Lovely scenery driving on roads under tree lined canopies. Every Sunday evening there is a drum ring session from around 4.00pm to sunset.

Nice, great place for families and drum circle on weekends. New food vendors.

The dancing is awesome will definitely be there next weekend

Stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed the neighborhood vibe. It’s got a mix of homes and views of the ocean as you drive to the main road. There is a social gathering at the park with a drum circle on Sunday and a good place to watch sunrise. Would love to find a lot or small home in the area

The park is one of the most beautiful places to go to down here. Whale watching and a constant trade make it spetacular.

Seaview Estates is a beautiful place to live

Kalapana is probably one of the true Hawaii, pretty much undeveloped, locals speak local, not the same as what you find in Hilo. It's so beautiful and still growing due to the Volcano. Remember Hawaii is the youngest of the islands, also nearby is where King Kamehameha was born.

This place is quiet and in a nice neighborhood.

Over zealous Community Association. It makes for some serious uncomfortableness. They mean well but over shoot and alienate many.

A wonderful place to view the sunrises or sunsets

The blind leading the blind, looking to move out of this place ASAP specifically because of KSECA being so asinine.
