On the afternoon of October 9th, we had our car break down in LaGrange Georgia and needed a tow truck. Extreme Towing was available and we were so glad to meet the owner. He was so nice to take us to a hotel. And then he took our car to his own repair shop and did the repair. His mechanic picked us up at the hotel the next day and we returned to his shop to pay. The price of the towing and repair was very fair. We highly recommend this towing service!

Reliable and friendly service. I called this place because my two young daughters were stranded on 85 with a flat tire 4 hours away from home. Mr Calvin said don’t worry I will have someone there within 30 minutes. They were there in less than 30 minutes to tow them to a nearby tire shop before it closed.

Will was an outstanding human being. Not only did he tow my entire family where we needed to go, he also came back to help me repair my car problem.. without him we would have never made it home, he is a blessing to me and my family and he has great things coming to him... First, they were quick to arrive. Second, I have an EV, and the driver was knowledgeable about loading and hauling EVs. The driver was safety conscious and secured the load well. They got me to the closest tire shop that had my size tire (Mavis in Newnan was great) in enough time so that I could get the replacement tire and get home. Definitely recommend.

These guys were great. After a complete and utter cluster from my insurance roadside “non assistance“, Calvin stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes until a resolution was made. He sent Zach out who was an amazing person and understood the assignment! I would use these guys every time! Thank you again Calvin for your help, you’re a saint!

Excellent customer service! I believe it was the owner who answered my call. I called letting them know I was broke down on the highway needing a tow home for me and my daughter , instead of sending someone else that was further out he came right out to get the car and gave us a ride so we didn’t have to be standing waiting on someone to get us. Waited no more than 15 minutes!! Thank you so much!

I got in a bad situation transporting a piece of equipment today and they did a phenomenal job getting me out and back to work. They responded and came out quickly and did a great job. Highly recommend and will be using them again if I ever need to.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Extreme Towing went over and above than we ever expected. My husband and I travel the country for work, we live in NY. We had just finished a job in Atlanta and were heading to pensacola Florida for the next job, we were only 30 minutes into our trip when our van broke down, the water pump and belt took a crap, so here we were stuck on the side of 85 south at 1:30 Sunday afternoon. My husband called one tow company and it would have been a 3 hour wait so I looked on Google and found Extreme towing and figured we would give it a try, my husband called and spoke to the owner Calvin who from the beginning was professional, respectful and sympathetic to our situation my husband than asked if he knew of a mechanic that could do the work Calvin offered his services as he also has a mechanic shop, but it gets better, he had a tow truck to us within 30 minutes, the driver Zack was also respectful and extremely nice and helpful. So we had to get a hotel and was going to get an uber to take us but Calvin told us there was no need to do that and said they will drop us off at the hotel, this happened on sunday and originally they had told us they would not be able to look at the van until Tuesday because Monday was veterans day , Calvin than called us back and said he was going to see if the mechanic was willing to come in on Monday so we can get back on the road and he did we had our van back by 3:30 on monday and Zack even picked up my husband from the hotel to get our van. For the work they did we were very surprised at what we were charged , we were expecting to pay alot more. It's hard to find trustworthy people these days so I'm so glad we found them. Thank you Calvin and Zack for everything you made this very stressful situation go alot smoother we really appreciate you. Also thank you to the mechanic who we found out was a veteran and came in to work on our van on veterans day we appreciate that more than I can say and thank you for you're service to this country

I was waiting three hours for another tow company to come. That company was rude and giving up the one around. I made one call here and they were able to respond and tow my car within 30 mins of calling. He was very professional. I highly recommend this company be your first choice if you need towing.

If google have more than 5 stars i will give him all. The best towing car ever. My car broke down during my trip from Atlanta to my home. He charged me in a reasonable price and offered a good service ever. I really recommend this company.

First off, let me state that the driver from this place who came to tow us was excellent. He was respectful, courteous, and efficient. The owner of this disgrace of a company, however, is the most rude and unprofessional individual I have encountered in some time. It's a wonder he's still in business with this outfit. These people were dispatched to us by Everything Breaks warranty service. We had a vehicle that required towing to the repair shop. When the driver arrived, he connected the vehicle to the tow truck. My father offered to pay him, but he had been instructed that he didn't owe anything. That it had been handled. We thanked him, bid him farewell, and for us, that was that. We were prepared to pay, but were told there was nothing owed. Roughly an hour later, we received a call from the tow company asking about a payment. I explained to them what transpired. They apologized, and we ended the call. A short time later I was getting back to back calls from them that I was trying to let go to voicemail and call back later due to me being at work. They (Extreme Towing) wouldn't stop calling. So, I finally answered the phone. I was greeted with what I basically interpreted as an accusation of theft of service. I expressed my discontent for the call harassment and the tone set by the owner himself. These people apparently have a sub par administrative organization within their company. Then they take out the frustration for errors made on their in out on us, the customer. The exchange we had was less than civil and ended with the owner threatening to just drop my vehicle off at a wrecking yard, or junk yard. Excuse me? You're threatening to steal my vehicle and dump it at a junkyard because of an error that your people made? Unacceptable! The vehicle arrived to the repair shop (thanks to the driver who maintained his professionalism and decorum. And he was ultimately paid as he should have been. I'll wrap up with this notion. I understand that mistakes happen, but don't have the audacity, foolishness, and downright unprofessionalism to try to make your mistake, my mistake. Because rest assured I'll take you to task on something like that. Beware using this outfit. They are deplorable and a disgrace to the small business community.

