dispatcher told me he has to hung up on me to call the driver/I don’t believe they have only one phone or one line but whatever/ and he will call me back. That was 9 hours ago. Never got a call back. Never use this company, drivers may be OK/didn’t have a chance to meet one/ but dispatch is BAD.
Would be 0 stars if it were available. Called to schedule a tow from Schofield to Ewa. Lady who answered the phone wasn't very professional, but whatever. She said her driver would call me. Waited about 30 minutes, no call. Called them back and told them I hadn't been called. Was told that the driver called me and said tha t I refused to meet them at the gate. I told them I didnt receive a phone call, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me that they weren't going to complete my request. Sounds like they couldn't be bothered with my business. Very unprofessional overall. Called a competitor and had a driver on the way within 5 minutes.
