Called them up for an in town tow. The driver ended up unable to make it do their dispatch setup another route truck with a different company. They took care of me even though their truck couldn't make it. This is the quality of service every company should strive to provide. I will definitely be utilizing their services again when I need a tow.
Richard was extremely friendly and helpful to assist me when my car got a flat over the weekend. Everyone else declined to tow from my location, he picked me up and the car. Great service and price.

Outstanding towing company if I must say! I gave them a call and he insured me that a truck would be out to me in 45 minutes. Richard was a life saver when my 80 year old parents blew a tire on their trailer on the way to FL. Courteous and compassionate - two things you rarely see these days. He answered my call on Sunday afternoon and stayed at his shop until my parents were taken care of. I can’t say enough good about the man.
My tire blew out on I-85 and this man was so sweet and helpful he said I sent my last truck out and it be a minute before I can come to you but instead him leave me high and dry he said it’s a number you can call 511 I didn’t know about it . He said they bring jacks out to your service . He not about the money he really help me and my family out . I’m more than graceful

Myself, and my aunt and cousin were on a girls trip from Greenville, SC . When we had a tire blow out . My first flat ever . I contacted Moon’s towing and Richard came within 20 mins. Richard was amazing. Several cars were stranded on the 185 access due to a major pot hole. He was there to assist another person and did not have to assist us but was kind enough to help anyway. Three ladies on the side of the highway with a busted tire. Cannot speak highly enough. He helped when roadside assistance wouldn’t. And offered to help again if we got in trouble with our spare. Moon's towing and roadside assistance is great. I was in an emergency going down i-85 South where my tire blew by exit 21. I didn't have any tools but a jack and a tyrant. I was able to get my spare off and Jack my truck up. However I could not reach my lug nuts from my rims. I call moons towing and roadside assistance. They diagnose my call and gave me an estimated time of arrival. During my service they had all the tools needed to help get my tire off my truck. They provided me with battery service and insured all things were working correctly. Lastly, they help me with providing me a extra tire ju in case my spare malfunctions. Overall, Moon's to.wing and roadside assistance is the way to go.
Thank you again for helping us get off the highway and to the mechanics. After 4 hours of playing In Circles with State Farm, who kept trying to send a tow truck from 1.5 hours away, we decided called Moons towing. he showed in under 25 mins and had us loaded up and out in under 15mins. Bless this man! I’ve been where you are right now debating on finding your own tow, STOP WAITING AROUND FOR YOUR INSURANCE AND CALL NOW! The side of the highway is not safe!
I originally was going to use lee crossing towing and they made me wait an hour and a half to come out and say that they didn’t want to tow me. I called up moons and Richard came out in a quick manner and got me towed to where I needed to go. Excellent help and kind service. He looked out for me and made sure that I was taken care of when the truck got dropped off. Can’t get a better tow anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend Moon towing!!! I was having a horrible day dealing with my insurance and roadside assistance. I gave up on my roadside and decided to call a tow on my own thinking that I was going to be out of pocket more than dealing with roadside.
But I was so happy and surprised with Moon's affordability. I was given an ETA and they were spot on, maybe a little early even. The driver had a strong knowledge of the area which was awesome since I was in the middle of nowhere, and they were professional.
I would give 10 stars if I could.
