I got a flat tire from a pothole on the HIGHWAY 😂 I got tip tows towing through my USAA roadside assistance and they arrived within an HOUR! I believe RJ was the employee who communicated with me while he was on his way to me, very friendly and helpful! Still showed up when the address pin was wrong and helped me out! Thank you so much for the awesome service and for helping me out!!!
I called the company just to check if they were coming in my area when my car got stuck. I had waited for for 2 hours, but that was okay. The guy from their office that l talked to was unfriendly from the start. I didn't need to be spoken to in such a rude tone, especially in time of distress and need. Maybe he was in a bad mood, who knows? But still unprofessional. The tow guy who came and helped me pull out my car was kind, patient and courteous. He took very good care of my car. So kudos to him!
The flatbed was on the scene in 45 mins as promised. The driver was cool, and he had a good sense of humor. Sometimes you need that when your baby is broken down on the side of the road!! The price was excellent compared to other quotes. Dispatch was cool too!! "Tipbox" for the win.
