I'm never calling another tow company again, they've made a customer for life. Dennis was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. The tow rate was more than fair, the experience (Compared to my experience with other companies) straight up tells me other companies don't care about the customer, just the tow. I will be telling all friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers to always choose Scotty's. Dennis is a prime example of a good person.
Dennis was our driver and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very timely and the price was much lower than I expected. I will definitely call Scotty's again if I ever need another tow.
This past Wednesday I somehow locked myself out of my running car and could not get in. I was an hour from home delivering Amazon Flex. Called several tow companies to see if they would be able to assist and unfortunately the cost was too much. I called Scotty’s and spoke to the wife. I don’t know if it was the panic in my voice or what but she sent her husband to help me. And did not charge me. For that I am so grateful and thankful that such kind people were willing to help a complete stranger out. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience with Dennis at Scotty’s Towing during a really stressful situation. I was in an accident yesterday in Newton County and needed my car towed to Sharpsburg. GEICO initially dispatched a towing service that never showed up or even called to cancel, which was incredibly frustrating.
Dennis communicated clearly from the start, sharing his ETA throughout the trip. When he arrived, he was professional, calm, and took the time to explain the towing process so I felt comfortable with everything that was happening.
His customer service was outstanding, and he helped turn my situation around. I truly appreciate his reliability and professionalism—highly recommend Dennis and Scotty’s Towing if you ever need tow assistance.
I used roadside assistance for a lock out. The first company cancelled. When Dennis got here he was just so friendly. He explained what he was doing, even showed us how he was doing it! And to top it off, he drove 40 mins at 9pm to help us out. 10/10 recommend for any of your tow truck needs!

Nelson was extremely nice and professional when he contacted me about towing my truck. I had a blowout on the interstate and he was very courteous and timely, calling me and letting me know where he was and how long it would take him.. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and believed it was best for me to be towed instead of just having a tire changed.
Thank you for a great employee that helped me in a stressful situation and made sure I was taken care of in a professional manner, Loading my truck, making sure without that front tire that it stayed centered, and then very politely Helping me once I reached my destination.
I would definitely use Scotty's towing again, and hoping Nelson would be able to help me.

Needed to have the car towed to the mechanic from my home, and contacted Scotty's Towing. While I was on the phone, the office lady had already dispatched a tow truck and told me 25 - 30 minutes until it would arrive. That is exactly what is was! Very prompt! The tow truck operator was Dennis. He was a very polite, professional and friendly person. He got the car on the tow truck deck carefully and quickly, all while having a pleasant conversation with me. I was texted a link to pay the tow bill, which was simple and easy to take care of and got a receipt right away. Also, the price was very reasonable! From the initial call I made to Scotty's Towing until I watched my car being taken on the truck to the mechanic, everything went smooth and easy. Having car damage or a non-running car is no fun, but Dennis made things less unpleasant with his ease of conversation and expertise of his work. If you are ever in need of a tow, definitely give this business a call. You will be glad you did!
Scotty is very professional and moved a camper with no problems. When he dropped off he made sure everything was steady. Very reliable and will gladly call on him again if needed!
So, I destroyed a tire and had to stop immediately because it was on the rim. The greatest tow truck driver in the world arrived quickly, took my car to the shop (it was supposed to be worked on Monday anyway) and even drove me home! Super nice, super polite, super fast! He even called and confirmed he had given my key to my mechanic! I will never use another tow service in my life! Not all heroes wear capes, some drive giant tow trucks!

Arrived in a fast time after I let my tire going down the road Dennis helped get the tires back on and got my car towed to the auto shop to get worked on.
I would like to start by saying 10/10 recommend!!! My car is inoperable at the moment and I needed it towed to my dealership to have an RnR for my alternator. I reside in a small rural town that doesn’t have towing services in the near area. Dennis my service provider greeted me with a smile and was very thorough and professional with his service. I knew my car was good hands. I would also like to note he drove an hour out to my home lifted my car on the tow bed anchored and secured it then drove another hour and fifteen mins out to my dealership to drop it off. Given the weather conditions it was dark, foggy and misty and Dennis executed the pick up and drop off in a timely matter. I’m grateful for Scotty’s Towing for providing service in the area I reside in and for also having someone like Dennis employed by them.
My daughter's car was leaking oil somehow, approximately 40 miles from home. Didn't feel she would make it without adding more damage to the car. I called our auto insurance company. The first available & close to her location on I-185. Scotty's was called with a willingness to allow me to pay when the car was dropped off. Dennis reached out to me to confirm my daughter's location. He arrived a lot sooner then expected, and I met him at drop off point. Dennis was very nice and kind on the phone and in person. My daughter had a flat tire stuck on interstate with two babies. We called and Scotty’s towing came out and towed her car to our house. They were very quick and so kind we really appreciate y’all.
