They will overcharge you what ever they told you on the phone. And after they drop my truck they say they are not mechanic to put drive shaft buck. But they are mechanic to take a part amazing. Save yourself headache just don’t bother.
My granddaughter had a tire blowout & was stranded on the side of the road. I called Wayne's at the recommendation of our car service center. Their driver got there in about 15 min and was able to put her spare "donut" tire on. She said he was extremely nice and polite and made her feel safe. The price was reasonable so we are pleased overall and would use them again.
Tony is absolutely a life saver!!! My children and I were traveling through GA when we got a flat tire. Tony was there within the hour and got us to the closest tire repeat shop. He is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable and safe! Can’t recommend him or Wayne’s towing more!!! FABULOUS

took 6 hours to pick it up, had to convince the guy you have to pull the driveshaft before you can tow it. (Would've destroyed the transmission) stripped bolt's on driveshaft, didn't put driveshaft back up, so dealership charged me to put it back. All of this for the low low price of 700 dollars for a 20 mile tow. Still think you want them?

Was in an accident this is who came and towed my car. Next morning $340 to get my car towed home. License tag bolts never returned. The topping of it all their system isn't secure at all!. After giving my information over the phone hours later my card was compromised. Someone made an online food order luckily we caught them and was waiting there with the police. Do not use this company and if you have and your card was somehow used....well now you know what probably happened.
Worst experience ever. My car was towed in April of this year. I am a senior citizen just moved here. Did not know anyone here. The police officer came out in Martinez, GA. They called the towing company and the tow truck parked in front of me officer parked behind me. Could not check to see if car was movable. The damage seemed worse because the front bumper was twisted and torn and hanging on the ground. Never heard anything from them. Did not know where the car was and was walking no money to get it out. Had to contact the Sherriffs Office to find out the location of the car to get my things out of it. They would not let me hold my keys. They had cut the front bumper off and now the car looked like you could drive it off.
I believe it never needed towing. I believe they could have cut the hanging parts off and I could have gotten my lights fixed that day. I called their office and spoke to a guy and he was rude and told me to call back. I had let him know my car looked drivable. I called back later and he hung up on me.
However they would not let me have the keys. By then I was told it would be $2000.00 dollars to get my car out. I did not have it. It was a 2012 Toyota Corolla. I have been walking since April. I am close to 70 years old. I let him know that. I called back several times after that to check on my car. I was told over and over again to call back. Left a message for them to call me back. Never received a call or a letter from them. Called them back today and she stated they took my car to the auction and sold it.
No Customer Service Rude and Nasty and do not care what they do to senior citizens. Stay away from this company. Anyone that would go to that extreme to keep a car from a senior citizen and make them walk should not be in business.
I ran over a nail in the road and it shredded my car tire on my way back from lunch. Luckily I was able to get back to my workplace to park the car, but I wasn’t going to be able to leave work again to get to the tire shop. I called Wayne’s for towing and everyone I spoke with delivered excellent service. They came and got my car very quickly. The man who towed my car was patient as I had been on a work call at the time of his arrival-he waited around 5 minutes for me to get out there! He was so nice about it-they took my car right to the shop and I didn’t have to worry about anything. THANK YOU WAYNES TOWING!
I called Wayne's Towing at about 5 o'clock after breaking down in my neighborhood. Front ball joint collapsed on my SUV. At 5:55 their truck pulled up. By 6:14 the driver was hauling it away. Today is sunday im in allendale sc i could not get a wrecker to tow my semi. Waynes towing was the only ones the would and could help so glad they got me off the side of the road in a timely and efficient fashion. Drivers were great and the office was quick to dispatch thank you.
Rob arrived on time. He was professional and polite. He treated my car as delicate as possible to prevent any additional damage. Good company that hires people who know how to operate their equipment.
Driver showed up 1 hour later than he was supposed to, he was clearly inexperienced and took over an hour to hook my truck up. In addition to tardiness and inexperience, I was charged an additional $75 for femoving my driveline. 4 bolts had to be removed and he tied the driveline to the chassis, after which I was responsible for putting back together. So they charged me to make my truck inoperable. I called up to see if there was any way to exercise discretion and remove the additional charge since I had to get someone else to reattch driveline and was hit with all types of justifi ations for the charge. Criminals taking advantage of people in a bind.
These guys were great! Just when I thought I couldn’t find anyone to move a large storage shed that my parents gave me, these guys came through for me!! Very professional, very nice and also very helpful!! I would highly recommend them to anyone if you have any hauling needs. John & Brian were great if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I called Wayne's this morning at around 10 am and arranged to have my car towed to a repair shop because it broke down in a store parking lot in Augusta. By 10:30 the tow truck driver was already at my car before I could arrive with the key and by 10:45, everything was hooked up and ready to go. He towed it to the repair shop in Clearwater SC and now my car is fixed and I'm home writing this review. The cost for the tow was better than others in the CSRA and this company is reliable, they showed up within 30 mins of my call. I highly recommend this business and I will definitely call them if I ever need another tow. I greatly appreciate the service!
Absolute WORST towing company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. EVERY single employee I interacted with was rude and and had an attitude. I asked that the trailer damaged in the accident I was involved in be moved to my company's property. Not only did they refuse to release the property, but the drivers intentionally took their sweet time while smoking, talking on their phones, sitting down and eating candy, and then began assisting other customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!
So now I have to edit. Our company vehicle was picked up on the same day as the wreck, more than a week and a half ago. Wayne's towering is conducting insurance fraud and reporting to insurance that they are still in possession of our vehicle! When called and asked "Ok, then where is the vehicle if you have it?" they stated that we would have to call back tomorrow.
Having Wayne's Towing available in our community is such a blessing. When you are broken down there is nothing better than calling Wayne's and having competent and courteous staff to help you in a crisis. They have always treated me very well and such a professional manner. Keep doing a great job.
During last week's downpour, a friend was stuck on Hywy 1. It was dark. She was parked in the middle turning lane with her lights flashing. It was scary. In less that 30 minutes after calling Wayne's, John was there. What a nice guy!!! He was knowledgeable about the special towing needs of my friend's car. Wayne's Towing service was timely, polite, and effective ... and reasonable!!! When I'm in trouble I always call Wayne's!!!!
Highly recommend. Always faster, more reasonable and professional than AAA for towing. A few months ago waited nearly 2 hours for AAA to help my wife with a battery jump... Turns out you'll be charged more for AAA roadside call than if you call Wayne's Towing. Glad we called Wayne's Towing instead. Fantastic company and our auto insurance co. works with them. Call them FIRST!
