Richmond County uses this company. I had an accident & was hospitalize. I couldn't get the claim ticket to Stateline. I had any documents that needed that could be faxed or scanned to them. The employees lied & said it is against the law to release the car without the claim ticket. Per Richmond County sheriff's office that is not true.. I had to call the sheriff's office & get them involved to have my car released to Kendrick's Paint & Body. The sheriff sent a deputy to me picked up document took it to Kendrick's. StateLine added an additional of $40 cost above & beyond towing fee as well as storage. The owner was very rude & the fact that I was hospitalized was just too bad. There are too many wrecker company's to do business this way.
