Says on the way and an hour later i have to reach out again and “partner” is not aware that i am waiting and says will be coming from over 30+ minutes away, next time just be honest and not waste my time, like other people dont have things to do
Nicest and fasted tow service I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using. Car just shut down on the side if I-20 and they immediately came out and took me to my mechanics. Super nice guy. Thanks!
I used their towing services last week and they were verykind with scheduling and prompt with the pickup. I called today and the receptionist was extremely rude and disconnected the call. I called back and there was no answer. Incredibly unprofessional. I will never use them or recommend them again.
Do not use this company to tow your car. They towed my car on 5/16/22 to Classic Collision. When I went to get my stuff out of the car my AirPods were gone. Thanks for stealing my AirPods kicking me while I was already down with a messed up car. Really appreciate it. If I could I’d give you 0 stars.
They worked with me to get my truck (wrecked with no wheels or keys) to my new house so I can work on it...not an easy tow and saved me from losing it as no body else would touch it thanks guys I will be using them from now on

Update - We had to give Scottie's another call for help today and as before, they were so helpful and friendly! Originally was told it'd be about a 2-3 hr wait but ended up only waiting about an hour. Definitely give them a call for all your towing needs!!
