I don't know why anybody would give this towing company a bad review. They were very helpful and understanding. They were very professional and prompt. Highly recommend!

Car was towed due to insurance lapse. Car was only there 2 days. The owner or whoever runs the place has a horrible attitude and terrible communication. Never mentioned which Car lot the vehicle was at because apparently there was 2 lots that was failed to mention, but no other address comes up so went to the wrong lot on the complete opposite side of town. The guy wasn't even at the place when we arrived and also failed to mention anything we needed to know. Also couldn't find the keys to our vehicle when they were in the ignition cause we found them. He was talking to us and someone else on the phone the whole time. Terrible service and terrible company. God forbid you have to deal with anyone related to this company. Clapping back on other bad reviews is a real mature way to run a company.
This weirdo is arguing with everyone who writes a bad review which is bad business thats why you only have a very few customers.. My car was only there 1 day weirdo and it definitely wasn't dirty weirdo now I'm finna report you to the BBB Weirdo
Well yeah I picked this terrible place to tow my car how I wish I would've read reviews its been a week im still cleaning lil ants out my car I had my 8 month old baby with basically had to rent a car terrible terrible terrible that whole place is full of ants if u can don't get your car towed here
Even though I've seen bad reviews, I had no issues with this place. I was able to get my stuff out without any charge, and the guy was very nice. Definitely wouldn't have any issues to use them again.
They left my baby seat on the road my car keys an credit card. It fell out when my car rolled over. They could of picked it up when they towed my car smh.
Very rude. The door to the business was locked and no one would answer the phone. You have to KNOCK several times just to hear someone yell on the other end. The lady that works there is also very rude. Opens door with an bad attitude instead of an “can do” attitude. Even decided to abruptly get in MY face and yell at me because I knocked again thinking no one heard me OVER the dog that was barking inside of the business.
I was broke down at 3:00 am out in the middle of nowhere. I called four different companies for a tow.Two companies no answer,leave a message.The others, wait time was 2-3 hours.I came across Don's Towing and they answered right away and got to me in 30 minutes.The driver was very polite and stayed until my friend got there.
