15 minutes Total time from dead battery to on my way home. Business owner was kinda far away, so he sent a very nice family member to come help me out. Timely, polite, thorough, courteous, and just a very nice experience, when I was in a bit of a bind. Highly recommend if you need any service they provide in the greater Honolulu area.

Called 5 companies when my car broke down in town on a Friday at dinner time. 4 said it would take 2 or more hours to get to me. Tow Star came right out in a few minutes. They came with a great tilt flatbed with extenders that was perfect for my low clearance car. Great service. No problems. Highly recommended.
