I was in a wreck and got my car fixed here. Everyone was very kind and they did an amazing job fixing my car. They did it quickly and very professionally!
The receptionist was very professional and helpful. My car was stolen and later towed to Fulchers because the kid was caught after wrecking my car by running into a brick wall. A young man came out to help me remove my personal items from my car and also removed my license plate. They were a great group of people.
Once I was there to pick up my bike that was mistakenly towed I found that my bike was damaged and my 140 dollar tow bill magically became $225. Even though I called previously about discussing price,payment and payment methods.
Their sign states "Paint & Body". However,...they offer no such service. They only (tow) vehicles. So isn't it time to update their advertisements sign on the www for ALL of us to see? It is what is aka,..."False Advertising".
Crooks! They tow your vehicle to their lot without permission and then start charging you fees; storage, clean up, admin. The receipt isn't signed by anyone and the fees aren't even accurate on the slip when you call. The driver yelled at me over the phone on what was written on the receipt. He stated the charge is $150, but the receipt clearly reads 130.00 (no dollar signs on the receipt to identify cost). I almost died in my accident, and these crooks take advantage of you while you're trying to recover. I'm a 20 year, now retired, veteran and advise staying clear of these rude and disrespectful crooks!
Horrible 1st experience just from the receptionist.... I'm new and unsure of parts and service searching and i felt uncared for and short spoken. Even hung up in my face while asking of related parts, she completely turned me away from any future investments for parts or service with this company..
I had the change my review because, we found out the lied to us. We got a car from them and asked if had been wrecked and they told us no, but two weeks into having it more problem popped up and we found out it actually was in a wreck. So I don't recommend them to any one
I called the service was not very good over the phone still open for over an hour asked about a tire said they will go look at it tomorrow not today and hang up the phone not very personable and very professional will not be going there ever !!!!
This is a HORRIBLE company! They towed my wife's car there without our permission. Said it would be $250 To go anywhere else. My wife went to look at the vehicle and went in back(through an open, unmarked gate) and was told by the woman up from several times that she would be shot for being on private property! At 10 in the morning on a Monday! She cussed at me and said my #amn wife was a lier!!!??
Theses friendly people took such good care of me. They picked up my car when I was in a wreck and were on sight in no time. After they towed it back to their shop they had it repaired and even cleaned in 4 days. Everyone is super nice and I definitely recommend to all:)
Do NOT use these people. I called about my car and every "manager" I spoke to was rude. If Katie, Trever, or Elijah (if that is the real names i got from them) talk to you you will be called rude names and be yelled at for nothing. They won't give me the information that I am entitled to and kept telling me they would call me back after the break and won't get a call back AT ALL. Kept being rude. I called from another number and was immediately yelled at for calling again. DO NOT GO HERE! Will not be helpful at all.
Took my car in on a Tuesday to have bumper replaced it was ready on Friday just as promised. Fulcher did a great job they even painted my door that was messed up. If you want a fair price and quality work I highly recommend Fulcher paint and body

I wasnt even a customer of theirs and i already hate these people. One of their towtruck drivers rearended my car and i ended up calling them about it the next couple days as it was the weeked. I told them what happened completely, and they go ahead and tell me they will call me back asap, saying they need to speak with their driver. I call back 4 hours later n they tell me that he said he didnt hit me, and that I do not have proof. He continues to tell me that He cannot give me his insurance info as he thinks I am lying. Then he goes and tells me that I can come bring my car to his shop to get fixed. HAHAHA what a joke, after he tells me that im lying, he goes and offers me to fix my car at his shop? The husband and wife are known to be terrible business people. I spoke with their "parent" company and the lady on the phone knew exactly who i speaking of. The couple who owns and runs this place are awful and rude people, they hung up on me when i asked for insurance info and told me i was wasting their time as they have a business to run. In the end , i got my insurance money thru my own insurance company. Screw them, u can definitely find better.