If you're going to get your car towed, get it by them! Not only are their towers quick and take care of your car, but the advice I was given regarding my car really helped in my decision-making making on what to do next. I also felt the prices were reasonable for a 34 minute tow. Highly recommend and extremely satisfied with my experience!

I needed my SUV towed from Lake City, GA to Lagrange, GA and wasn't sure who to call. I was a little nervous but after reading reviews for Extreme Towing I decided to give them a call and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Mr. Calvin was extremely nice and professional. IAAI was a little busy but he waited patiently, and even gave me a jump off when my battery died. Overall, hands-down the best experience I've had with a tow truck company!! I 1000% recommend this company!!

This company came out and towed us to a tire shop after we had two flat tires on the interstate. They responded quickly when my insurance company could not find anyone to tow us under our policy. Friendly and fair price.

Broke down 50 miles outside of Atlanta on I-85. They really came in handy. Sent Calvin my GPS coordinates, and they sent a truck to my location in less than 15 minutes, Zack was professional and courteous when he hitched my car. they’re really honest, would recommend to anybody who is in a jam.

New battery installed in less than 50 minutes from original call. In fact, verified battery still under warranty ( with 1 month to spare).Trustworthy & efficient. Thank you Calvin, Courtney & Chris.

If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would. Matthew absolutely saved the day and took care of my family last week. My wife, 6 month old son and I were stranded on the side of the highway for 2 hours waiting for insurance to find a tow. We were on a road trip with about 4.5 hours left when my alternator died. We finally decidedly to call a tow ourselves. Matthew showed up to take us to the nearest pep boys within 20 minutes, but they were about to close and that meant we had to stay at a hotel in a pretty rural and unfamiliar area to us. Matthew asked a few questions and we found out he himself is a mechanic. He offered to stay late and install a new alternator for us for a fair price. He had us back on the road in an hour and we are just beyond grateful. He treated family like he would his own and as a father of an infant, I couldn’t be more grateful to him for helping my family get back in the road safely that day. I just cannot say enough about this positive experience and I will definitely be paying it forward. Faith in humanity restored!

Calvin is a devoted business owner who truly cares about his customers and provides amazing service. My insurance company had me wait three hours for a tow truck. After Calvin heard of my situation, he responded within minutes. He even offered to pick up snacks and water since I was out there for so long. He went above and beyond and began to troubleshoot my car and give me recommendations on what he would suggest to do to fix the car in the most timely and cost friendly way. He was the only one working this night because he let all of his other employees be at home with their loved ones for Valentines Day. He offered to drive me to his shop and troubleshooted my battery and alternator real quick. Ultimately I had to decide to bring my car to a dealership closer to where I live so that I can get the car in the morning the next day, otherwise I definitely would have left my car with Calvin to get it fixed! Ten out of ten would recommend to a friend. Feel free to reach out to him for any of your towing or car repair needs.

I was broken down off I85 for nearly 3 hours waiting for AAA to help me in 29 degree weather. Upon calling Calvin with Extreme Auto and Truck Repair, he made his way to me very quickly. The people with this business made a clear impression that they truly care about helping the people that call. They went above and beyond to ensure my safety and help me find a place to stay. On top of that, my vehicle was fixed and ready to go the next afternoon! As a law enforcement officer in Florida, I can honestly say these people are good people. They have big hearts, and I would not call anyone else if you have the opportunity to call these guys... do it.

The reason why I only gave a four-star rating was because of the pricing. They did very good work and finished the job when promised. I was told that the labor would be anywhere between $150 and $175 turns out that the labor actually came out to $225. Also they did not inform me that since I used a credit card that there was going to be a credit card service fee of an additional 3% on top of my bill. My bill was supposed to be between $500 and $600 turns out to be that my bill came out $656.32 they said the part that was ordered did not come with gaskets and did not inform me of the additional charges. Other than that they do good work but it it would be better to inform the consumer of additional charges when they received all the parts. Also lack of communication is also a factor. They never called to give me an approximate time or how much the bill would actually come out to. For the future I suggest letting consumers / customers know and not letting it become a surprise on the final bill. Thanks for the work. I am not disputing the bill and I understand the additional charges I just wished I was told before hand. Not at the time payment was due. A phone call to the customer would have been nice.

My trucks carrier bearing went out, I called Extreme and they said it's better not to drive it so their wrecker came and picked it up, the young man driving the wrecker was very nice andl polite. The following evening they called and said the truck was ready. I went and picked it up. On the way home the truck started skipping. When I got home I called Extreme and they said bring it back the next morning which I did. They began running diagnostics and changed out some parts (at no cost to me as it was not the problem). After several frustrating days for them they were able to find an older diagnostic machine, my truck is 19 years old, and it told them it was a bad wire. They replaced it and my truck is running like new again!! Bottom line is they never gave up, as frustrating as i am sure it was for them, and they did Not just throw parts at it giving me a bill I couldn't afford and a truck that was still not fixed. They worked long and hard to find the problem and did not price gouge me. They were polite, kind and treated me with respect....like things used to be . I am So very appreciative of their fairness and good work!! It is so refreshing to find a shop that a lady can take her vehicle to when she has a problem and not worry about being taken advantage of.
